From the moment we stepped through the door, the property exceeded our expectations with the thoughtful inclusions and the well thought out facilities. There is so much space, that even with our large family, it never felt crowded. The children were safe, easily occupied, and content in the environment. The outdoor pizza oven and BBQ provided even more options for meals in the beautiful garden filled with roses and fuchsias! Because the property offered such a variety of activities and entertainment, we did not need to leave for the entire long weekend. We had the most incredible time. There really are no words that can adequately describe the experience. Thank you, Jason, for providing such a beautiful and well equipped space for us to enjoy. I'm sure we will be back!

Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

This is an outstanding property with a wonderful and responsive host. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. The house is very private and well appointed, maintained and stocked with quality produce and supplies - we were also welcomed by a beautiful hamper, and warm service. The property itself has stunning views from almost every window. We enjoyed using the gym (located in an adjacent private building which can also be used as a study), pool and spa. We had a few things on our list to visit for the Huon Valley but were very content to stay at the house and enjoy all the amenities. We would most definitely return here when visiting Tasmania.

Had a wonderful stay. House was clean and had everything we needed to use during our stay. The kids loved the pool and having some floatation toys readily available to use was a much enjoyed bonus! Hubby and I enjoyed sitting outside once the kids were settled in bed to enjoy a drink and the view. Would definitely stay here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Orford Pavilion, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations, providing the ultimate sanctuary amidst nature's embrace. As a Tasmanian local, finding a nearby retreat that allows for true disconnection can be challenging, but this property offered a complete sanctuary where I felt fully disconnected from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The walking trails leading to the coastline unveiled picture-perfect spots where we were fortunate enough to witness a stunning full moon. The views are breathtaking. We also relished refreshing dips in the heated pool and enjoyed meditation sessions in the yoga studio. The open-plan design features soaring cathedral ceilings, abundant natural light, and stylish interiors that blend seamlessly with the breathtaking bushland. T attention to detail throughout the entire property is impeccable, with spaces thoughtfully arranged to allow for privacy if you were a larger group. Cannot wait to return!

We had an excellent few days with our family at Marina’s house. The house is simple with large rooms and lots of space indoor and out. The view is lovely and ever changing and the kids loved the ducks and native hens. An ideal place for a family gathering.

One of the best air bnb’s I have stayed in. My toddler son had the best time in the pool, playground and especially talking to the chickens. Julie was an amazing host will definitely stay there again on future visits.

We had an amazing stay at Sativa house. The bed and linen was incredibly comfortable and soft. The house was super cosy and very well equipped with extra touches like panadol and extra toiletries if needed. We asked for a later check out time so we could enjoy the space for a bit longer and that was kindly granted to us :) Highly highly recommend! Not far from Hotel Bruny and the Bruny Baker too!

Shane's house is beautiful. It was perfect for our family catch up holiday. There were 7 of us and because the house is spacious, it was very comfortable. It's closeness to shops, restaurants and the city made it easy and convenient.

It is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay, with a big balcony which give you an incredible view of the sea and sunset. The kitchen is well equipped. The whole house was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in there.

The Glebe Emporium is the most charming accommodation with rich history and in a stunning area. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived at the airbnb and everything was as described. Freya and her partner Graham were very hospitable and had some fantastic recommendations and advice around activities we were interested in. You can tell that meticulous detail has also been taken to ensure that a guest has absolutely everything they need, which was greatly appreciated! A highlight for us was catching sunset from the porch, absolutely phenomenal views!! Thanks so much for everything.

Amazing stay at Dolphin View Beach House. The house has everything you could possibly need. The location is amazing. Beautiful views of Primrose sands beach and only a short 5 minute walk to the beach itself.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Debbie is the most wonderful AirBNB host we have ever had. At the time we booked she was already asking us a preference for our complementary bottle of wine, when we arrived the air conditioning was on to ensure the house was cosy for us. Complementary chocolates, fresh flowers around the house, two settings made up at the dinner table, and I could keep going on. The house was absolutely wonderful, well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 10 out of 10 for beautiful property and the wonderful host.

The house was absolutely perfect as walking distance to the Calvert hospital. Also walking distance to Banjos Bakery and a cafe. Only 10 minute drive to a great strip of Restaurants on Elizabeth St and close to the city. Everything as shown in the pics and a very easy and flexible stay. Cheers

Our stay at the Fun House was truly memorable. I'd previously read all the reviews which were all positive . But I have to say the house exceeded my expectations. I'd already recommended it to people before I had actually seen it, now I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who will listen. It was located in a quiet street, close to everything, beds were comfortable, and the bath… OMG that was awesome, I am quite tall and don’t fit in many baths, but I fitted in this and enjoyed it twice whilst we were staying there. My only complaint was that my husband sometimes won at the pinballs, I did not foresee that happening, but I suppose that will happen. When we arrived, we got caught in an absolute downpour and we were literally soaked through, Tony very nicely allowed us to come early so we could get out of our wet clothes, which was very much appreciated, we were very wet and cold by this stage. Thanks so much again Tony.

Excellent place to stay. Masterful renovation of an old house. Very comfortable for us and our daughters family including baby grandson who met his 94 year old great grandmother at Ferntree which was the main purpose of the trip Everything worked out very well at the house. Only one toilet in the main house but well designed space so we could use toilet while someone else was showering Wonderful pear and quince trees in the backyard. The local birds had a feast every morning Thanks for sharing such a great house

We absolutely loved our stay at the Oyster house. Waking up to beautiful water views and the peace and quiet was unrivalled. There were plenty of native animals to see every morning and evening around the property and it was a very relaxing stay. Nigel's artwork throughout the property was very impressive and we also found some of his artwork displayed at an amazing restaurant called Landscape in Hobart. I highly recommend booking the Oyster House for your next trip to Tasmania.

Awesome stay! Exactly as described. The beach access was amazing, even on a chilly day.

Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht hier und sind spät angereist und früh schon wieder abgereist. Wir hätten gerne viel mehr Zeit hier verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, hat eine sensationelle Aussicht und Ostseite praktisch eingerichtet. Toll war der Empfang mit einer Flasche Wein, welch wir dann leidender nicht mehr geniessen konnten.

This was a great stay for my family and I. Walkable to Richmond’s cafes and shops, whilst feeling like a private holiday space. The house and rooms were well appointed, with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. We loved the hot spa!

Really lovely place to stay. We booked in order to visit van Bone but were blown away by the beautiful, peaceful setting, amazing wildlife ( in house echidna and kookaburra family). It was perfect. Also really well stocked house, great library and telescope.
