We stayed at Kristin’s place for a ski trip to Stowe. The house was clean, warm and had plenty of room. Kristin was very friendly and responsive. We left behind a kindle and with her and her husband’s help it was super easy to get it back. Overall It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had a very peaceful and enjoyable stay here. This space is incredibly clean and located in a very nice building that feels like a luxury condo. The location is also great, as the town of Barre is really cute and has several great restaurants (our favorite being Cornerstone Pub and Kitchen). It's also only 30-35 minutes from Stowe, which is where my husband and I primarily spent our time. A few things to note about the unit: there is opaque glass in the kitchen that lets in quite a bit of light from the hallway, you can faintly hear music playing from the hallway at all hours, and the water pressure from the shower isn't very good. All of that being said, nothing bothered us enough to deduct a star from our rating. The building is super nice, the property manager is responsive and kind, and entering and exiting the unit/building is really easy. There's even an elevator if you need it! I highly recommend staying here when visiting or traveling through Vermont.

Christine and her husband were very welcoming. The place was exactly how it was pictured. We even got a flat tire on our trip and her husband helped us change it! Very hospitable and would recommend!

We have stayed in many places all over the world. This was by far the most immaculate place we have stayed - ever! Everything was perfect, although a Britta would have been nice to have filtered water. There were a few snacks in a jar on the counter which was nice. We were there for an event at Norwich University which was directly across the street. Once we arrived, we could walk everywhere we needed to go to include downtown Northfield for a delicious dinner at Good Measure.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at David and Beth's home. We had a friendly greeting upon arrival (as well as delicious homemade cookies and maple candies!) David and Beth's home is attached to the apartment but it was quiet and they were unobtrusive. The Tunbridge area is beautiful - quintessential VT! The property is tucked away a bit (SO Vermont!) but our all wheel drive car handled a little bit of late February mud and rolling hills without a problem. We prefer to eat in and brought some food to prepare in the well-equipped kitchen (however we did go to a great burger bar for lunch in Royalton about 20 mins away). The apartment was warm, cozy and comfortable - a perfect meeting place for us and our two adult children - just what we were looking for! Thank you David and Beth - we may see you again next year!

This was our 2nd time staying here and it was perfect! Perfectly located for a ski weekend with plenty of space to spread out and relax afterwards.

The house was clean- always a pleasure to stay in a wonderful home. The Host is friendly- top notch communication! The experience was priceless.

We had a fantastic time here, got completely snowed in and loved staying cozy in the apartment. Sarah is super nice and friendly. The apartment is above the detached garage, and we had complete privacy, but could ask questions and get suggestions from the hosts with no problem. Looking forward to coming back :)

our stay in vermont was amazing! the hosts were very quick on getting back to us about any questions we had before and during our stay. the airbnb was in a perfect location, about 10 minutes from downtown montpelier. the airbnb was exactly as advertised and there was plenty of equipment for us to cook. 10/10 would recommend staying at thortsen and renee's place and i can't wait for us to visit vermont again! 😊

Kim’s place is very quaint and is well equipped to make full course meals. The backyard and pool are incredible! You can easily star gaze from the backyard and soak up the sun. Her and her husband are very on top of the property, so it looks nice and continues to stay nice and inviting. Kim was quick to respond when I needed anything and she was great to work with. She is open to long-term stays, so if you’re looking for a 3+ month rental, then I encourage you to check out Kim’s place!

Such a charming place! Stayed here due to proximity to ski resorts in the area. The airbnb was lovely, spacious, bright and warm! Woke up to fresh snow and great conditions. Highly recommend.

Endroit bucolique! Très rustique et accommodant! WOW! Pour les amoureux de vieille habitations, vous serez servi! Un retour dans le temps. Tout les commodités sont fonctionnels, l'hôte nous donne accès a tout les appartements de la maison nécessaire. L'hôte est acceuillant, sociable et communique rapidement avec vous. Je prévois revenir avec toute ma famille pour leur faire vivre cette expérience hors du commun. Près des centres de ski et randonnées extérieur. Prévoir votre groceries avant d'arriver. Les magasins généraux sont un a peu près a 10-15min mais si on veux la grande ville, c'est 35-45min. A savoir.

Wonderful and unique place to stay in the beauty of Vermont.

Chad was an incredible host! He was extremely accommodating with any requests we had. The views from his place are breath-taking! We enjoyed snowshoeing from the backyard onto trails in the woods. I fell in love with his cat who visited daily! He kept the driveway plowed and salted in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend his place!

We loved the country feel of Marcia’s place. From the chickens to the farm kitty to the beautiful trees on the mountains surrounding this little farm our stay was perfect.
