McKenzie & Tori were wonderful hosts and their home and surrounding area near Sunriver is extremely recommended. Bend is also nearby down the road and plenty to do for all ages and is a quaint little town. We were here for winter skiing/snowboarding and Mt Bachelor proved to be well worth the trip. If you have the time and are here during ski season then the 2 hour trek up to Mt. Hood is well worth the drive for the scenery alone in the high desert with an occasional glimpse of the Deschutes River above Madras on RT.97 North. The RiverBend House is situated in a secluded neighborhood in the forest and the locale is extremely peaceful. Their house is very cozy and exceeded our expectations for the week. I highly recommend renting from McKenzie & Tori; I know I plan to again in the future! Sean M.

Not a bad word to say about Eric & Emile's Caldera property! Enough room to house a large group, the amenities and garage playspace were clutch, and the kids had an amazing time. The design was amazing and all the details made it feel like a home - unlike some bare bones vacation rental properties. Can't recommend enjoying any season in Sunriver/Caldera and staying here!

This is such a beautiful home. The setting in the winery is an added bonus. Peaceful, relaxing and refreshing. We rented the entire house and it worked out well. There is the common room but also we had our separate bedrooms to retreat to whenever we wanted. The host was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. The staff at the winery were extremely friendly as well. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. There wasn’t one bad thing about this place. It is set up perfectly for a family to enjoy a nice home. Even without renting the entire house you still feel like you’re the only one there. Such an enjoyable experience. Will definitely stay here time and time again. Thank you to Valisatie for being such a wonderful host. The house and property are beautiful.

I just wrapped up my second stay at Joel’s home, while it is slightly above the rate I prefer to budget in my travels I just can’t get over the value when I compare to other listings, it is a luxurious home with a great kitchen and master bedroom with a pool out back for the price of a standard mediocre home. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this place, I will continue to choose this home in my future travels.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing spring break mini vacay with our family friends, dogs, and kiddos. The home was spacious, beautiful, and the indoor pool was a huge hit. It was exactly how it was described and Tara was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location is super close to Pilot Butte, my husband ran each morning to the top of the butte and we took a family hike there as well. It’s also convenient to get to other spots in Bend. Absolutely would stay again and highly recommend for families with kiddos and pets!

We came to Medford for a family reunion with my 93-year-old mother to visit a brother and family who live in a small house nearby. The pool was a wonderful spot for the children to play and wear themselves out while the adults visited. Shon was very responsive to questions and the place certainly met our needs for the rest of the family.

The house was cozy and perfectly situated in Seaside. Only a couple minute walk to the beach and promenade. If you’re a runner this is perfect location for a morning jog along the prom or beach. Two families stayed here, 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids had so much fun in the bunk rooms. The double beds were a little small for adults but there was plenty of space and other beds for us to sleep on. Some of the beds were a little squeaky but comfy. I highly recommend this space. Check in was a breeze.

the open floor plan was great. felt roomy but still cozy. the fenced back yard was also much bigger than expected. we'll adorn and clean. had everything we needed. would definitely recommend.

This place was just what we needed... three bedrooms for the adults and twin beds for the boys. The kitchen was quite well stocked and the couch was comfy. Enough parking in the driveway. We walked to and from the Whole Foods. And a shorter walk to restuarants, bars, and pizza places. Very satisfied.

This was a beautiful stay, in a peaceful, small town. The place is right on the beach (just a small road to cross). A short walk gets you to a market, pizza, bookstore and even toystore. The downstairs room was perfect for our kids to sleep in, but there is a spiral staircase to get from the street to the door that locks. This was perfect for a family spring break vacation.

This is one of those places that you know that when you give accolades because it was so great, that you increase the likelihood that it will be booked when you want to come back. Yet I must. My husband and I enjoyed everything about it. The decor is current and comfortable, we had everything needed to cook our meals in the kitchen, the bed was so comfortable, it was super clean, and the views were impressive. Craig was so responsive and timely to any questions that I had. We definitely will consider it when returning to Oceanside in the future.

Ladies weekend getaway and birthday celebration. it was perfect for what we wanted! The house was extremely clean with no odor and very comfortable. The propane fire pit in the back worked beautifully. Dean was responsive and proactive with communication and I would love to stay at this home again next time we visit Bend if it's available.

Beautiful peaceful private location with lovely well cared for garden spaces and cozy sitting areas. We had a wonderful family get together here. Great communication with Kevin who is helpful and available. Classy kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Large living room and spacious dining room. The theater was "over the top" fun for a few movies nights. Our favorite BnB stay of all time!! We look forward to enjoying this home again.

This is a beautiful home! We came for a few days to celebrate my husband's birthday and I feel like we hit the jackpot. Every detail is thoughtful, tasteful, beautiful, top quality, comfortable...I could go on. We want to come back when the snow has melted and ride those bikes. But morning hot tubs and evening fires with the days of walking and exploring in between was exactly what we came for. We can't wait to return!

Super clean, very roomy and exactly what we needed! The baby features were a big plus for us! It is in a great location and easy to really get anywhere in Bend! Highly recommend staying here! Tammy is a great host! Very quick response and attentive!

The location is ideal with a beautiful and private view of the ocean, but still a fraction of a mile to the restaurants and shops of Port Orford. The house is well stocked with essentials so you can quickly settle in and feel right at home. The assortment of art in each room gives it a personal touch. We'll be back. 😊

This was our family’s second time staying at the beach house and it was perfect for our family and two dogs! We love the privacy and location, the private beach walkway down to the ocean, the hot tub, and how homey this house feels. It has everything we needed to cook meals, and we enjoyed having the kids in the living room so we could spend time together as a family!
