Conveniently located near Alta/Snowbird for skiing and near restaurants and grocery stores! Common areas are spacious and open! You have the full basement of the house, but you can occasionally hear the people upstairs walking around and watching TV.

Anyone that lets you use a private hot tub for your entire stay gets a 5 star in my book! Lisa was great to work with & very accommodating. The house is in a gorgeous corner of Utah County & was well equipped. The only 2 quirks about this location (which weren’t deterrents for us but good to know) is that the thermostat for the basement location is actually controlled upstairs in the main home. Lisa is very willing to adjust as needed but it’s a slight inconvenience. Plus it doesn’t have any fans in the bathrooms. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen & laundry were convenient, the entrance is private & separate, & the hot tub was awesome! Beyond that it has pretty much the most amazing views of the mountains right there! Thank you Lisa!

We enjoyed our stay - peaceful and quiet neighborhood with comfortable bed, fresh eggs, and large living room for relaxing.

This is a great spot. It looks brand new, the kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious, pool table and lounging area were great. Very nice hot tub - we were there for skiing so didn't spend much time on the patio but it looked like a good, relaxing place to be. Even though it's attached it very much felt like a separate space, and we couldn't hear a thing from the main house. Conveniently located to Cottonwood canyon ski resorts and to the SLC airport, it's a great value and we would absolutely stay again.

Ella & Mo’s place was amazing! The surroundings were beautiful, up in the lovely mountains with such a peaceful neighborhood. We felt right at home, and there were so many amenities and even extras that were thoughtfully provided for guests. We would love to come back one day and stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area in need of a place to stay!

Although the kitchen lacks cook top elements or oven the kitchen and bathroom are generously provisioned. Comfortable and spacious.

We loved our stay here. Kathryn's place is very beautiful. It was very clean, well-organized, and well-decorated. We had everything needed for the stay, including a pack n play crib and high chair for the baby. The views from the house are great, and it's a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Kathryn was quick to respond to our questions. Overall we loved our stay here, and if we visit the Salt Lake City region again, this will be the first place we try to book.

We had a wonderful stay in Lehi at this AirBNB - highly recommend. We regularly travel for my teenage son’s rock climbing competitions and Lehi has a great gym for fitness and competitions. My mom (midn70’s) travels with us, so we prefer the comfort of a quiet AirBNB vs hotels where all his teenaged teammates stay. This had the benefits of both - easy access T competition, close to his rowdy teammates, but a quiet environment for us in the off times. I’m an avid runner and found the neighborhood fantastic for local jogs with great views, wide sidewalks, quiet streets, but accessible to all the things we might need - restaurants, gym, stores, etc. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet - with all the amenities we needed to stay and relax. We will absolutely book again the next time we are in Lehi.

Her description was accurate, it is a good clean and functional place to stay on a budget. There were lots of little amenities that made the stay more convenient.

We loved Sarah's place so much last year we decided to return for an even longer stay this year. The accommodation is bright, clean and feels spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of storage in the unit. It is located in a beautiful neighbourhood, a short drive to many grocery stores and very well located for skiing Alta and Snowbird. I highly recommend Sarah's place!

Our family had a great stay at Grace's View! It was conveniently located for skiing, especially Snowbird and Alta. The place was very clean and well equipped with everything you may possibly need for cooking and bathing. The beds were comfortable and so were the linens. Renae was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The hosts were accommodating and they gave us our privacy. We enjoyed having access to the hiking trail right outside our door. We loved the peaceful location and mountain views!

If you are coming to ski/snowboard Zach’s location is KILLER. Just a very short drive to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons it is the ideal base camp for your trip. Kitchen is well stocked and with three bedrooms, a tv room, large kitchen and eating area there is plenty of room for you and your crew to stretch out and get comfortable. Plus it has a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as a hot tub just steps from your door. Amazing amount of shopping, grocery stores , and restaurants within a mile or so. Made our trip feel like pressing the “Easy” button staying here. And for the money relative to other choices in the area I found it to be fantastic value. Zach was an amazing and amazingly responsive host as well. Would absolutely rent again!

This was a very spacious stay! Huge yard and nice little playground, well appointed apartment with lots of room to stretch out! The hosts were very communicative and considerate. You can definitely hear a lot of things from upstairs, but we were told to expect this, and we have kids ourselves so it's not "uncommon" noise. In other words, this is a great space for a family, and expect normal family sounds. I was surprised to have chores when there was also a cleaning fee, but still a great stay. We would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful property that was very professionally setup. Very spacious and doesn't feel like a basement. The beds, pillows, and linens were extremely comfortable and soft. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, and centrally located. I liked having the extra bed in the living room, as we dont often spend a lot of time at our accomadation as we are out adventuring, and much prefer the extra sleeping space. I thought that was a creative approach. Our host was very responsive and friendly. We come to Utah often and will definitely be back!

Very easy to get to. The basement apartment is roomy. Check in and check out was very easy. The beds were very comfortable. It is very hard to control the temperature. There is an electric fireplace in the kitchen and a portable heater in the main bedroom. We had to leave the fireplace on most of the time just to stay comfortable. Sometimes the heat would kick on from the family renting the upstairs but then it got too warm. There was a fun arcade with multiple games that the kids enjoyed. The small family room was cozy. None of the TVs worked in the bedrooms. We tried changing batteries between controllers but no luck. The appliances are very old and it was difficult to control the heat on the stove. There is only one bathroom and that was difficult with the kids needing the bathroom if someone was showering. The water pressure is low but we seemed to have enough hot water. It just seemed a little run down.

Great location and within walking distance to my brother’s house whom we were visiting. Nice large apartment and awesome kitchen. Felt right at home.

Great place! Everything was as described, and it was nice to have all the space for our snowboarding gear. Being a basement unit you could hear some footsteps above, but nothing crazy and we didn’t have any issues, just something to be aware of :)

Comfortable stay for my family of 4. Clean and had everything you could need. The busy road could be difficult to back out on depending on time, but would still recommend staying here.
