Modern house with private yard and heated pool.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus von Sanja und Ivan. Es ist ein sehr schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Für den Aufenthalt sind alle benötigten Utensilien vorhanden. Besonders toll fanden wir die Außenanlage mit dem Pool, der Grillecke und den schönen Olivenbäumen. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit dabei und er auch er hatte eine tolle Zeit. Das Meer war innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch der Hundestrand war nicht weit entfernt. Sukošan ist ein schöner Ort. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch. Im Oktober ist die große Urlaubssaison schon vorbei, das sollte man einfach berücksichtigen. Einige Restaurants waren deshalb nicht geöffnet. Wir wussten das und uns hatte das nicht gestört. Wir haben die ruhige Zeit am Meer genossen. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Ivan hatten uns auch viele tolle Ausflugsvorschläge gemacht, die sehr hilfreich waren. Очень красивый,уютный и чистый Апартамент в котором чувствуешь себя комфортно с первых минут. Белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца.все сделано и обустроено со вкусом . Удобная кухня со всем необходимым. Терасса с красивым видом на море.(до моря 1 минута пешком). Мелита и её Отец очень приятные,добрые люди.Спасибо Вам большое за отличный отдых.

Wunderschöne Villa. Äußerst nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Pool wirkt auf den Fotos etwas größer und liegt ab ca. 15:00 Uhr völlig im Schatten. Die Küche war mit Töpfen, Gläser und anderen Küchenutensilien super eingerichtet. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist in etwa 15 min zu Fuß entfernt, bietet jedoch nur eine kleine Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Ich empfehle ein Mietauto, da die Villa nicht sehr zentral liegt.

Cosy & Romantic Apartment with a Stunning View

Hatten einen super Urlaub im Oktober, die Wohnung perfekt und gemütlich eingerichtet und äußerst sauber, direkt am Meer haben viele Stunden am Hafenbecken verbracht und den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Nette Gastgeberfamilie Urlaub bei Antonija Kann man nur empfehlen.👍

My Dalmatia - Villa Providenca with heated pool

Ana was a superb host. She gave a great list of recommendations and was very responsive. We were given a lovely welcome basket on arrival. The villa itself was excellent and well equipped. Perfect for our party of 8 - plenty of space and never felt overcrowded. The only downside was the construction happening in front of the villa which slightly ruined the view from the balcony and made some noise during the day. Despite this, it was a very private and relaxing villa ground which is perfect for a week away on holiday. Just 15 mins from Zadar by car meaning the city is easily accessible but the location of the villa allows you to escape the business to relax

Villa Iva. Stunning house with heated pool!

Die Villa hat genau unseren Ansprüchen und Erwartungen entsprochen. Wir wurden von Ivan vor Ort sehr freundlich empfangen und er war jederzeit für unsere Fragen erreichbar. An Ausstattung ist alles notwendige und noch ein bisschen mehr vorhanden. Der große und beheizbare Pool wurde mindestens jeden zweiten Morgen von Ivan gereinigt. Mit dem Auto ist alles notwendige innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Villa selbst liegt etwas abgelegener, sodass man bei egal welcher Lautstärke keine anderen Personen stört.

nous avons passé une semaines, reposantes et agréable, marija a été très accueillante, attentionné et plein de petite attention. le logement est magnifique et calme. Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel. Merci a marija pour l'accueil et les petites attentions.

Villa Stone Pearl with heated swimming pool

Parfait! La communication nickel, si on avait besoin de quelque chose on l’avait, elle répondait directement. Le logement était hyper propre, la piscine entretenue TOUS les jours sans pour autant nous « déranger ». Quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait à boire et à manger dans le frigo. Tous les équipements essentiels étaient présents. Andrea avait envoyé des recommandations d’activités ou de restaus à faire, la villa à une vue incroyable et dégagée, le soleil tape bien sur la piscine et cela rendait la maison super lumineuse. La piscine était chauffée, nous avons pu nous baigner même à 23h, c’était parfait. Le village est calme, nos voisins étaient des moutons et des poules, c’était paisible et relaxant. Le logement est a 20 minutes de Zadar et à 1h30 de Split, les magasins sont aussi assez proche. Il est essentiel de louer une voiture selon moi. Bref, je recommande a 100% ce logement. Punta Natur - luxury beach apartment for 6 people

