The property is detached, partially fenced with private parking next to the house. You are alone in the house and have complete privacy. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the baroque city of Varaždin, 20 minutes from Koprivnica (and the artificial lake Šoderica suitable for swimming), 25 minutes from the thermal baths in Varaždinske Toplice. Hilly landscapes, cycling and hiking trails nearby are also ideal for an active vacation.
