I stayed with a group of 10 people, the experience was great as was Snježana's hospitality. In the future we will definitely return to relive the climate and relaxation of the place, highly recommended!

The house had everything you want and more. Very clean and had all the kitchen amenities you might need. The hospitality was 10/10. The hostess Mr.Neno was so nice and very friendly. This area is perfect if you’re looking for a chill vacation. The sea is 5 minutes from the apartment that you can reach by walking. The only thing missing was the washing machine, so in case you’re planning to stay a few days keep that in mind. Other than that everything was perfect. Definitely would recommend!

Jagoda and Kristijan have created a truly unique, beautiful, atmospheric and distinctive place! Perfectly meeting all our needs. We were especially impressed by the lovely surroundings, the stunning sea view, the sensational open kitchen, and the well-maintained pool. In every corner of the house, you can see the care of the hosts to create an exceptional place and about details. We and our children were delighted with our stay. It will be a great pleasure to visit them again.

Nagyon szép a tengerpart, közel van a házhoz.Nagy családdal mentünk, miénk volt az egész ház, ami nagyon jól felszerelt.Remekül éreztük magunkat jövőre is visszamennénk.

Real host are Marija and Angelo, they own the house and live next door. They speak english only a little, but are extremely communicative and helpful. For us, speaking polish, communication was not a problem. The house is very spacious and has it's own unique style and aura, definitely not minimalist modern-style. Big living room, kitchen, and big porch made us feel extremely comfortable. Parking space is shadowed. There was everything needed for the start once we arrived, spices, water, olive oil, dishwasher tabs, plastic bags etc. There is a space outside with a grill, place to eat, the garden with reserved space occupied by 4 turtles (imagine kids joy!) and additional storage room (fridge, umbrellas, chairs). Right from there you enter the rocky beach, we even had "own" place on the rocks with chairs. You will not find a house with better location if you like sea, swimming and diving. Sevid is really small place, no crowds, one market (5min walk from house). We loved our stay!

Ivan and Maja’s villa was beautiful, sleek and modern and we had a fantastic week staying there as a family of 10. We especially loved the pool area and watching the sunsets from the terrace. Primošten is a beautiful town, we enjoyed spending time on the beach and visiting the restaurants and it was only a 10 minute drive from the villa and easy to arrange a taxi for 10 people (we used Mario’s). We also tried the traditional restaurant in the village which was a great experience and the peka was delicious. Ivan and Maja were wonderful hosts and arranged for water, milk and coffee to be available in the villa as we were arriving late at night. There was also a lovely welcome tray in the villa when we arrived. They were very responsive and made an effort to visit us during our stay which we appreciated.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Rogoznica. Suzana war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Das Haus hat zwei separate Wohnungen, zu Beginn war die untere Wohnung leer, danach war eine Familie mit 4 Kindern etwas laut, das Haus eher hellhörig. Wir konnten vom Balkon tolle Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. :) Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!

We LOVED staying at the Villa! This rental was well worth the price. The ladies were always amazing in communication, and Matea even came to get us when we got lost. The house is everything our 2 families needed and more. The view is beautiful, the home is clean, upgraded and has all the amenities you will need and more! The pool was a beautiful touch. We had no problem getting around, it was perfectly located for us. Also, don’t miss out the 9:30am bakery van- it comes right in front of the Villa daily and you can buy fresh bread! This place was a dream to stay at and we will stay with these ladies again when in Croatia!!