Internetes szálláshely foglaláskor nagyon ritka és kiemelkedően jó dolog amit itt tapasztaltunk: a szállás leirása alapján (fotók és szöveg) elképzelt helynél egy sokkal csodálatosabb ingatlanba érkeztünk. Minden úgy volt, ahogy le volt irva, csak még jobb: látszott, hogy folyamatosan gondozzák, fejlesztik a helyet, mind bútorzatban, mind a kertben és más kinti terekben. Egy kis gyémánt ezt a hely egy nyugodt, békés öbölben a vizparton. A házigazdánk nagyon segitőkész volt, mindenben segitett és nagyon kedvesen, türelmesen tűrte kérdéseinket, problémáinkat, mindent megoldott. A környezet rendezett, a szomszédság csendes és békés, itt tényleg lehetett nyugodtan pihenni és relaxálni. Külön kedvesség volt a házigazda által tulajdonolt vizi sportszerek felajánlása használatra tartózkodásunk alatt (pl. SUP), erre nem is számitottunk. Mindent köszönünk, csak igy tovább!

Villa "Romance"

Villa Romance was the perfect getaway after a busy few days in Dubrovnik. The facilities were great for 2 couples to unwind. Plenty of space to enjoy together and separately. The hosts welcomed us with homemade plum brandy which was delicious. We also had some lovely cakes in the fridge waiting for us. They were both very hospitable and gave us a warm welcome. We totally recommend Villa Romance for a relaxing stay.

Villa Miandri—a Stone-Built Oasis of Peace and Relaxation

This villa is totally beautiful, tastfully furnished and immaculately clean. It has everything in place to make it a real home from home. We could not have asked for anything else. The kitchens are well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery etc as well as a freezer full of ice. Our host also provided us with his home made wine on arrival which was very appreciated as the shops were already closed by the time we got there. He was also happy to provide more as and when it was required. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and the beds extremely comfortable. There are plenty of showers to meet the needs of all those staying. The villa is situated in a very sleepy town with only a shop and a bar so we found having a car a must. There are other towns and beaches only a short drive away or there is the option to drive further afield if you wish. All in all I could not recommend this villa highly enough.

Stanovanje je lepo, čisto, udobno in prostorno. Velika terasa s krasnim razlgledom na morje. Do plaže je le nekaj korakov, trgovine in restavracije so dosegljive peš. Šime in njegova žena sta izredno prijazna in ustrežjiva. Priporočam.

We had a wonderful two weeks here and would love to come back again! Mislav is a very sensitive host and just a kind person. We were without a car, Mislav kindly offered to take us to the store for groceries. It was very nice and a big help, as we were tired from the road. If you need peace and quiet, then this house is for you! The house has everything you need for a vacation if you are not looking for luxury. I recommend it!

Villa Sunset

Belle location sympa, très bien équipée, spacieuse et la piscine est un plus non négligeable. Nos hôtes sont très accueillants, disponibles, de bons conseils pour les visites et les petites attentions gustatives étaient très appréciées. Je recommande vivement cette location, nous y avons passé un magnifique séjour. Encore merci à Ivan et Carolina pour leur gentillesse.

Es war einfach toll! Gloria und ihre Familie sind so herzlich und haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Bei allen Fragen standen sie stets zur Seite und haben uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Der Garten ist riesig und unser kleine Sohn konnte dort problemlos mit den vorhandenen Spielsachen spielen. Ihn war nie langweilig. Des Weiteren ist die Lage der Unterkunft einfach perfekt. Man kann viel in Sukošan direkt unternehmen, aber auch Zadar oder Biograd sind nicht weit entfernt. Alles in allem perfekt ! Wir kommen wieder 🤩

Ms. Ksenija is a lovely lady. Our flight got delayed and we reached the property at 1:30 am in the night. she came all the way to property to handover the keys and explained about everything. Thank you very much. would love to come again. :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Marijana's apartment. The highlight for us was the spacious balcony with a perfect sunset view and a hot tub! Marijana is very friendly and makes sure you feel welcome and right at home. I can't recommend this place enough :).

Our time in Croatia can only be described as a wonderful experience. This was our first time trying out Airbnb as a group and Martin & Ines went out of their way to make us feel at home like giving us a tour of the area, helping us in their private time and providing us with the information we needed. The house is located in a quiet village just outside the centre of Zadar, we definitely advise renting a car, there are supermarkets, restaurants and plenty of beaches nearby. The house itself was very clean, had everything we needed and provided more than enough space for a group of four students. Not only do I recommend this place for families, but also for students who like to relax and enjoy the beach.
