Einfach ein Traum und nich schöner und größer als es auf den Bildern erscheint. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Selbst Fahrräder um damit mal schnell ans Meer zu fahren. Aber eigentlich möchte man das Grundstück gar nicht verlassen. Franka ist immer schnell zu erreichen und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Außengrill, verschiedene Sitzbereiche zum Essen oder Chillen, einfach ein Paradies mitten zwischen Olivenbäumen und Weinreben. Die Betten sind super bequem. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Všetko bolo super. Hostiteľ je veľmi priateľsky. Strávili sme tam nádhernú dovolenku.

Der Aufenthalt in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Fischerhaus war wundervoll. Einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Mehr als genügend Handtücher, Dusch-und Strandtücher, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrtücher, Mülltüten etc waren vorhanden. Bettwäsche Wechsel und abholservice des Mülls hat uns Vesna immer wieder angeboten . Sehr aufmerksam!! Die einzigartige Lage zwischen den alten Olivenbäumen, 10 Schritte vom privaten Badesteg entfernt, ist perfekt um Ruhe und Erholung zu finden. Die Outdoor-Küche und Solardusche im Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln.. Eine vierte Sonnenliege wäre schön gewesen, Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern , und die Info, dass es wirklich sehr sehr viele Seeigel gibt. Die Anfahrt zum Haus war für uns ein bisschen abenteuerlich, aber machbar. Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit unseren Mädels 13+10. ohne w-lan geht es auch mal 12 Tage !

Andrijana und Mario sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Mit Abstand die freundlichsten und herzlichsten Gastgeber, die ich je erlebt habe. Andrijana war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns mit Tipps versorgt und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen und alles in Ordnung ist. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Die Sauberkeit war 1A, die Ausstattung super. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für Paare, Familien und Freunde. Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. 10 Minuten bis zur Bäckerei und Supermarkt. Was nicht ganz klar war ist, dass das zweite Badezimmer nicht im Haupthaus ist, sondern außerhalb neben dem Pool. Dies war aber überhaupt kein Problem, sondern eher super, wenn man den Tag am Pool verbringt.

lovely place... the house is perfect and site is gorgeous... we had a wonderful holidays. it takes 3 hours to go by boat from the coast (zadar).Ante can arrange the transfer (see détails section for the additionnal cost). we drank the rainwater from the tab (and add some micropure to be sure at first but after we even drank it without micropure and it was perfectly drinkable. kitchen is convenient. bathroom small but at 6 it was enough because not need to stay long. the small boat is convenient to go and visit others places. we recommand this place !

Our stay at Sanjin (&Tihana's) airbnb was absolutely fabulous. The house was beautiful, everything was taken care of. It was very complete and clean. I could always reach Tihana for any questions (or a nice chat 😀). The kids had a great time in the pool. There was even more to the house then in the description, like an extra fridge in the kitchen outside. The Pasman island is very beautiful and not ruined by mass tourism. We loved it a 100% and we love to come back some day.

We had a really nice stay! The host was most welcome and accommodating, our flight came in late and was no problem to check in at a later time. The pictures doesnt give the accommodation justice it was much better irl! The area was really nice aswell with walking distance to everything, nice restaurants and placeses to buy drinks and food. We had a great week at the town of Betina. The house is directly located in the old town, only some minutes to the old port - with restaurants, cafes, bakery in shop. The appartment is directly at the sea - you can look at the ships from your living room sofa. The space between house and sea is very private and not used by anyone else. We always sat there until sunset. If you look for a quiet and private accomodation, only some minutes to the center (or to the car - if you need it), with perfect and newly renovated appartment, funishing and kitchen, that´s it! Thank you Jere - and your Mum who makes the appartment shine!

Jelica und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber. Immer freundlich und für ein Gespräch offen. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen super geeignet. Stilvoll eingerichtet, ein super Blick auf das Meer und die Marina in Drage. Uns gefällt die Unterkunft sehr, auch die Lage ist top. Die Nähe zu Restaurants und als Start für viele Ausflüge ist zu empfehlen. Auch der Service von Jelica ist perfekt. Man bekommt regelmäßig frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche und kann die hauseigene Waschmaschine nutzen. Wir bedanken und für den schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Oleandra.

