Awesome place to stay, great views and even closer to the old town than we thought. Incredibly friendly hosts!

A fantastic apartment , well located 15 minute walk to Dubrovnik old town. Safe neighbourhood with local shops and bakery. Everything you need is provided, it’s well equipped and has great outside spaces. The best view of the sun going down is from the balcony off one of the bedrooms upstairs. The best beach with facilities was Madrac approx 10 Minute drive. Pebble beach but 2 sunbeds and parasol for 20 euros. This was good value compared to other beaches. And had a nice beach bar/restaurant with shaded areas. We would be delighted to return to this apartment.

This is a very good place to stay, right near the bustling bay of Dubrovnik, with a very good view and basin view. Not only that, the host is very nice. We arrived very late, and the host's father greeted us at the door. The next day, he also introduced us to the interesting story and history of the house. Table tennis is very convenient, and we also barbecued in the courtyard. The facilities in the house are very new and convenient, and the hot water is very sufficient. Let our journey in Croatia have a wonderful end. Thanks to the host for providing us with such a good place!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

Very sweet apartment. Bozo was super helpful and responsive. The apartment has everything you need. Lovely balcony and great view. Just the neighbourhood is quiet (which was accurately described? No cafes / coffee close by. And a lot of steps to get up! But that’s Dubrovnik!

Sanja’s place was exactly like the photos. It was lovely and peaceful and breakfast on the veranda was idyllic. Even though it was very quiet, there was so much to do nearby and it was a great location. Finally Sanja was very responsive to our messages and helpful!

Just returned from a week at Vacation House Pietra & I’m so glad we chose this accommodation. Both the house & host have been exceptional. The property is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, & perfectly placed in a peaceful spot in picturesque Cavtat old town while being conveniently close to all amenities. Our host was friendly, efficient, & even helped arrange our airport transfers (thank you Paola!). All in all a fabulous experience - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Casa comoda, pulita, ordinata e con tanti servizi aggiuntivi. Zona piscina top! Hosting simpatico, professionale,reattivo e disponibile. Ha atteso a lungo il nostro arrivo (ritardo aereo) e ci ha fatto la sfida per la colazione del giorno dopo! Grazie!

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

Everything about this property is FIRST CLASS - the hosts Boris & Katija have built an amazing place for your Dubrovnik holiday. We were a group of 8 adults and were amazed at how huge the property was, the amenities it had (a sparkling infinity pool, steam, sauna, a well appointed kitchen - you name it). But most importantly the hosts themselves were wonderful - they helped us out in every way possible with the transfers to/from Dubrovnik airport & the daily visits to the Old town. They recommended us a nice speed boat for a full day trip to all the surrounding islands. If you do end up staying here do not miss the almost private beach at your disposal All in all it was an amazing 3 night stay for us all & I am sure we will be coming back here & recommending it to our friends to try it out. Fantastic place with lovely sea views, garden and great opportunities for swimming and sunbathing. Quiet and peaceful, with a very pleasant host who did everything to make the stay perfect. The kids loved it. Great beds and fab air conditioning . We hired a car to make food shopping and visiting Dubrovnik and Cavtat easy peasy!

Een geweldige tijd hier gehad met een vriendengroep van 7 personen! Toen we aankwamen hadden we een valse start door een miscommunicatie van ons. Gelukkig is dit snel goedgekomen en hebben we genoten van het appartement. Alle slaap- en badkamers zijn zoals verwacht! De slaapbank beneden is ook prettig en kon last minute nog worden opgemaakt. Het was erg warm in Kroatië (>34°) maar door de airco's is dit in huis goed te doen! We hebben genoten van de bbq plaats buiten en de hottub (3 a 4 personen). Toen deze halverwege een melding gaf, werd er direct schoon water in gedaan. Ik heb nog nooit zoveel contant gehad met een Host. Dit was erg fijn! Andrijana gaf ons tips voor uitjes en restaurants en konden we vaak om hulp vragen. Eén van ons was jarig en daar stond ook in de ochtend een kado klaar! Daarnaast kregen we snel nieuwe voorraad en heeft ze 1x alles schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf. Tijdens ons verblijf was per ongeluk wat stuk gegaan, dit in goed overleg opgelost. Top!

My whole family loved staying here. We wish we could have stayed another week. The house is perfect, there was plenty of space and the outside area is amazing. Everything was nice, modern and clean. The hosts were amazing, friendly, helpful and super responsive. I definitely recommend staying here.

A perfect holiday with our two teenage kids. The villa is spacious and fully air conditioned, and the kids were delighted to have their own rooms with attached bathroom. The weather was gloriously hot so we spent the week in the pool or at the beach. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach a number of beaches ranging from busy with full amenities (bars, cafes) to quiet spots where you can see fish swimming in the clear water. You can also hire pedalos, SUPs, kayaks, jet skis, etc. There are many restaurants to choose from, specialising in pizzas, pasta, grilled fish and meat, and even though it was peak season we didn't need to book. The shop at the top of the road sells everything you need and includes a bakery so you can get fresh croissants and delicious watermelon. An excellent place to stay, highly recommended!
