We've stayed at this building so many times over the years but this was the first time in this unit and it was the best one ever. Clean, uncarpeted floors which meant we weren't aware of years of accumulated sandy footsteps, like in the carpeted units. This unit has the most gorgeous view and enough amenities to feel at home. It was super clean and the host was very kind and responsive! The wifi is spotty, so just don't plan on needing it! It's truly a wonderful stay and we can't wait to be back.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was quiet, safe, super clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved being able to walk right out the door to the beach. Although this unit has no views to the outside from the bedrooms, views of the ocean from our living room window and balcony were incredibly lovely and we could see the sunset every night. We loved Wanda’s a few towns over for coffee and breakfast - worth the drive! We would definitely return for a visit in the future.

Beyond grateful my family & I found this hidden gem at the last minute for a random get away. The pictures don’t do this condo justice..the ocean views and short walk to beach below were so magical. Loved the privacy of our unit. The pool & sauna were lovely & we took full advantage of amenities. The team at condos are also kind and very welcoming and let us check out an hour later. Hoping we can stay again!

This condo is beautiful! Extremely clean. Very nicely decorated, across the street from ocean front with nice view of the water. Carol has done an outstanding job of outfitting this condo with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The hall closet contains beach chairs, sand toys for kids, kites, games and more. We slept in the second bedroom, as we found the mattress to be more comfortable. Bedrooms have no windows facing outside, so there is no fresh air, but Carol has supplied fans to help move air and cool rooms. There are 2 parking spots in garage and secure elevator to condo. Entry to the beach is just outside the building and the main street with shops, post office, restaurants is just across the street. We stayed a month and there were plenty of cleaning products for our use. We had exceptional weather in August. I would not hesitate to rent this condo!

We had an amazing stay at this condo for a week in March! The ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and balcony were breathtaking, and we loved watching the sunsets. One of my favorite moments was sipping tea in the rocking chair on the balcony, wrapped in a blanket, listening to the waves and breathing in the fresh ocean air - so peaceful! The condo was even nicer than in the photos, with a beautifully renovated kitchen and a luxurious rainfall shower. The bed was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a sheer curtain in the bedroom for daytime privacy while still letting in natural light. The location was fantastic - we enjoyed walking the beach, exploring nearby shops, and using this as a great home base to explore North and South of Rockaway Beach. It was also very quiet during our stay, which made it even more relaxing. We’ll definitely be recommending this spot and would love to return!

Beautiful getaway site right at the beach with stunning views from the living area featuring super comfy seating to take it all in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful artwork and furnishings. Kitchen has everything you might need and the layout makes this a perfect spot for couples or families to spend great time together. Brian was super responsive and had easy to follow instructions for entry and check in/out. With the beach across the street we could enjoy the sea air, great walks, surf and sand. There are lots of amenities for a stay any time of the year. Thank you, Brian!

Great location, easy walk to beach with beach supplies included, several delicious restaurants easily accessible. The inside was very unique, trendy and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!

Communication with Vicki was first-rate. I appreciated her responsiveness, especially during that crazy storm that knocked power out and made our first night very uncertain (until power came on). Very walkable location. It was great to have a really dog-friendly place to wait out crazy weather!!!

This is a great location to enjoy neskowin. Right next to the hawk creek Cafe which has great food and an amazing view off the deck. And the beach is very close.

We had an excellent stay at Debbie's condo. It was well equipped, clean, comfortable, and secure with covered parking. Restaurants and shopping are easily walkable and the beach is only steps away. This is the perfect location for your coastal adventures.

The house is in a great location and is almost directly across from a numbered beach access post. The views from the deck and main living area are breathtaking. The kitchen is nicely stocked with items needed to make meals. Determining which stairs to go up was a bit confusing but we figured it out. There is ample space for people to spread out and the furniture and beds are comfortable.

This place is so cheap, it had everything you need. For you and your dogs, there was a closet just for animals, coffee for when you wake up, everything you need to cook. Everything was fancy and easy to use, it was like a hotel but way better. The host was so nice. And made sure I had everything I need it felt like home and more, It’s close to everything. And had the best week of my life. She had beach chairs blankets and other stuff that you would need to the beach, even toys for kids to play in the sand. !!!!!!! You just need to respect your neighbors, there is people that actually live around you so you can’t be loud. We had the cops called on us. But to be fair we were very loud and had music all the way up. Cops was so nice and just came to tell us to turn it down. And after that we just went to the casino and everything was fine. The host was so nice and made sure I had everything I need from the time I got in until I left. Thank you very much 🙏❤️🥰

Beautiful views from their cozy and functional condo. Perfect spot for 2 couples or a small family like ours (2 small children). The property managers were kind and responsive. Would have liked a slightly earlier check-in and slightly later check-out time. 10am was tricky to eat, pack up, and clean with small kids. Price seems on par with comparable places. Overall a positive experience and stay!

We enjoyed the view very much. The rooms were separated with their own bathrooms. The small deck was nice as well. There was a lot of traffic at times but we expected that since the condo is directly across the street from Pirates Cove. The gorgeous view outweighed the traffic every time.

Magical place with ocean view and walking distance to restaurants, stores and of course the beach! Friendly host with fast response, my fam was visiting overseas and we enjoyed the beauty of Manzanita :) I'm so glad we chose to stay here! Can't wait to come back soon.

We were very impressed by the place. It had everything we needed and then some. Close to the beach and just the right distance away from haystack to combine a nice walk into the visit to the famous rock. We had no issue finding it. P.S. The puzzle was great on a rainy Sunday morning and no pieces are missing! 😉

Beautiful condo with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Googlemaps misled us on where to turn, so it would have been helpful to have the exact cross streets or better description of how to find the house number. Our minivan fit perfectly in the driveway but I'm not sure it would have fit in the garage. We enjoyed our tume and definitely would stay again.

The condo had a completely unobstructed view of the ocean and sandy beach. It was stunning, and we spent each evening and morning on the balcony taking in the beautiful view and people watching. The location on Rockaway Beach was central to so many fun day trips and the condo was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. It is exactly as the pictures depict: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The host responded quickly to questions I had and checked in (via text) to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Overall, this was a fantastic spot, and we will be back!

Beautiful location, the scenery can't be beat. Whole area was pretty quiet and also close to several restaurants and shopping places. Would definitely come back!

Such a great experience. The only down side was slow WiFi but our kids are on it so much at home, it was more a blessing than a curse. Walk to the beach was so nice and the views were incredible!
