Peter's property was the IDEAL HOME BASE for my exploration of western Connecticut. The home was extremely clean and tidy, mattresses were very comfortable, linens and towels were of nice quality, the kitchen was well equipped, and the yard was safe and easily accessible for my dogs. I truly felt like Peter's guest when I saw ground coffee in the cupboard, ample silverware, extra paper towels, hand soap, new kitchen sponges, and high end fragrance diffusers. After a long day of travel, it was nice to relax without having to clean the home. I was impressed by how quiet this neighborhood was considering how closely set the homes are to one another and how many year-round families live in the area. It's truly a pedestrian neighborhood with miles of sidewalks for relaxed walking. The gem is proximity to the lovely marina and beach. Peter was an excellent host! He offered many recommendations during my stay and was always quick to respond despite being on vacation himself.

The stay at this airbnb has to be one of my best stays thus far. the host was very rresponsive and the small attentions to detail in the home were what really made it worth staying. I can tell that the host care about going the extra mile on providing extra ammenities and comforts. such as welcoming packet in the kitchen, bottle of wine, small chocolates in the living room and additional toiletries that came in very useful. great host and home, we will definitely be back for sure.

Beautiful stay! Came to CT with 2 winterstorms back to back and below freezing temps. The place was cozy and warm the whole time! A great place to relax and watch the tide come in and out. And the "throne" room has a great view!

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Jenna. L’appartement était spacieux et très propre, comme sur les photos. Bien situé, à quelques minutes du boardwalk, quartier tranquille. Nous avons rencontré Jenna et son mari, qui étaient très gentils. Ils se sont assurés que tout se passait bien pour nous et ils nous ont donné des recommandations de restaurants. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Great, responsive and accommodating host. Very nice, homey place to stay in fire island and enjoy the beach. The house is also very close to the dock for the ferry and water taxi.

This was perfect for our 2 night stay while in town visiting Granma for her 98th birthday! Very good location in a nice neighborhood, private easy entry, very clean, comfy bed and linens, nice hosts - we'll stay again!

The place matched the description perfectly and much more spacious than what one usually finds for a single bed/bath apartment. I enjoyed the stay and would return again. For me it was a perfect place to accommodate overflow thanksgiving guests over the holiday.

Jim’s place was an absolute gem for my inaugural trip to Black Rock! The Loft is incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous cleanliness, attention to detail, and beautiful furnishings. Jim's communication was top-notch, making the entire experience seamless. One of the highlights was the extensive music collection, perfect for setting the mood during my downtime. The bed and furniture provided a level of comfort that made it hard to leave. Nestled on a serene, tree-lined street, the location couldn’t be better; it’s just a leisurely stroll away from delightful restaurants, charming shops, food markets, and more. I can’t wait to return for another stay whenever I’m in the area!

Great place to stay in beautiful Northport village!!! Clean and well kept with a water view. Across the street is the park and the harbor. Walking distance to restaurants, the village dock and shops. Darren got back to us right away… You’ll love your stay!

It was very neat and clean. Fully stocked. Plenty of room. Wonderful private entrance. Cool outdoor seating area. Tracey was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Angela’s place was one of the best AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in! Absolutely beautiful surroundings and her home looks like it’s out of a magazine! In fact, I’ve already booked another week next month! Five stars ⭐️ across the board!

This house in Point Lookout was lovely. Only steps away from the beach. Provided all the extras - bikes, chairs… Dan was a great host. We’ll definitely stay again!

The house was great. The location was very private for the Fairfield Beach area. I grew up in Fairfield and had no idea this little area existed. The view couldn't be better-was actually better than Julie describes. Amazing view from MBR, had a nice little grass yard leading to the beach-which is also not common for the area. We had deer cruising through the yard. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Very close to downtown Fairfield, Westport, Black Rock, highways, tons of restaurants. We will be staying there again when back in the future.

Me and my Girlfriend has a lovely time at this location. We were impressed with the old-style houses on the street, the nightime view of the bridge was beautiful, and the real fireplace was the icing on the cake. Mia, the host, was nothing short of perfect and the place itself was full of character!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Communications were clear and prompt, and Yvonne was proactive in providing useful information. Easy parking, secure entrance. A balcony with view of the canal provided a peaceful place to relax. A wide variety of restaurants available in the area. So many things to do and see in the area.
