Suzanna's house is lovely, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. As a family with two daughters, we enjoyed a lot spending time together in the house. The neighborhood is pleasant and peaceful, although the sound of the highway can be heard a little from the garden, but it is not really disturbing. We did not have a car as we came by train and everything was within walking distance (15-20 mn walk to Main Street). We had a great time and Suzanna was very kind and responsive.

Julia & Grant's home makes me reconsider previous 5 star reviews I've left. If they were 5, this is a 10. A truly exceptional airbnb through and through. It is spotless, private (outside of friendly neighbors on a private road), has everything you could need, and the property is gorgeous. The view that can be seen throughout the house is truly stunning. The stars and firepit on a clear night were amazing. The park like property has hidden gems and unique touches throughout. Our kids always felt like they were on an adventure. You can tell a great deal of thought and care has gone into the unique touches, which really melt it feel like a vacation for us (such as the holiday themed coffee cups and doggie bags). I could go on, but I don't want to spoil what you might discover on your own. Thank you all so much!

We had a lovely stay at Meedlen’s home. It had all the listed amenities, was clean, and very comfortable for our weekend stay. Meedlen was a responsive and communicative host.

Phillip and Felicitas were wonderful hosts. They were warm, friendly, and very quickly responsive to any little glitch. They have a very nice balance of keeping in touch and respecting one's privacy. Their house is beautiful and clean, and I had the downstairs entirely to myself throughout my stay. They were able to provide recommendations for good local restaurants, and offered very thoughtful touches like coffee, continental breakfast, and a bottle of wine. I enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay there again.

My boyfriend and I LOVED our stay here! The land is such a peaceful, calm area to walk around. The room was so cozy with the fireplace and the bed was so comfortable. Denise was so lovely and our breakfast in the morning was incredible! We can't wait to come back and stay a weekend in the summer and/or fall.

My husband and I stayed for a mini “babymoon” and loved it! Natalie and Richard are so friendly and welcoming and they had great local recommendations. Their “barn” is amazing- very cozy and comfortable, we felt right at home. You can tell they are proud of the property- as they should be! They take great care of the space and everything was very clean. We look forward to staying again in the future!

we were happy with it although no working tv and the house is mid remodel so still needs more to be a nice house. walls need finished and painted. has odd light switches that don't seem to work and are confusing but the house is cute and comfortable. fans in the bathroom would have been nice to offer privacy as well as faucet leaked in bathtub and need replaced. we enjoyed our stay

Stayed at Alyson’s for the Grand Opening of Alex & Allyson Grey’s Entheon, gallery of visionary art, at COSM (amazing experience!!) Alyson was familiar with the Greys and has been to COSM… so we had great conversations about all that. She also gave me some great recommendations of places to check out in Beacon… very cool little art town!! Great trip all around!! Alyson was very friendly and hospitable and accommodating… very warm and inviting!! And her home is awesome!! Secluded and surrounded by nature… lots of trees around the property… beautifully landscaped backyard with a koi pond and a very nice deck to sit and view it all from as well as great views of the clear night sky with no big-city light pollution!! Great spot to meditate! (And on that note… inside she even has a meditation loft… very cool!) I was very comfortable staying here and would definitely stay here again… and would highly recommend Alyson’s place to anyone traveling to or around Wappingers!!

Beautiful b&b. Delicious breakfast. Historic, charming home. It was peaceful yet walking distance from Main Street and trail heads.

What a hidden gem in the beautiful Hudson Valley wine country- I almost want to keep it a secret so it doesn’t become too popular! Everything about our trip was great from initial outreach and questions with Victor about booking, to day of check in, and all of the tips and hospitality from Victor the owner and all staff, especially Angelo. We lucked out with good weather for most of the trip as well. We sampled an array of amazing wines at Benmarl and also participated in the Fineries at the Wineries event and was able to hop around and try other wineries as well, and then end our night with a fire in the fireplace and a few glasses of wine back in the b&b. Victor prepared an amazing cheese plate and pizza Saturday night as well - highly recommend to try the food on the weekends. We would definitely come back whether for a day trip or to stay over in the b&b again.

We had a quick stay at Anil's place, just one night. Our dinner at Crystal Springs was endlessly delayed and Anil was very accommodating in terms of letting us check in after midnight. Room was clean, homey and comfortable. Anil is very friendly and clearly loves what he does — very happy to have met him.

We had a lovely anniversary weekend stay in one of Eleanor's rooms! The space was immaculate, and everything was thoughtfully placed. She made the most spectacular breakfast both mornings, considered our diet, and truly went above and beyond for our stay. We loved that this home is on a quiet & peaceful hill overlooking a farm, but only a short ride to town -nearby restaurants, farmer's market, and Mountain Creek resort are only 10-15 minutes away.

Great stay with a great host!

My fiancée and I stayed one night to get away from the city. The house and our room were beautiful and clean, absolutely no complaints. Hot tub/jacuzzi and fireplace in the room were amazing! Dena gave us a great recommendation for dinner and the breakfast she made for us the next morning was delicious. John was a pleasure to talk to during breakfast. The house is also very conveniently close to a lot of great hiking. We had a great time!

My fiancé and I cannot say enough good things about Maureen and her family’s home! To start, the house itself is gorgeous and full of character, with so many thoughtful touches you feel as if you’re in a dream. The special moments with Maureen and her family were by far the cherry on top. Delicious food and great conversation in a truly serene and peaceful setting. We fell in love with the area and cannot wait to come back in the warmer months. Thanks, Maureen! Love, Kahliah and Ben ❤️.

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Borland House; it was comfortable, charming, and the folks who manage the B&B were very helpful and responsive. It's right in town near several restaurants and shops and the history of the home and period details made for a welcoming and enjoyable stay! Get brunch there on the weekends!
