We had a very good stay! The host was very friendly and attentive, even complained we were too nice so she didnt have anything to help us with haha. The surroundings were great, two great beaches in walking distance just downhill from us. A good place to bring a dog as well. Zadar was easy to visit and big grocery stores were easy to find. Overall a good stay and we definitely recommend it!

Ante and his mom are great hosts. Our stay in Villa Abbalina was marvelous. The house is located near the beach. To the public beach we had 5 minutes walk. In the house was everything needed to prepare food. We had small issue at the beginning of our stay but Ante reacted immediately and sorted out the problem very quickly. Fully recommend this place and very kind hosts. Thank you!

Hello. I can say that when you come to the location, it is even better than pictures and description on Airbnb... Perfect... Sandy beach, warm water, bars and restaurants on the spot... Very quiet and relaxing location, all you need for vacation... I strongly recommend this host... House is clean, AC if needed, outside shower, barbecue only for you... Pet friendly ( if you need one, the turtle is in the backyard ), excellent for families with little kids... Excellent value for money... Thank you Katarina and Loris

Nika Marias kleines Haus ist gemütlich und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen. Wir waren drei Erwachsene, Elternpaar u Tochter, und ein kleiner Hund. Das war perfekt. Die Küche war besonders gut und modern ausgestattet, vielleicht etwas wenig Arbeitsfläche, kleiner Esstisch. In Fußnähe am Strand sind zwei tolle Restaurants - Taverna (Reservier. nötig) und Niko (äußerst zuvorkommende u fröhlichfreundliche Bedienung) - was uns gerne aufs Kochen verzichten ließ. Nika Maria kontaktierte uns immer zeitgerecht, um uns nötige Informationen zukommen zu lassen und reagierte sehr flott und zuvorkommend auf Nachfragen unsererseits. Sie sorgte mit ihrer herzlichen Art dafür, dass wir uns gut entspannen konnten. Wir genossen ein paar tolle Strandtage am türkisfarbenen und glasklaren Meer. Die Innenstadt ist sogar ohne Auto erreichbar, da der Bus direkt von Diklo wegfährt, der bis lang in die Nacht fährt, was das mühsame Parkplatz Suchen im schönen Zentrum Zadars erspart. 🫶

Ein kleines Paradies- wirklich wunderbar! Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles ist perfekt sauber, man hat viele Möglichkeiten draußen und drinnen zu sitzen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, der Garten schön angelegt, unten ist auch noch eine Lounge, die Schatten bietet. Hier wurde mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist ruhig. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand und auch diverse Restaurants erreichen. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Der Hundestrand mit einer Bar am Campingplatz ist super! Maja ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation mit ihr war perfekt! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder, die Insel ist super zum Wandern und als Startpunkt für Zadar - einfach die Fähre nehmen. Herrlich! Vielen Dank!

Incredible view, right on the water and can hear the waves all night. The house was as described, welcoming and helpful hosts. We were sad the jacuzzi wasn’t working but otherwise had a great stay!

Ubytování odpovídalo reklamě i fotkám, které byly prezetovány. Moc jsme ocenili blízkost a dostupnost moře a pláže. Komunikace byla také skvělá a maximalně vstřícná. Hezká dovolená ... krásné místo

Such a good house in great location. Couple of bits of wear and tear, big sliding door wouldn’t move, sunshade broken and pool took days to get sorted after a massive rainstorm - didn’t really spoil things. Really chilled with the sea on the doorstep.

Die Unterkunft war echt schön. Wir waren zu 7. dort und durch die getrennten Wohnungen hatte man auch abends immer seine Ruhe. Die Küchen sind super ausgestattet und hat das Kochen für 7 Personen sehr schön gemacht. Vor allem das Beach House bietet sich super dafür an. Der Pool war auch immer sauber und ist ein schönes extra gewesen. :) Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig 15-20 Minuten von der Fähre entfernt, was es uns einfach gemacht hat, auch mal einen Tag in Zadar zu verbringen. Einkaufen waren wir immer bei TOMMYS, der ist auch 15 Minuten entfernt aber es gibt auch näher gelegen viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden die Unterkunft bei Andrea auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! :)

Isabell and her husband were very friendly and great hosts. We apartment was clean, well furnished and has everything we needed. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong and we had no issues whatsoever. They also made great use of the outdoor space. I recommend taking the boat tour Isabell's husband offers!

