Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Matea war echt schön, wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Ruhe und der Pool waren super, wir hatten sogar den Pool für uns alleine. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und äußerst Gastfreundlich, uns wurde sogar ein leckerer Kuchen gebacken, danke nochmal! Uns wurde schnell geholfen, wenn wir Tips oder Hilfe brauchten. Die Ausstattung war, besonders in der Küche, echt gut und mehr als ausreichend um für 4 Personen zu kochen. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Umgebung, ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen, hier ist nur ein kleiner Supermarkt (hat die Größe einer Tankstelle) und sonst ist hier nichts. In 10 Minuten waren wir mit dem Auto am Strand, wir haben eine kleine unscheinbare Bucht gefunden, an der wir ganz alleine waren. Wundervoll! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :-)

We have stayed as two families with all about 7 people. The host was very friendly and helpful. The house was as described and pictured and absolutely clean. It could have been a little bit better equipped (kitchen) and it would be great to have more air conditioning in more rooms, because with only fans in the bedrooms (except one) it is getting really too hot these days. But overall we had a wonderful time and the pool is amazing. It is a clear recommendation and thanks for having us. We had a great week!

Wir waren für 7 Tage mit 7 Personen in der Villa. Ein riesiges Haus, was echt keine Wünsche offen lässt. Man hat absolut seine Ruhe, da das Haus etwas abgelegen liegt. Check in und Checkout war komplikationslos und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber vor Ort echt schnell und entgegenkommend. Insgesamt hatten wir eine echt gute Zeit und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Smješaj je prekrasan i odličan za odmor. Domaćin brzo odgovara na poruke. Preporuka za svakoga tko se želi odmoriti od svakodnevnog života.🤗

Paradise - a beautiful accommodation that exceeded all of our expectations. The hosts have taken great care to ensure a wonderful stay, from a stocked refrigerator to a bicycle you can use to run to the local store. We didn’t need to leave, but chose to explore the city of Zadar a bit. The pool was fantastic, everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was a very peaceful place, great for relaxing. No shortage of activities for the kids, including ping pong and trampoline. My kids almost never left the pool, which had lights that came on at night. The hosts were amazingly friendly, super responsive, and extremely hospitable. You can’t go wrong with this place!!

Très belle maison, avec une terrasse et une piscine incroyable. Possibilité de faire du tennis de table, du basket et du badminton avec le matériel sur place. La maison est bien isolée et calme, une voiture est essentielle (supérette à 2min, Zadar a 20min, plage 15-25min). La maison est séparée entre le rez-de-chaussée et l'étage (3 chambres au RDC et 2 à l'étage) chacun avec sa cuisine et sa salle de bain. Petit bémol, aucune grande table intérieure pour plus que 6. A l'extérieure une grande table pour 10. Nous conseillons les lacs de Plitvice, la parc national de Paklenica et le Canoë sur le Zrmanja en activité à ne pas louper. Merci à Marta et à sa maman de nous avoir reçu.

Damir in Valentina sta bila izjemno prijazna. Vila je bila fantastična, na idilični lokaciji, odmaknjeni od vrveža. Hiša ima vso potrebno opremo in luksuz. Bila je zelo čista. Zunanji jaccuzi in žar sta še polepšala naš skok v novo leto. Gostitelja sta bila odzivna takoj, za vsako stvar. Želeli bi si, da bi lahko ostali dlje, pa smo se žal morali vrniti. 😊 Zagotovo pridemo spet!

Fantastic stay at the home which is beautiful and well kept - Great hosts and would recommend staying here to any future guests. The space/amenities at the home are amazing and great for smaller or large groups. Not much to do in Policnik but we were happy getting Ubers into Zadar which took around 15 - 20 mins at good prices. House is great place to relax and the swimming pool is great. Only improvement needed is the pool table (billiards) is currently unuseable as it is not level and this was a big selling point for me and friends (Fix this and everything is perfect).