Das Apartment war wie beschrieben eingerichtet. Bei den heißen Temperaturen haben wir die Klimaanlage sehr genossen. Es war auch schön, sich an den Pool zu legen oder sich darin abzukühlen. Die Vermieter sind total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Luka bol skvelý hostiteľ. Reagoval na správy veľmi rýchlo, dal nám super odporúčania. Pomohol keď trebalo. Ubytovanie bolo super, ešte krajšie ako na fotkách. Boli sme všetci veľmi spokojní

Ett fräscht och fint boende i en helt underbar by. 1 minuts gångväg till närmaste strand och några minuters gångväg till shopping och restauranger. I lägenheten fanns allt man kan önska och mer därtill. Gott om plats till alla 6 personer. Gott om glas och tallrikar allt som behövdes för att laga mat. Toppklass!

Appartamento spazioso, pulito, host gentile, disponibile. Ottima posizione, vicino al mare ed ai principali servizi dell'isola.

We had an amazing stay here, the hosts were incredibly kind to us and helpful with anything we needed. This stay forms a very relaxed, slightly more out the way holiday, but still easily walkable to all the amazing places nearby. Only thing to note is the company doing the AirB&B side is separate to the actual hosts at the house, so make sure to get in touch with them directly!

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und erhielten klare Anweisungen, was den Aufenthalt von Anfang an angenehm machte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Poolbereich, der uns viele Möglichkeiten bot, Zeit voller Spaß zu verbringen. Das Gartenhaus mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet sehr viel Freiraum, was besonders angenehm war, da wir eine Gruppe von 9 Personen waren. Die fünf Toiletten und drei Bäder waren ein großer Pluspunkt und machten den Aufenthalt für alle sehr komfortabel. Alles war sehr sauber, und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht – von A bis Z stand uns alles zur Verfügung. Wir hatten großartige fünf Tage und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Marta is a very nice host and answers very fast when we had questions or comments. The house is very nice with a lot of ways to relax like the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna. Small supermarket and bakery are around te corner. We have had a great stay!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es war perfekt für eine große Gruppe und das Haus und die Gegend war sehr schön. Antonio und seine Frau sind sehr zuvorkommend und gegeben gute Reisetipps. Bei Fragen waren beide immer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

We had a warm welcome. Gino reacts fast if you have some questions. He is very helpfull. The house was great. We loved "the summerkitchen".

Booked last minute. House was perfect for our family of four plus two dogs. Great bbq area, nice sized pool and plenty of garden space. House was cosy and clean, with comfy beds. There is a small chicken/goat farm next door which was the kids thought was great! The owners were very responsive and super friendly, providing fresh bread and cheese on arrival and later cherries 🍒 from their garden. The neighboring town Sibenik was a beautiful day out, and the beaches in Murter were a must-see. Would have no hesitation to book again. Thank you, Tonka and Hrvoje!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super. Wir waren 9 Personen und konnten das Haus wirklich ausnutzen. Wir wurden herzlicht empfangen und konnten eine Fleischplatte sowie eine süße Nachspeise vorfinden. Die Badezimmer waren sauber und alles war aufgeräumt. Zum Essen hat der Gasherd super funktioniert und man konnte sich entscheiden ob man drinnen oder draußen isst. Im Spieleraum konnte man das Billiard spielen oder den Wuzzler verwenden. Auch einige Spiele waren bereits im Kasten. Falls man Fernsehen wollte gab es ebenfalls 2 große Fernseher. Am Abend dann nochmal ins Whirlpool und Feuer bei der Feuerstelle machen und der Abend war perfekt. Zum Einkauf kommt man schnell mit dem Auto zu dem nächsten Supermarkt. Im großen und ganzen eine tolle Villa die sauber ist, mit einem super Gastgeber. Gerne wieder besonders bei diesem fairen Preis! Danke!