We had a great stay, upon arrival the communication was great. A great pool and a 1 minute walk to the sea. We taken good care of by the hosts. Would recommend this villa for big groups or smaller ones by which the villa is divided.

Spędziłyśmy z rodziną fantastyczny urlop, w jednym z trzech apartamentów u Viktora . To miejsce daje dużo prywatności. W apartamencie jest wszytko co potrzebne, jest przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Basen sprawił dużo radości, zwłaszcza dzieciom. Lukoran to bardzo spokojne i urocze miasteczko z piekną plaża, położone w otoczeniu dzikiej przyrody. Viktor jest bardzo pomocnym i komunikatywnym gospodarzem, który polecił nam miejsca w okolicy warte obejrzenia.

Vi kunde nog inte haft ett bättre boende. 4 sovrum med varsina toaletter var mycket uppskattat. Pool, grill, balkonger i olika riktningar, solbäddar, liten lekplats mm. Nära till strand och matbutik. För oss, ett sällskap på 7 personer, så kunde vi få både avskildhet och gemenskap. Perfekt. En extra stjärna för en mycket bra och tillmötesgående husvärd.

Das Appartement von Monika und Frederik ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Monika und Frederik warm und herzlich.

We had an amazing time in the house. It looks even better than on the pictures. It's very clean, has all you need to feel at home. Pool was great. The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful. They left some welcome soft drinks, biscuits and fruits which was a nice touch.Thank you very much Marta and Family!

Smještaj je na mirnoj i odličnoj lokaciji, 10 minuta od grada Zadra. Apartman je bio kako je i opisan, čist, uredan te ima sve potrebno za smještaj. Domaćin nam je pružio sve potrebno te svakako preporučam smještaj.

Mirjana's place had everything you need for a longer stay. They were even so nice to take care of details like mosquito repellent diffusers. Mirjana and her husband were very nice, kind and easy to communicate. The place itself is charming, comfortable and clean. It has plenty of space to relax inside and outside. The place is in great localization, just short walk to beaches and great spots to swim. My family and I very much enjoyed staying in Mirjana's place :-)

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables dans la petite maison de Danijela. Elle est très bien située, à 5 minutes à pieds de la baignade, du port, des commerces et restaurants. Il y a une place de parking dédiée. La maison est très bien équipée, et très propre. On s'y sent bien. La petite terrasse privative est un peu dans un passage (le village est fait de ruelles aux maisons très proches les unes des autres), mais il est bien agréable de s'y reposer, à l'ombre du beau figuier et dans la délicieuse senteur des plantes aromatiques qui la bordent. Nous remercions chaleureusement Danijela et son mari pour leur accueil attentionné et très sympathique !

Je recommande vivement cet hébergement, j'ai passé d'agréables moments avec mes trois enfants, ma première visite pour la Croatie et j'aurai sûrement envie d'y retourner chez Jagoda. Un super plateau de fromage à l'accueil et une délicieuse tarte aux pommes pour le départ avec un petit cadeau pour mon fils ☺️ La description de la maison est fidèle à la réalité. La mer se situe à 5 min à pieds. De la terrasse nous avons observé le couché du soleil et nous avons profiter de la vue sur mer. Mes fils sont ravis et moi aussi 😍 Vous pouvez avoir confiance à 100%. Everything great and as advertised. We traveled with three small children and very much enjoyed the stay. We especially liked the possibility to walk to different locations to swim and to the beach bar. There is also a larger sandy beach in Preko (5 min drive) which the children loved. Tanja and Ankica were fantastic hosts and we followed their advise for restaurants, boat hires, and a lot more. We will definitely come back.

We spent our dream summer holiday at Ivan's in Preko. The small private beach is a great spot for snorkeling, swimming or enjoying the sun, while the house is spacious and equipped with everything you need and more. Ivan himself is a very friendly host, who helps with whatever you want to know or need; he even treated us with self-grown fruits and vegetables (we were also welcome to pick from the garden). In front of the house there is also a secluded spacious area, you cannot see into from the outside, which was perfect for storing and drying our SUP and other sport equipment. You can spend there your time and eat as well. Overall we had an amazing time, thank you for everything!

The apartment is amazing!! only couple of minutes far away from the beach and not very far from the center. The place is tidy, located in a quite neighborhood. In the kitchen we found every utensils that we needed, the balconies are wonderful 😊 Silvija was a wonderful host even though we didn’t have the chance to meet her, she was very responsive to our messages :) :)
