Perfect house for two families. The upstairs bunk room was great for kids to hang out! Right across from the tennis/pickleball courts which was super fun. Only 12 minute bike ride to Sunriver village.

Robby was very welcoming to his home and is responsive with any needs or inquiries you may have. I highly recommend Robby’s Airbnb as this was the second time staying at this specific home, would love to come back. Thank you again!

This was a perfect rental for our family of 10! We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping and the extra apartment above the garage was a plus! Thank you for the great stay we will definitely book again!

Really enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of space and was very clean. Lots of amenities (extra tp, batteries,etc) Everything was very well labeled and easy to find. Lots of seating areas to enjoy the amazing ocean views. Plenty of eating spaces. One of the best places we’ve stayed.

Great and very large home! Fit our whole group well. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

We traveled from Montana with another family to adventure the area during our kids spring break. The house accommodated everyone (8 people) very well! We were able cook meals here often and take in the ocean views. Very quick walk (across a busy street) to the beach. The beds are super comfy and having 3 full bathrooms was a plus. This house was exactly what we needed!

Exactly as described and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Worked well for a large group. Mary responds very quickly and is very accommodating. There are additional rentals on the property - the downstairs apartment, another apartment next to the house and sometimes the owners stay on the property in an RV. This is a family home.

We booked both houses for a family reunion of three generations. It was the perfect place for us all to have conversations, make big dinners, play games, and relax. There was plenty of dish ware, glasses, and silverware. Kitchen was well stocked and roomy for making large meals for our group. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had a last minute addition to our group so we had 17 total people, plus dogs. When I called the host, she was very friendly and accommodating to our request. The location is excellent! We all fell in love with the quaint and charming town of Manzanita. The walk to the beach was just a couple minutes. Everyone had a blast and felt very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend Sanctuary in the Shire to others.

Great location close to the beach and main strip with a fully fenced yard for our pup. The layout is great and very comfortable for two families or a few friends meeting up. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I booked this spot for an annual grief retreat to celebrate our late daughter's 5th birthday. Our entire group (6 separate families) enjoyed this home. The kids enjoyed the games and toys, the single people enjoyed the firepit and hot tub, and the parents enjoyed how well stocked this home was. Everything you'd need was in place! Not to mention the quick walk to the beautiful beach. Best part by far. Thank you for providing such a great experience!

great place to stay with toddlers and babies. beds were comfortable, everything no worked smoothly. lights being dimmable also helped with putting the kids/babies to sleep. never felt cramped. never had trouble finding parking, usually right up front, and walkable coffee shops were great. also the temperature was always perfect, which really makes a difference in airbnbs. never too hot or too cold.

This was a great place for our family gathering. We had 3 generations aged 15-77 together for a few days of skiing and family fun. This house provided a very well equipped kitchen and a bbq so we could prepare meals. It also had a large table that allowed all 9 of us to eat at the same table. The location was great for anything you want to do in Bend and a quick easy drive to Mt. Bachelor. I would highly recommend for a large group.

We had a great time here with our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and lots of room for all of us. The kids liked the foosball table and we enjoyed the proximity to paths and the river. We used the tubes and life jackets to float and played some pickleball. The TV doesn't have cable/channels so bring your own streaming device - we were prepared for this and brought ours to catch some Olympics in our down time and when AQI got too high outside. This was a much more reasonably priced house than most in and around the Sunriver area, but still good proximity to pickleball/tennis, river, and small but clean pool. Lots of deer in the yard each day and lots of big fluffy bunnies hopping around. We would stay here again.

We stayed at this beautiful Airbnb in Medford for a girls' trip with eight of us, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was stunning—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Each room was cozy and comfortable, and the whole place felt like a luxurious retreat. The hot tub and pool were definitely highlights—we spent so much time relaxing and enjoying the peaceful setting. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, and every little detail was thought of. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect setting for reconnecting, laughing, and just having the best time together. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!

This is such a beautiful home. The setting in the winery is an added bonus. Peaceful, relaxing and refreshing. We rented the entire house and it worked out well. There is the common room but also we had our separate bedrooms to retreat to whenever we wanted. The host was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. The staff at the winery were extremely friendly as well. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. There wasn’t one bad thing about this place. It is set up perfectly for a family to enjoy a nice home. Even without renting the entire house you still feel like you’re the only one there. Such an enjoyable experience. Will definitely stay here time and time again. Thank you to Valisatie for being such a wonderful host. The house and property are beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. We took bike rides, floated the river in Bend and visited the Sharc. The house was a perfect place to come back to and relax. The 6 kids ages 6-10 enjoyed the hot tub, deck and bunk room. It was a perfect place for our group of 12!

This house and location is phenomenal! Park like setting and luxurious house. Everything was perfect for our crew we cooked lots of meals. Mt Bachelor is about 40min away from this house which was great. Recommend staying here!!'

Beautiful house and setting! House was welcoming, clean and cozy. We all slept really well and the kids had so much fun playing in the big grassy yard, watching fish in the pond and playing on the play structure. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could need. The hosts communicated very well and had very clear instructions for check in and out. I will definitely rent from them again but longer next time so I can enjoy it that much more.
