What impressed us most was how well appointed the apartment was. Eddie left mints around, had a safety kit in the bathroom, a fire blanket on the side of the fridge and drier balls in the clothes hamper! His kitchen equipment was not the cheapest on the market; he made his kitchen into a decent upgrade, it was everything he promised.

Nice place to stay close to UNC!

Our stay at Paul's was very nice. I appreciated the French press for my morning coffee! The pull out couch is not quite long enough for a full grown man but the bed was comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in Chapel Hill! Tanya's place is adorable and comfortable with plenty of space for two adults and a teenager. The kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast, the bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels available along with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Tonya was very responsive to us with a minor plumbing issue and had it fixed the next morning and she gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The location can't be beat, it's walking distance to campus and Franklin Street's stores, bars and restaurants. We had two cars (there's a space for one) but we had no trouble parking on a nearby side street. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Cheryle’s house is beautiful and in the perfect location! Walking distance to everything on UNC campus! Her place is so cozy and Cheryle is so welcoming! She is the most kind welcoming host I’ve ever had on Airbnb! She made me feel like family immediately! I would love to stay at her place again! The bed is so comfortable to sleep in after a long day of activities! I would recommend Cheryle’s place to any and everyone!

I spent about 8 weeks at this place and was very satisfied with its location, peaceful neighborhood, size and facilities. The unit is spacious and has everything needed for daily life. It's also very convenient to grocery stores, easy access to highways and a very enjoyable drive through the forest to Duke University. Kathryn is warm-hearted, very friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Highly recommended.

Jeanne is an amazing host. Very accomodating, responsive and endearing. The spot was also excellent, felt right at home.

This is the perfect location if you plan to attend anything at UNC. We walked to Franklin Street and Kenan Stadium easily. Everything was just as described and pictured. Mimi was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Pickett House! Felt right at home with a dog and a baby. The house was clean and tastefully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed in the master was so comfortable. Desiree was also able to accommodate us for a date change which was amazing!

We had a great stay in this tranquil setting. We saw deer and loved accessing the Bolin Creek Greenway. Very convenient to shops and restaurants and Kenan Flagler, which my son came to visit. We also went to a basketball game and the Heels won in a nail biter!

My wife and I stayed here while visiting relatives in North Carolina. We thought the space was larger than the photos showed. The bedrooms are about what you would expect for an older house, but the master bedroom is roomy with a walk-in closet and a master bath. The very ample living space is especially found in the dining/kitchen/living room areas. This house would comfortably hold 6 persons. Although the house is located on a busy street, we were not bothered by road noise when sleeping. To be fair, we did not sleep in either of the two bedrooms located in the front of the house. The master bedroom is in the rear. The host is self-described as "easy going," and I would affirm that. Often, we've found a list of do's and don'ts in other Airbnb rentals. Not so with this one. Just a nice, clean, straightforward rental where the owner abides by the Golden Rule and hopes others do the same. We will try to stay here during our future trips to Durham. Thanks, Anna!

Hope’s home was a lovely place to stay while we were in town for a wedding! Would stay again!

Victor's was cozy yet spacious. very clean and made you feel at home. exactly as described and well designed.

Such a quaint and cozy respite! Everything was clean and orderly and easy. So thankful for the “starter coffee” as I did not have time to get to the grocery store the night I got there! Susan was responsive when I had questions & flexible when I needed an extra hour to check out. I would recommend staying here and will most certainly be back!

I spent about 5 months at Michael’s place. He’s a great host and the Airbnb is clean, furnished, and has great amenities and a beautiful courtyard. The location is incredible. It’s right in downtown and walking distance to many restaurants. I’d be happy to return and even extend my stay if I could.

This was our second time staying in this community. As before, it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The space is well laid out, with comfortable furnishings. It was wonderful. We would definitely return.

Marcia's place matched the photos perfectly and was very clean. It's in a great location that's walkable to downtown Durham. The unit itself is in a quiet part of the complex and includes a clicker so you can drive into the gated part of the parking lot. On our second to last day, a nearby car accident took out the power, and Marcia was proactive in letting us know when the power was estimated to come back on. One note to consider: the shower head is handheld and so in theory would work for anyone, but in the mount, it's only high enough for someone about 5'7" to use it hands free. Overall, we really enjoyed Marcia's place. We would stay there again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone considering it.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Appreciated having somewhere with easy access to downtown Durham.
