"We had the pleasure of staying at Jessica's house for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as our first visit! The property is clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Lovely location and a great beach to enjoy. Sharon was very friendly and communicated at all times. The place was nice, clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The bach shares a section with the main house and we didn’t need any assistance during our visit as everything was great. A really nice couple of days with a nice drive up to see the sights. Thanks for a great stay!

Wow - what a magical experience it was staying at your house, Shane & Lesley! The house is absolutely stunning and landscaped impeccably, with such charming touches at every turn. Our only regret is being able to stay just two nights in this beautiful wonderland. we had a family of 8 staying and the house suited us perfectly. Right on the beach with easy access to the boat ramp also the house had fish filleting area which was perfect. Great place to stay - worked perfectly for us. Gary

Sarah was great at communicating very understanding and made checking in and out a breeze even accomodating when we were not going to be checked out in time made it very stressfree for us. We had yummy eggs in the fridge when we got there and everything you could need for a weekend away. Thank you Sarah for making our stay very easy and stress-free. Lovely property with everything you could need! Deborah was a fantastic host - incredibly friendly and kind! 5 mins walk to Hihi beach and town only a short 10-15min drive away this is a perfect spot to explore the area. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m back in the area. Many thanks indeed for letting me stay!

Wow what a delightful little pocket of serene paradise. Coming from the city and fast lane of hustle and bustle this place was definitely a slice of heaven. Thank you so much Gordy and Carol. The communication was awesome. Unfortunately I didn’t get to meet you in person however your beautiful little retreat says it all about you both. Just a little side comment not that it mattered the internet wasn’t up due to previous ones who had played around with the settings. Yet the communication was on point. Would I stay there again? Of course I would and would recommend this to anyone🙌

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and highly recommend this place. Hosts provided lots of valuable information on things to do in the Bay of Islands area. Comfortable bed and we appreciated the owners actually have mosquito/fly screens on the windows allowing them to be left open to let the fresh air in, without any worry about insect bites. Great views per the photos from the bedrooms. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the bay. Two full bathrooms with washer and dryer. Kitchen well stocked. Within walking distance from Paihia restaurants and the passenger ferry to Russell. Great location.

Lovely stay, highly recommend Lil's place. The location is awesome, so relaxing, comfortable bed, everything you need for a great stay is provided, love there is a full size fridge, BBQ, washing machine and dryer amongst other essentials. Lil is very helpful and there is plenty of information about walks, where to go and what to see. Being able to walk across the road to the water each day was a bonus and the views from the unit are forever changing as the tides come and go and the sun rises and sets. Some days there are cattle next door at the fence. I highly recommend staying and will return in the near future.

Wonderful place. Enjoyed sitting on the private patio for coffee & drink. Place was clean, well organized & had everything for us. Very supportive host with local recommendations. We were welcomed in person. Hope we can visit again.

Wonderful view, clean large apartment, and the host was very quick and helpful with arrival information and so. A great place to relax and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Coopers Beach. The place had the most spectacular views and was very clean.

Unique location above the marina. It was great to spend time on the deck watching the comings and goings of all the boats. The place was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The Marina Cafe across the carpark had great meals that we ate there two nights in a row. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

For a winter break it really was perfect. Best spot ever. The best part....The people! Friendly, helpful. Kind. Every eatery was great. Op shop for fishing clothes too! Had great fishing with " Buckos" Dont miss it! Will return. Thankyou. BnM

It was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a week in a rural setting with sea views out to the Poor Knights islands. A large property, accessed off a private road so very secluded and peaceful. Handy location half way between Matapouri Bay and Tutukaka, although you do need a car to go anywhere. Kitchen was very well equipped including basic supplies. Access to an indoor swimming pool, ability to charge the EV, and use of the laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and explained the facilities and beach access path. Special touches were a bottle of wine and locally made nut brittle on arrival, and acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary which was during our stay. Annette and Bianca were super helpful and responded promptly to any questions.

Beautifully decorated! Comfortable beds, stunning views, immaculate gardens, friendly hosts, cute downtown with lots of shopping, restaurants, and scenic tours within walking distance - although I had to get a ride back up the hill 😉 🙄 … loved our stay here!!
