Victoria is one of the best hosts we've had the pleasure of interacting with! Super accommodating and great on communication. The house was super comfy and very well put together... everything you need and then some. Love that lil neighborhood she's in with such a peaceful yard space to hangout in and a short walk to the bay down the street! Wish we could have stayed longer

The cottage is very welcoming, charming and clean. The minimalist decor makes you feel right at home and the attention to details is to be noticed in every room. The location was also perfect for us, walking distance from downtown Pensacola and 10 minutes away from the always energetic Pensacola Beach. We really enjoyed our stay, the lovely hosts and the vibe of the cottage all together. We will definitely come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property in Pensacola, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The house is beautifully designed with impressively high ceilings, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. It was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. All the appliances were in perfect working order, adding to the convenience and ease of our stay. The location is another standout feature, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short distance away. This made exploring the area and enjoying local attractions incredibly convenient. Overall, this property is in an excellent location and offers everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Pensacola.

Bill and Lisa were great hosts. One minor issue was corrected in minutes. When we left, they were more concerned about our safety on the road in the storms than we were.

The place was awesome, great price, and had just about everything you would need for an extended stay. There was no nice outside seating though. And we were not sure of the neighborhood as the close neighbors seemed a bit messy. This place was the nicest by far. We had to drive to every beach destination or eatery. But every place we went to was awesome! Hanna was extremely helpful when we needed her. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was AMAZING! I can’t complain about anything at all and believe me, there’s usually something but this place was BEAUTIFUL! First off, we noticed it’s EXTREMELY CLEAN! With it being so close to the beach, you sometimes have extra sand floating along the floor but this place didn’t have not one speck of dirt on the floor! A lot of restaurants are within walking distance and even if it’s not, it’s a very short drive down the road. The back was cozy with the back deck on the water. It was all very serene. We are VERY happy with discovering this little piece of Heaven. We HIGHLY recommend this place and will be coming back this summer! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed! 😊

Book now! We just finished our trip at this beautiful location, and it was absolutely perfect! The setting is a true gem—peaceful and scenic. We loved every moment of our stay. The private beach and backyard amenities were fantastic, providing an ideal place to relax and unwind. Inside, the home was just as lovely—thoughtfully decorated and cozy, with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools we could ask for, making meal preparation a breeze. Additionally, the owners were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. We can easily imagine returning to this spot again! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene getaway with all the comforts of home. It is super family-friendly! We had six children (ages 1 to 17) and six adults, and everyone had a great time!
