A lovely place to stay. Really good value. Superb location. Kitchen is very well equipped. No parking in front of the house but only short 50m walk to the car. High chair and cot and kids bowls in the kitchen make it helpful. 2 minute walk into town.

Great place, great location, really close to the airport, not far from the peak district and also if you want to go in the city.

Really helpful and ensured needs were met. Went as far as changing beds to single beds to meet the needs of the group. Fantastic host!

We had a lovely stay. The house looks just like the pictures and had plenty of space for all of us. The location is great for getting into central Manchester, and Jordan and Tate were responsive and helpful throughout. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is only one bathroom, but this was clearly mentioned in the listing, so we were prepared. Overall, a very nice stay. Thank you!

We couldn’t have wished for a better home from home to gather our family together for a late Christmas. The property comfortably accommodated us for the entire celebrations. It is exactly as described, being warm and welcoming as well as stylish and comfortable. The family room was a great shared space with the lounge ideal for a bit of quiet time. Communication from the hosts was clear, friendly and helpful throughout.

Fantastic one night stay at Claire’s place whilst working in the area. House was spotlessly clean and the beds one of the comfiest I have ever stayed in ! 5 star all round

Thanks Heather. We went as a family with our son with autism. Close enough to get to town easily but still quiet. Easy free parking outside. A mature and nicely renovated two story apartment with lots of room. Some parts a little quirky but fitted in nicely with the vibe and original house. Thoroughly recommended for a relaxing break on the edge of the High Peak. We really enjoyed our break.

Place was ideal for us for the night, but could have happily stayed longer. Helpful and responsive host and a great flat easily walkable to the city centre. Good deal all in.

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

Absolutely perfect place for our overnight stay with a friend and my dog! The property was very accessible and dog friendly with lots of walking spots on the doorstep. Easy to find and the place itself was very comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating and communication and clarity of instructions were 10/10 :)

I was in Manchester for a funeral and the accommodation was exactly as described; a perfectly peaceful and spacious place to rest and recuperate. Thank you for making a very difficult visit so much easier. Will definitely be recommending and returning!

Man’s communications were excellent and the stay was exactly what we were looking for. Given the location the price was extremely reasonable for the size of the property. Mak was even kind enough to gift desert which was delicious!

We stayed here for a weekend away as a group of school mates all turning 30. The property was the perfect base for us, providing us with the best possible experience. We’re an active, activity based bunch and this stay had something for everyone. Multiple activities, from the pool table, darts board, table tennis, air hockey, and yes the Pool and Sauna. Many of my friends couldn’t believe just what we had found for this stay. Private use of the pool is a great bonus. All beds were made, fresh linens and towels provided. We used the kitchen to cook our breakfast each morning. There’s ample parking for 3-4 vehicles inside and plenty on street right next to the property, which is a quiet street so not a stress. Whilst the decor is aged, we are not particular on this and found it added to the charm. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and spots to relax. We would stay again! The host was fantastic in communication and response to questions posed and made the whole process easy.
