I absolutely loved this place and I’ll come back! It’s GORGEOUS! The properties is just stunning! The host is friendly, I really enjoyed chatting with her, she gave us many tips on things to do around. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious, they are very attentive to details overall, it was an amazing experience.

Linda was welcoming when we arrived. We had two of the three rooms (Orchid and Magnolia). They were spacious and had good light. the beds were very comfortable. we were in town for an event and at the Smith Opera House and it was the perfect location to be able to walk to dinner and the concert.

The Cottages were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. It was nice and hot out so it was necessary to have AC and each cottage had AC that worked great. The lake was perfect and we were able to easily get out there every day we stayed. The place was pet friendly, so we brought our Golden, who also enjoyed the water. The views are perfect and everyone had so much fun. Bruce was very communicative and friendly. Although we got confused by parking at first that was easily fixed ( our problem with reading the directions). If you want a place to stay where everyone can get together or have their own space this is the place right on Canandaigua Lake!

Dear Kathleen, Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay at your beautiful historic barn! Every detail of our women's weekend was absolutely perfect. The loft was spacious, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable—so much so that we’re still talking about them! Your hospitality went above and beyond, from the delicious quiche breakfast to the thoughtful, personalized birthday cake for my daughter. The snacks, the essential oil massage, and, of course, the espresso machine (which now has me wanting one of my own!) were such luxurious touches. It’s clear that you’ve put so much care into creating a truly special space, and we appreciated every bit of it. You truly are the hostess with the mostest, and we can’t wait to return!

Conveniently located off the thru way and enjoyed seeing the deer in the yard. My grandkids enjoyed playing on the swings, playground. We also enjoyed the Wegmans bread and the 1,000 islands wine provided. Would stay again.

Gwenn's property was the perfect place for a Momma and Daughter weekend. She was attentive and prompt in answering any questions that we had. Gwenn's property is absolutely beautiful, and her attention to detail is impeccable. The breakfast nook was one of our favorites, and Gwenn even brought out her puzzles for my daughter to work on, as this is one of her favorite hobbies. Gwenn is the sweetest soul, and we cannot wait to plan another trip back! Shadow is a wonderful addition, too. She is the sweetest cat. We highly recommend House Content!

This was one of the best AirBnb experiences I’ve had! My partner and I decided on a long weekend at the last minute and are so lucky Jennifer’s place was available. The decor was on point and cozy making it feel like home away from home! Everything was organized and labeled, the place was well stocked and Jennifer was an amazing and responsive host. Very appreciative of the dining recommendations, the complimentary bottle of wine and we were even asked if we wanted to borrow her personal hiking poles. The area and view are amazing as well. Already planning our next trip back!

Stacy and her father were amazing. I actually arrived in the middle of a snow storm. They were accommodating and wonderful. I think they know how appreciative I was :). Fresh eggs, fruit and milk where supplied. The puppy did was adorable. Warm Regards, Elizabeth

If you want to experience the true nature of hospitality you definitely need to stay at Ms. Cathy's homestead! Upon our arrival, Cathy was welcoming and gracious by giving us a tour of the premises. As soon as we entered the property, the atmosphere displayed a feeling of "being at home away from home". Ms. Kathy is a wealth of knowledge! As a native and long-time resident of Honeyoe, she assesses your plans upon your visit and provides recommendations to maximize your experience during your stay. When it comes to accommodations, her home is immaculate. The rooms offer nature's views, along with comfort and privacy. Ms. Cathy offers the concept of "bed and breakfast" by preparing delicious homemade breakfasts, where she prepares everything from scratch. Ms. Cathy also shares her musical talents (you need to be there to experience them) as well as her kindness and sweet personality. It is our new hidden gem for future visits! It should be yours as well!
