Oporów, Fabryczna : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Great apartment, clean, quiet and very well connected to the city center. There is a big shopping mall 5-10 mins walk and restaurants. The host is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this apartment.

A very nice apartment in a new complex. Very close to the Rynek, at the city center. Nice view and great balcony overlooking the river. The apartment is comfortable, we felt very good in it. Easy check-in and check-out. The host is responsive and kind. I'm very glad for choosing this place for our stay in Wroclaw.

Das Appartement hat uns sehr gefallen. Es gab eine ausreichende Anzahl an Betten, zwei Schlafzimmer eins mit einem Bett und ein großes mit einem Futon und Doppelbett. Auf den ersten Blick haben wir die Bettwäsche nicht gefunden, aber wir bekamen zügig Hilfe vom Vermieter. Die Bettwäsche war sauber. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Es gab Handseife und ausreichend Handtücher. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küche ist das Highlight der Wohnung, es ist geräumig und lädt zum abhängen ein. Die Küchenzeile enthält das nötigste, um beispielsweise Frühstück vorzubereiten. Supermarket sowie ein Wochenmarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt in der Nähe auch einen Zabka mit langen Öffnungszeiten. Zum Vorteil ist, dass das Appartement in der Nähe von einer Bus-/Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt. Somit kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Breslaus erreichen.

We were amazed how good the apartment location is. Everything’s a walking distance. Mateusz is a great host. The apartment is beautiful and really clean. Has everything you need. We will definitely be coming back!

Wszystko zgodne z opisem i tak jak na zdjęciach, czysto, wszystko zapewnione i super lokalizacja. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry, szybko dostawałam odpowiedzi na pytania i wszystkie niezbędne informacje, polecam serdecznie😊

Pobyt w tym domu był dla mnie trochę jak odwiedziny u znajomych😊, czułam się bardzo swobodnie. Marta i Maks to wspaniali gospodarze🥇- są otwarci, uśmiechnięci, pomocni, świetnie gotują😋. Sam dom jest piękny i wyjątkowy, czuć dbałość o każdy szczegół, do tego jest pełen książek. Lola🐈 i Mimi🦮 chętnie dotrzymują towarzystwa, trudno się im oprzeć😅 Bardzo polecam to miejsce, łatwo w nim oderwać się od codziennego pędu.

Marek was een geweldige host, hij houd van een gesprek en heeft schattige poezen. Goed geslapen en uitgerust. Er was veel ruimte en een privé badkamer. De keuken was gedeeld. Onze hond had ook voldoende ruimte en heeft genoten. Heerlijk verbleven, bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.

Het huis is een beleving! Zeer karakteristiek ingericht, echt een huis met persoonlijkheid! De tuin is erg schaduwrijk, wat wel jammer is als je echt een zonaanbidder bent. De tuinmeubelen waren vernieuwd naar state-of-the-art! Zeer comfortabel. Echt een heel bijzonder huis dat voor herhaling vatbaar is. De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. Kortom; aanrader!

Das hübsche kleine Häuschen liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch direkt an der Oder. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Das Haus ist absolut ausreichend für 4 Personen. Hightlights sind Sauna und Hot Tub, die man gegen Gebühr nutzen kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Elzbieta's welcome was really warm, we felt immediately like at home. She was super nice, nothing we asked for was a problem. And I'm really really thankful, that she let us stay longer after checkout, until we waited for the tow truck after my car accident. She even made us very tasteful potato meal for lunch. Thank you a lot for everything 🩵🤗

It is destiny to stay with Malgorzata and Roza,because my name is Margaret too😊 Although the location is not in city center and you need to take bus which is 3 min walking distance to bus stop then 30min to city, malgorzata make up it for providing lovely and amazing hosting which make you feeling as home. She not only provided me many local tourist information and yummy xmas cookies &coffee,but also she helped me to carry my big suitcase from her home to trian stn for locker then city center by her car🥰 Roza even tried to fix my broken suitcase handle at first night. Really appreciated all. We had interesting long conversations to share each other cultures &history during my 3 nights stay. I had better idea about Polish history when I traveled here. Ony little issue the house won't have stable wifi, you can use your own or Roza could give you phone sharing one. Super recommend to stay in this big & quiet house with Malgorzata & Roza . You will have wonderful trip in Wroclaw!

Our whole family enjoyed the stay at the house very very much. Clean and cosy: a lot of space to move around for kids and there's every amenity you might need, which made us feel really at home. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We were welcomed with presents for the kids and a tasty chocolate cake! That was really lovely of Magdalena and Jerzy, thank you once again! We highly recommend the house to everyone!

Mimo że gospodarz i miejsce wynajmowane było okey. Niestety miałam okropne doświadczenie z sąsiadką która stała na schodach i robiła mi zdjęcia jak wchodzę na trzecie piętro i schodzę wnosząc rzeczy i prowokując że ona dzwoni na policję bo to jest jej mieszkanie. Nie robiliśmy żadnego hałasu. Byłam tylko sama z dziećmi, które zesnely i niosłam na rękach do mieszkania. Straszne!

We had the pleasure of staying here over the New Year. Monika’s Flat was absolutely stunning, we soon felt straight at home. Spotlessly clean and the furnishings were beautifully considered with secure parking for our hire car too. Communication was awesome, and Monika was super proactive making sure everything was going ok. The amenities in the flat were fantastic, and the welcome gift an absolute pleasure. Fantastic, couldn’t ask for anything more.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Mieszkanie wysprzątane i wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty. Dogodna lokalizacja, nie było problemu dostać się do centrum miasta komunikacją miejską. Jasne instrukcje co do zameldowania. Odpowiedzi od gospodarza otrzymywane kilka minut po wysłaniu wiadomości. Polecam:)

La casa di Beata ci ha sorpresi perché dal vivo é ancora più bella che in foto! Piena di dettagli artistici e altre curiosità, curatissima nei dettagli. La zona é davvero bella, davanti ad un parco con una bellissima chiesa. In 20 minuti sei in pieno centro e la passeggiata per arrivarci é molto piacevole. Il livello di pulizia era molto buono nella maggiorparte degli spazi, c’era solo qualche pelo sulla scrivania e un po’ di polvere. Il letto era davvero confortevole e caldo. Il bagno molto bello e funzionale; mancavano alcune cose essenziali (bagno schiuma e shampoo), ma quando glielo abbiamo fatto presente Beata é stata molto gentile e disponibile a fornirceli! :) Torneremo sicuramente, grazie ancora!

We stayed for one night in this lovely apartment. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the pull-out sofa was fine. There’s ample parking right outside, and the large elevator made moving around easy. We did experience some Wi-Fi issues in the evening, where it worked intermittently, but overall, we still highly recommend this place!

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay here. Its very close to bus and tram stations, about 10 minutes away from most of the tourist hot spots. The place was cozy and spotless. Would definitely book again!
