The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

Great location with beautiful balcony view. Awesome view! Walkable to International Drive in Orlando and to nearby hotels to catch free buses to Universal! High floor balcony offers more privacy. Very cool to see Universal Parks and Disney Fireworks from balcony. Our kids like the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs! Nice kitchenette and way to enjoy the great view with coffee and own breakfast on balcony. Liked having 2 bedrooms/bathrooms to offer more privacy. Main room couch also serves as sleeper sofa to accommodate 5 people. Good place for the money.

Stayed for a long weekend and had a great stay. Needed to check-in early and Sherry was very flexible and accommodating. The apartment was clean and neat, with all the amenities that we needed. The only con about the space was that the AC doesn’t go below 70 degrees. Luckily it wasn’t a very warm weekend. Everything else was great!

Estuve con toda mi familia 4 adultos y 2 niños. Las fotos son tal cual se ve el departamento . Hermoso. Super cómodo y muy bien equipado. Las instalaciones están a nuevo. La habitación de los chicos un sueño. Todo muy espacioso. Impecable. La atención del personal que administran! Maravillosa, en menos de 10 minutos te dan respuesta y siempre muy amable. Volvería sin dudarlo. EL complejo es para destacar muy bonito, esta muy cerca de los parques y los malls, muy buena la ubicación. Por supuesto cerca de un Walmart también. Hay animales también sueltos como patos, que hacen al paisaje mas bello aun. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Jodi is certainly one of the best hosts I have crossed on air bnb yet. The unit is just like the pictures and if you get the joy to meet the host, you're in luck. Great atmosphere, great hospitality. 5 stars all the way around. Will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was located within miles of the theme parks and the Airport. It was also very close to many good restaurants. We felt very safe as the apartment was located in a gated community. The apartment had a great view, spacious and was very clean. It was very well furnished and had everything we needed.The check-in and check-out process was seamless. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others as well!

Angela was a great host to communicate with and she was very accommodating. Her place was exactly as described in the listing. We had no issues while staying at her place and would definitely recommend this rental property. Something to be aware of - the unit is inside a gated community, which is no big deal for us. But, it does add a few extra minutes to the commute getting into and out of the gated community, and then driving to the unit. With a gated community, you get that extra sense of security and it was a great gated community! Lots to do, areas to walk, a pool and barbecue area, etc. Highly recommend Angela and her rental unit!

Condo was great! Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for the four of us. Location was about 20 min from Universal and about 10 or so for Disney Springs. Unfortunately we didn’t go to Disney this trip but was also very close.

Die Lage am See macht das Haus zu etwas Besonderem. Ein- und auschecken ging sehr unkompliziert. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden. Es gibt reichlich Platz, theoretisch auch für viel mehr Gäste als und, und die beiden Kanus sind eine tolle Möglichkeit, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Leider konnten wir die Feuerstelle auf der Veranda nicht nutzen, das Gas war alle, aber das ist sonst bestimmt extrem gemütlich. Ein paar kleine Reparaturen am und im Haus sind fällig, aber das stört den Gesamteindruck nicht. Insgesamt war alles prima und komfortabel!

Beautiful, clean and so comfortable! Love having no carpets in this dog friendly home! Kitchen is gorgeous. Close to Narcoossee and UCF med campus. Will stay again!

The Nick Saban like note on the rules was a little stern, but there must be some bad Airbnb renters. House was as advertised. The dining recommendations were awesome and also close. The combination of easy hassle free park Uber's (no daily parking) and MANY great eating options makes this a perfect vacation spot. Do NOT rent a car! I spent less on a week of Uber XL than on a weekly car rental. There is a separate attached living area that I did not see in the listing. That was a little odd until we realized the noises were fine. The full house, as listed, is great space. Perfect for any family needing space and separate bedrooms. I would rent this again for another Orlando visit!

Loved the lay out for sharing with our son and his family they had one side and we enjoyed the privacy of the master suite. Pool is a bit chilly in late February but we all got in. It was the perfect location for our activities and close enough to theme parks too. We would definitely suggest this home.

Great stay! If you want to fish you need to run to Walmart. Also wish I could have turned air to 70 it was a little warm. Otherwise it was nice. The location was by all the stores you need... He was responsive and seems very nice. Loved having laundry available as we stayed their for half of our vacation and it was convenient to have everything fresh again for the beach. Id give a 9.5 out of 10...

With just a slight mix up when we arrived. Joseph was right there after a quick text. The house was nice and very close to universal! We loved Keke’s which was close by for breakfast! Cute little pond in the back and lake in the front!

Kurt and Hannah were very warm, welcoming and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The house was beautiful, well kept and the perfect vacation spot. All in all, a solid 10/10. We hope to come back some time in the future! Can’t recommend Kurt and Hannah enough.

The place was so clean and location was perfect. all the restaurants, medicine shops, supermarkets are just close by. the property is located on a lake. so great view. has a private walkway that is very beautiful and worth taking a stroll.

This was the perfect condo for my family of six. You heard that right 6 (4 teenagers 2 of them boys 😳). The condo was just the right amount of space to accommodate all our needs. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Then there’s the views! The balcony will easily become your favorite coffee sipping spot. My kids loved the heated pool and my husband and I enjoyed the bar and jacuzzi 😉. It is super close to Disney and you have any restaurant you can think of nearby, yet the resort feels remote and peaceful. My family and I enjoyed our time here so much that we ended up spending more time at the condo than the theme parks lol. Trust me when I say you will be tired as hell after a day at Disney and will be praying 🙏 to get back to that jacuzzi and bar area, good bless. Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

The place was totally renovated, Spotless, everything was furnished. We loved the washer and dryer in the unit, beautiful kitchen, new bathrooms, beautiful living room, leather couch, neighbors were quiet and very friendly. We could walk to grocery stores. , restaurants, shopping, park Avenue . We sat by the lake, just a few doors down everyday . Price was very affordable. This was our favorite place to stay, we stayed 6 weeks .

The condo is beautiful with a great view from the Lanai. Katharine and Gilberto were very responsive and very helpful. We asked for a few things to help with cooking and we received them the very next day Likewise, when the blender broke, a new one arrived the following day. The condo is huge and was very quiet. There was nothing better than getting up in the morning and having coffee on the Lanai while overlooking the water! We will be going back!

The condo was clean and how it was described by all and I will definitely book here again. It is not far at all from a lot of the main attractions, very comfortable and my son loved the bunk beds. Overall great stay!!! Thanks again!!!

We booked a short stay to extend our trip after a cruise, but I wish we had stayed longer. The condo was spacious with stunning views, just as expected. While Orlando can be busy and congested, especially near Disney, this condo was a peaceful retreat—quiet, easy to find, and still conveniently close to the attractions. We will definitely check availability for future trips!
