Spacious house and modern kitchen. Has 4 rooms and 2 full bathroom (1 in the master room). Kitchen is fully equipped and clean. Host was very responsive and help us to book in the last minute.

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

Beautiful custom built home in a quiet foothill setting. Probably the best stocked and equipped kitchen I have experienced at an AirBnB; fruit, snacks, and eggs were provided. Perfect location if you are simply wanting to get away and slow down for a day or two. The owners live in an adjacent building on the property and Anna met me at check-in and did a quick walk through of the house with me, which was very helpful. She was available if we had a need, but otherwise, left us to enjoy our time. Welcoming, friendly hosts and beautiful home in an ideal setting.

Nicole and Cam’s home is the perfect family getaway place. We had a group of 8 adults and 3 infants and their home was spacious and comfortable. Our family absolutely loved the deck and family room area…just the perfect hangout spots! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to eat in, but there is also a local brewery down the road that has the most gracious staff. Nicole and Cam were very accommodating and quick to respond if we had a question. I would highly recommend their home if you’re looking for a place in the Auburn/Cool area. We will definitely be back!!

From the antler chandelier serving rustic royalty realness to the marble drop countertops practically screaming luxury, this place had it all. Cozy crash pads for the whole crew, a backyard begging for BBQs, and a dining table that somehow squeezed in seven wild kids and six exhausted-but-thriving adults. The house? Spacious enough to hide from the madness when needed. If there was a hiccup—it was the tragic absence of laundry detergent. But hey, there’s a Chevron nearby for all your last-minute needs. With Sugar Bowl and a few other ski resorts just minutes away, hitting the slopes was easy peasy, snowy breezy. Bonus? The backyard’s surprise sledding hill—because nothing beats watching the kids wipe out with pure joy. Meanwhile, the game room and upper loft kept the little ones entertained while the adults fully embraced the R&R life in the hot tub. Now that’s a vacation done right.

This place was more than accommodating for my cousins and I! We were there for a family wedding however with enough rooms for all of us, it turned into a mini reunion as well! We had a slumber party weekend and memories for a lifetime! We had 3 vehicles there after we all arrived and there was more than enough room for all 3 cars to be parked in front.

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.
