The home was impeccable, and Beautifully designed, and prepared to give your guests a home-away-from home experience!

Stayed at Ray’s for 3 short nights as we were in town for a wedding. Everything was as described and in pictures. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. The backyard is a great space to hang out after a day of exploring. Area is very walkable with plenty of restaurants and services nearby but you are in a quiet residential neighborhood. Great location near airport but you are not bothered by any air traffic. Ray was very quick to respond to any queries and easy to communicate with. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

This tiny house living was perfect for my daughter and I. We were visiting my younger daughter who lives in the area but we wanted a nice view, with some outdoor fun things to do and we definitely got both!! Plus a fully equipped kitchen to able us to prepare an entire Thanksgiving meal, it was perfectly laid out for us to be able to stay out of each other's way when we were not hanging out together. The weather was chilly so it was nice to have door open since patio is screened in. Other visitors were friendly and the bar staff were also, we took out Kayaks one of the days and it was easy to fill out waiver and staff helped get them down and in th water for us. We also brought our dogs who were very happy to walk around and explore. I would definitely recommend this place to others, actually already have. We found our new spot and plan to rent a boat next time. They have a nice marina area that is well kept and have a few options to be able to rent boats. We will be back!!!

Our large extended family (ages 27-86) came from several states to this wonderful and incredibly fun property and enjoyed ourselves immensely! There was so much to do throughout our stay on-site. The grounds are beautiful and private, and the amenities were really great! We grilled out by the pool, swam, had a bonfire, watched a movie in the indoor theater, played games on the screened-in porch, competed in mini-golf, skee ball, connect four etc. Everything was clean and in great condition. Andrew and Belinda were super responsive, helpful and generous, as was their staff. It looks just like the photos-rooms are so creative!! A grocery store was ten minutes away which was ideal. We would highly recommend this spot to gather with friends and family!!

Loved the lay out for sharing with our son and his family they had one side and we enjoyed the privacy of the master suite. Pool is a bit chilly in late February but we all got in. It was the perfect location for our activities and close enough to theme parks too. We would definitely suggest this home.

We came here to celebrate my son's 16th birthday with two of his friends. He was really wanting to swim (in January) so I was on the search for a house with a heated pool that could accommodate all of us. The check in instructions were excellent and we really loved the home. The boys spent alot of time at the pool, hot tub, and in the garage playing pool and other games. I loved the fireplace. It was a beautiful home in a great location close to many restaurants and not far from theme parks and such. The only cons are that there were barely any forks or teaspoons to use, but we really didn't need them since we mostly had fast food. Also, remember to bring your own bars of soap. I guess I'm just used to other places having some for the guests. Not big issues but I figured it was worth mentioning so you can be prepared.

We were in town for my son’s wedding this past week. We had a variety of family - both old and young - that we were trying to please. This place checked all the boxes we were looking for - spacious, clean, easy to get in and out, great pool and outside area (perfect for relaxing during the day). Lots of little touches as well - soap, shampoo, plenty of towels and extra linens, we even found some sunscreen one afternoon for the pool. We had a great stay and Jose was extremely helpful along the way. Definitely will stay here again in the future as we come back to FL to visit my son and new daughter-in-law! Thank you!

Darias home is as described and pictured. Close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. The pool area is nice. We were comfortable in the surrounding area also. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay.

I’ve booked Stephanie’s cozy studio on multiple occasions & will do so again in the near future. It’s cozy, quiet, and it’s in a great location with plenty of restaurants, views, and entertainment within a few miles from the property. It’s always very clean and well kept. 10/10 recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was located right between Disney and Universal and was very convenient! It was easy to get an Uber quickly each day. The pool area is beautiful and the check-in area looked brand new and the girls there were very friendly and let us store our luggage there while we went into the parks before check-in. Super nice place and we would definitely stay there again!

This location was conveniently close to the Disney Parks and a great Walmart. Since we spent most of our time enjoying all things Disney, we mainly used it for rest. The beds and couch were comfortable after long days of walking, and the pool was a fantastic bonus.

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

Linda has a great space near tons of local eateries and shopping. Depending on traffic, getting to the local theme parks is an easy 30 minute drive. Two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms makes it ideal for couples, friends, and families. The full kitchen is also a great benefit.

I could not rave more about this home. I rented this villa after another home I was interested in became unavailable. I'm so thrilled this showed up in my second search because it was so much more convenient for drop offs and pick ups at the park. While the kids were at the park I spent days exploring the area or just floating in the pool. If I ever go back to disney this will be my home away from home.

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay during our trip to Disney. There is plenty of room. It holds a lot of people but doesn’t feel cramped at all. Plenty of space to enjoy and even plenty of space if someone needed quiet time alone. We also loved the amount of bathrooms in the house. The pool was great, the kids especially enjoyed it and the old people enjoyed the hot tub. :) A little hiccup with the pool heater which was rectified immediately. Although very annoying sometimes because of the children, the alarm on back sliding door to pool area is SUCH a great addition. We had a 5 yo and 2 yo with us and caught them a few times trying to get outside and the alarm immediately alerted us. The game room was a nice touch. Overall, just a gem of a place with easy drive to Disney. Would definitely stay again. My daughter just moved to Orlando, so may use again in future if we need to. We had a great stay! Perfect peaceful location with Walmart and other shops in walking distance! We loved the pool and the kitchen was well stocked! The living room furniture was super comfy and spacious for a family movie night! The kids loved the game room but the pool was the biggest hit! The kids loved under water lighting for night time pool fun! Ps. Check the deck box first before you go and buy pool toys! There is some already in there from previous stays. The host was very responsive and pleasant! Our only, very tiny, complaint is the lack of cushions for the outdoor seating around the pool. We would definitely book here again!

Can’t say enough about Nicola and her property. Our vacation started out rocky at a not so stellar condo. Thankfully we found her property and she was able to accommodate my family the very next day. The house is just as described, very spacious and clean! The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and shopping. Nicola was quick to respond to any of our needs. I will definitely be booking here if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU for being amazing!!

My only concern for anyone would be there was no bath soap, shampoo, one toilet paper, no hand towels. We had 3 garbage bags and one roll of paper towel. Only 2 kitchen towels. Zero supplies in kitchen. First one I have stayed in with zero supplies. Lastly, the line is very long to get into the resort depending on the timing since you are in a security setting. That def needs to be addressed within that community. The place is very clean and beautiful. Yes, I would stay there again knowing I would need to go to store and buy supplies. Thank you!
