Oregon House : locations de vacances

This was my second stay at the wonderful Ponderosa Escape! The location is quiet but also quite close to downtown, which is very convenient. The property was great for our group of 3 adults and two dogs. My thanks for Julia and Andrew for being such marvelous hosts.

I cannot say enough kind words about my stay at this Airbnb in Nevada City. I messaged late in the evening to see if they had availability for that evening and taylor worked with me so that I could come by in the next few hours and save the week. The space was cozier than the photos even allow. It’s such a short walk from all of the lights of downtown. The bed was comfortable. The bathtub is amazing and watching the projector by the fireplace was one of my favorite things to do every day. When I had an issue, it was fixed within minutes! It had so many cute little touches in a lovely tiny library. I hope to be back soon!

We had such a wonderful stay at Clare's home. The hosue is comfortable and the pool was perfect for beating the summer heat! The door to the pool is off the family rooom area but it is easily closable for keeping young kids away from teh pool if needed. The house is tastefully decorated with some homey additions like books and toys. We found it difficult to choose where to sit-- outside on the front porch or our by the pool lounge area. Although the house is not close enough to town to walk the location is very central and wooded. The view out the back is really wonderful. This is a great place for a family or anyone looking for an authentic Nevada City stay. Highly recommend!

Great space for a nature get away. The views were amazing and the house had everything we needed.

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

I absolutely recommend Paul’s place! It was astonishingly peaceful and great forest views. The bathroom was clean and had a decent amount of toiletries , as well as kitchen for cooking. the bed frames do creak a bit but that’s normal I believe since they are made out of wood . But everything else was superb! He is a very attentive host and will even give you info on trails, for hiking, and lakes for fishing! Overall 9 out of 10 and would come back . Thanks Paul ☺️

We were so relaxed. Just what I needed! Hot tub was very clean as the rest of the property. Will definitely rent again. Thank you Garrett!

We stayed here for a snowboarding weekend and the location is great and close to resorts! Place looks new and clean, and complete with everything we needed. Host was friendly and gave us all the check-in information before we got there. We sure had a comfortable stay!

Lucí was a great host! Very attentive. The space was perfect for our large group. The toiletries she had put were life savers as some of our group forgot a toothbrush or lotion. Would stay again!
