Wir haben uns im dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Such a good house in great location. Couple of bits of wear and tear, big sliding door wouldn’t move, sunshade broken and pool took days to get sorted after a massive rainstorm - didn’t really spoil things. Really chilled with the sea on the doorstep.

Vi var en familj på 13 personer och detta boende hade allt vi kunde önska. Allt från incheckning till kommunikation under perioden fungerade perfekt. Boendet motsvarade precis beskrivningen och bilderna. Läget kan inte bli bättre, 5 meter till stranden och en liten lugn bygata utanför som nästan var öde kvällar och nätter. Vi är supernöjda.

Ivan jest niezwykle przyjaznym i komunikatywnym właścicielem. Na miejscu było wszystko czego potrzeba aby poczuć się jak w domu, zdecydowanie polecam !

Vi kunde nog inte haft ett bättre boende. 4 sovrum med varsina toaletter var mycket uppskattat. Pool, grill, balkonger i olika riktningar, solbäddar, liten lekplats mm. Nära till strand och matbutik. För oss, ett sällskap på 7 personer, så kunde vi få både avskildhet och gemenskap. Perfekt. En extra stjärna för en mycket bra och tillmötesgående husvärd.

Clearly, individual opinions can be subjective, so I should first mention that we are very experienced travellers who explore using our own car, always accompanied by our three Chihuahuas. Over the last 10 years alone, we have covered over 100,000 miles across Europe. This property was perfect for us, and here are the reasons why, listed in order of importance: A secluded, well-fenced, and private garden area. The road itself was exceptionally quiet, yet a main road was just 300 metres away. The property overlooked open land at the front and side. It was spacious. It was fully modernised with first-class fixtures and fittings. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The heating system was effective. The hot water system and shower pressure were outstanding. Other points worth noting: We stayed for two weeks. The centre of Zadar was reachable within 15 minutes by car (in February). The old town of Zadar was beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. This was a very worthwhile and enjoyable visit.

Smještaj je na mirnoj i odličnoj lokaciji, 10 minuta od grada Zadra. Apartman je bio kako je i opisan, čist, uredan te ima sve potrebno za smještaj. Domaćin nam je pružio sve potrebno te svakako preporučam smještaj.

Our stay at Katarina & Stipe’s place was nothing short of amazing 🙂 Apartment has everything that you need whether you come for a beach vacation or for a business conference (our stay was a little bit of both). Place is very well equipped with great kitchen, large terrace, huge fridge, AC, iron and much more. Apartment is extremely clean and well kept. Location is 10/10 as well, just 3 mins walking from the beach, but also very quiet when you wish it to be. And lastly, but most importantly, Katarina and Stipe are amazing hosts. Communication with them was easy, friendly and efficient. They went out of their way to make sure we have everything needed and more. We will be back for sure :) Thank you K&S, Matej

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach super! Der Privatstrand war fabelhaft und es war himmlisch ruhig. Sandra und ihr Bruder sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und gut - genau das, wonach wir gesucht haben. Nachbarn gibt es nicht. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten die schönen kleinen Ortschaften gut erreichen. Für eine ruhige Auszeit direkt am Meer wirklich super! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ivan was a great host and his apartment was perfect for our short stay of 4 nights as we wanted something convenient. It was ideal for swimming as well as close to all ammenities ( literally a 2 minute walk to the Ferry stop) across the path for a quick swim in the sea, or 5-10 min walk to the beach across the little island of Galevac which we swam to every day! The shops were all within 2-5 minutes walk as well! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable and we were provided with everything tvat was listed. A lovely place to stay

It was a pleasure to stay at the sun house . What a beautiful location.

Everything great and as advertised. We traveled with three small children and very much enjoyed the stay. We especially liked the possibility to walk to different locations to swim and to the beach bar. There is also a larger sandy beach in Preko (5 min drive) which the children loved. Tanja and Ankica were fantastic hosts and we followed their advise for restaurants, boat hires, and a lot more. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic place we had to book last minute because or a cancelation. The only thing is there I'd a wifi but it's not the best always. This is however because of the beautiful wild place you are in! Put the phone down and enjoy beautiful wild Ugljan. Use your phone for photos. Nice neighbor Sanja took care of our every need whenever we asked. Enjoy!

Everything was good, the Flat is a bit small but everything that you need, you can find there. The Flat is also clean and modern. The Beach can be reached in 5 minutes, just like a supermarket. The view from the balcony is incredible, the parking is also very comfortable. Also a big gratidue to the Host for the help, which came very fast and even took care of us. She is also very friendly. We thank you that we had a great vacation! Kind regards from Aschaffenburg! Goodbye!

Beautiful apartment, overlooking to water, right next to a swimming spot, restaurant and supermarket. The facilities were brand new and in great condition and the apartment was super clean! Host was so friendly and helpful and even baked us some cake before me left! Would love to return one day!

It was very pleasant to communicate with Dunja. She did everything to be as helpful as possible. The house is big, super clean, furnished with a taste. The beds are comfortable. We appariciate the quiet neighborhood surrunden with local people. The terrace is top - there is an oven and nice sitting, small garden with herbs. Most of the Preko spots - restaurants, beaches, shops, rentals are aprox 20minutes walking from the house. If you considering other villages in Ugljan, Preko is the Best, i am glad we did not choose other ones. And you can get easily to Zadar if you miss bustling city. I highly recommend !

Bellissima casa fronte mare, ha superato le nostre aspettative. Gli spazi sono ampi, curati e la pulizia era impeccabile. Giardino perfetto, sono presenti: una comoda doccia da esterno, una griglia a gas che abbiamo usato ogni sera per una settimana (li vicino c'è un ottimo mercato del pesce suggerito dagli host). Gli host Suzana e Pero hanno reso l'esperienza indimenticabile, sono state persone ospitali, attente e disponibili. Sicuramente torneremo!

Mirjana's place had everything you need for a longer stay. They were even so nice to take care of details like mosquito repellent diffusers. Mirjana and her husband were very nice, kind and easy to communicate. The place itself is charming, comfortable and clean. It has plenty of space to relax inside and outside. The place is in great localization, just short walk to beaches and great spots to swim. My family and I very much enjoyed staying in Mirjana's place :-)

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables dans la petite maison de Danijela. Elle est très bien située, à 5 minutes à pieds de la baignade, du port, des commerces et restaurants. Il y a une place de parking dédiée. La maison est très bien équipée, et très propre. On s'y sent bien. La petite terrasse privative est un peu dans un passage (le village est fait de ruelles aux maisons très proches les unes des autres), mais il est bien agréable de s'y reposer, à l'ombre du beau figuier et dans la délicieuse senteur des plantes aromatiques qui la bordent. Nous remercions chaleureusement Danijela et son mari pour leur accueil attentionné et très sympathique !

Geinko è un host meraviglioso: generoso, gentile. Ha veramente a cuore il benessere dei ospiti e ti fa sentire come a casa. È amichevole, di compagnia ma mai invadente, è stato un grande piacere conoscerlo. Ha cucinato una specialità croata per noi e ci ha fatto tanti regali. La casa è bellissima, pulitissima con una vista mozzafiato. I letti sono comodi, la cucina è dotata di tutto e il mare è vicinissimo. È stata una settimana stupenda e ritorneremo sicuramente

Pro nenáročné je to krásné ubytování. Menší, takže ideální pro 4 osoby

Mein Partner und ich waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und glücklich und würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! :-)
