This was a GREAT location , the pier was just a few steps away and the beach was like a 4 minute walk ! We had a question about where to launch the boat and they were right on it ! My suggestion is to ask what breed dogs are allowed to stay if you are bringing pets… we almost didn’t stay because of the breed type. They worked with us ! They were friendly and nice. The pictures look exactly like the place . I would definitely stay again !

This is a great little place, everything we needed was there! Perfect for a family weekend event in Pensacola.

Great space. Well stocked with the basic essentials which was nice. The outdoor space in the back is great with plenty of games, chairs, coolers, etc available for use. Location is close to downtown area, easily walkable and only a 20 minute drive to Pensacola Beach.

Beautiful home! We loved our stay! The bedroom set up was great for our family! Quick walk to the beach! We had a great vacation! Would book again!

Nathan and Cissy were very responsive. They created a cozy and fun environment inside the house, in the back yard and even in the garage. We enjoyed many neighborhood walks and bicycle rides in the area. Our little dog especially loved the fenced in back yard!

Janine's home was perfect for us! Humans and pups all appreciated the lovely shaded backyard, spacious living space (2 separate living rooms!), and a great location for our needs. Will definitely hope to stay here again the next time we're in town.

Amy's Place proved to be an ideal destination for the final stages of our vacation, offering a tranquil and serene atmosphere. The residence provided ample space for my family's needs. The host demonstrated exceptional responsiveness to our queries. The kitchen was comprehensively equipped with essentials for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, the accommodations were outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to return on our next visit to Pensacola. We extend our gratitude to the owners for sharing their property with us, and we cherished every moment spent there.

This was my first time ever to Pensacola, unfortunately because of a funeral, but Micah made it feel so comfortable and greeted us when we got there with her sweet fur babies! Her place is absolutely adorable and perfect for all I needed! Her and her husband both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and makes sure you have all the necessities in case you forget something, which I did! And leave you some treats in a basket for when you need a little snack! And if you’re lucky and you have time, you may can book a massage with her while you’re there! I just loved it and I will definitely be back to visit this summer to enjoy the beach! Thank you Micah!

Niko is an amazing host. His hospitality and kindness helped us through a tough time, as we needed to evacuate FL for a hurricane. He allowed us to stay with our pets, which was perfect. The area is quiet yet there’s still a lot to do just a few minutes up the road. Great area for bird (and other animal) watching. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it was beautiful nonetheless. Plus there’s a Buc-ees less than 15 minutes away! :o highly recommend for a nice relaxing trip, or if you need a place to stay in an emergency like us :) the area felt safe and secure. We would definitely come back!

This home goes above and beyond our expectations! It was so clean, very comfortable beds and linens. The outside area is beautiful and private. There are tons of extra things to make your stay great. Lots of pool toys, plenty of cups. Plates, silverwear, cookware! Cute little game room, tons of board games. The home itself has adorable decorations. The pool was so warm and the water clear, there are leaves in the pool from surrounding trees but that is disclosed in the listing and the leaves that were in the pool had not been there long. This is such a wonderful stay i would recommend to anyone needing to stay in pensacola. Grocery stores just minutes away and they are so responsive and even let us check in early and unlocked the door for us when we arrived and adjusted the thermostat for us. I could go on and on. This is 100% our favorite stay.

This house was nice and I just love the way they give you all the condiments from drinks to dishes,just everything I loved it and will recommend a stay to anyone!!! Will see us again I don't know when🥰🥰🥰

The house is very open and clean. The beds were all nice. The pool was very warm for our 4 kids to play in morning and night. Great place!

Beautiful area! Quiet and about 20 minutes way from town! Nice restaurants, seafood market and little shops close by! Fairly short walk to the beach! Beautiful Beach!

We loved our stay in this adorable and clean house! Conveniently located to great restaurants and the perfect place for walkers, close to several parks! Melissa was so quick to respond to any questions and a pleasure to rent from! Highly recommend this rental!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! I would recommend staying here! The only negative thing is: it was too cold to get in the pool! Hopefully we can come back when it’s warmer weather for the pool!

This place is adorable! Had everything we needed and more. Loved the special touches too. Perfect yard for our pup. Internet was spotty but we dealt with it. Would highly recommend this place!

Awesome house for my nine friends! We all got to hang out in the big living room but still have our own spaces. Valerie was very sweet and useful when we had questions. I would recommend!

We stayed for a month and the place was just as promised. Pam was quick to respond when we had issues and questions. Pam went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed When the microwave acted up she had it replaced within 3 or 4 hours. Beds were comfortable and there were several spots to charge devices with USB ports built into some of the lamps and the night stands in the master bedroom. The recliner in the living room no longer reclines but it works fine as a chair. Internet worked well for streaming and for working remotely. TV service from DISH network with a DVR. Internet via Cox The house is located near a curve in a somewhat busy road so it can be tricky backing in or out of the driveway.

Stayed 4 nights with my sister. It was an amazing spot. Close to the water, easy to get to from the road. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The surroundings were beautiful, with a peaceful view of the water that made for such a relaxing experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding. It was also dog-friendly, and we loved being able to bring our dogs along—they enjoyed the stay as much as we did! The host was great—very responsive and always quick to answer any questions. We would highly recommend staying here!

Having access to a gym was amazing for me. The beach is so beautiful! Pick this place you will not regret it!
