Vanessa was an awesome host, with great communication. She was always friendly and responsive each time I inquired about activities, and distances to places in the area. She also made sure to provide clear instructions about the home and the rules, and even had a binder with all of the information needed to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

Place was easy to find and convenient. Only disappointment, beyond Joe’s control, is the lack of good grills at the complex. Otherwise stay was great! Condo was clean and well located both within the complex as well as to Disney Parks.

Great location for easy access to all Disney parks, close to shopping for us to buy groceries, great amenities at the resort like a pool with a separate splash pad with water slides, arcade and even a small store for us to get snacks and something quick to eat while enjoying the pool. There was a close by park for the kids to play. The resort was quiet and secure with 24 hour security. I would definitely take the family back here on future vacations.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was very clean and well-kept, which made me feel right at home. The location is fantastic—it's just a quick drive to all the Disney parks (only 10-15 minutes!) and Universal Studios is only about 20-25 minutes away. Plus, there are so many great dining options nearby, and having a Walmart close by for groceries was super convenient. The amenities at the complex are great too, especially the heated pool! The host was nice, although I would have loved a bit quicker communication. Overall, I had a wonderful time and didn't encounter any issues. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. My 18 year old thought the Playstation was a nice touch! We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, but felt right at home while we were there. Would definitely book again if in the area.

My family had a wonderful stay! It was in such a prime location (extremely close to the parks) and exactly as described in the listing. Very comfortable and the pool area was so fun for my toddler!

This condo was very spacious with everything we needed for our stay. Very convenient location, large spaces for everyone together and spacious bedrooms too. Beds were comfortable and all amenities were as advertised. The space was super clean and had a beautiful view.

Great stay and a great place! I loved that it was ground level, very quick to access from the car to bring luggage in and out. Beds and couch were very cozy. We stayed for a quick trip so we didn’t do any cooking but I would recommend if you stay longer than 2 days to bring paper cups and paper plates or you’ll be doing a lot of dishes. My kids are more grown but I did notice how well stocked this place was for infant/toddler needs vs other airbnbs I stayed at. Strollers, car seats, high chairs, etc. were all very thoughtful.

House was great, lots of space for everyone. Came here with our children and grandchildren -6 adults and 3 kids The theatre room was a huge hit. Great space to chill and watch a movie in the evening after fun days. The pool was not big but just the right size for the kids. Would have liked the pool water to be a little warmer but we did have some cold nights so guessing it is difficult to keep warm. Kitchen was missing a few things but Suzanne took care of them right away. The cooking knives need to be replaced, they are pretty beat up. Only other suggestion would be to have some throw blankets to use. House got chilly at night and would have been nice to have a blanket to throw over while watching tv. Glass table in dining room was a bit of a hazard for our 2yr old. We had to keep chairs at each corner so he did smack his head on it. Beds were comfy, lots of bathrooms and well stocked with shampoo etc. Definitely would recommend for a family stay. The resort pool was nice as well.

This was a PERFECT launchpad for many activities. We spent a day or two on site while sick and then were able to hit Epcot, Disney Springs, and Legoland. The game room was awesome, the movie theatre was awesome, and we loved the hot tub. Easy to get instacart orders. Thanks so much!!

We booked this place an hour before checking in. We had a horrible experience with a different Airbnb and booked Alex’s house to move out of the other place. We’re so glad we did! Great house and outdoor space. Everything was as described and was clean. We would stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay during our girl’s weekend away. Host was very helpful when we found a few maintenance issues, such as one of the coffee pots leaking and a few lamps not working. The issue was fixed that day while we were at the parks so it did not bother us at all. We struggled a little bit to get the Roku going in the movie room, and one of the sofa’s reclining feature was not working. The pool and hot tub heat was a bit confusing at first but the host was great about helping us with keeping the temperature controlled. We felt very cozy and happy with this stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Caprock’s place. The home was beautiful, impeccably clean, and offered an incredible amount of space for our family of 15. The game room was a huge hit with the kids, and the theater room was a real treat for the adults – truly replicating the feeling of being in a AMC cinema! We were in town to visit Disney and Universal parks, which were conveniently located 25-35 minutes away. We cooked most of our meals at home and found the kitchen to be fully equipped with everything we needed. The abundance of bath and beach towels was also a welcome convenience. We also really appreciated Wesley warming the pool, as it was a bit breezy during our stay, allowing the kids to enjoy swimming. Finally, while it can be frustrating not having direct phone contact with an Airbnb host, Wesley was exceptionally responsive and helpful, quickly answering all our questions via messages. We highly recommend this property for large families or groups!

This was our family’s second stay here. We absolutely booked again because we knew that this place had everything we needed for our large family. We had 11 kids , plus me and my husband and our pug. We appreciate that Catty and Matthew have so much there at the house available when needed. They really go above and beyond for large families and groups to make sure you have all that you need. It was a pleasure to stay again. We love all the themed rooms and their beautiful home. The resort is wonderful too. The only downside was the boys room and tv ( living area)downstairs Roku weren’t working properly but they had extra remotes and with some troubleshooting we were able to get the one working. Catty and Matthew were also responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to make this our yearly tradition with our family. Thank you Catty and Matthew for being amazing hosts and for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

This place was very neat and clean. Tons of space. Great location. Lots of fun things to do in the house. The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The host of the house was amazing to work, very friendly and so easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Carol's home. It's very bright and open. The pool and hot tub are amazing.

We loved this place since it was so spacious and had so much of what we needed. The pool was great, the game room and the gym were so convenient and especially we enjoyed being able to order food right at the pool. It's a lovely spacious living space with lots of light and nice porch. Highly recommend if you're going to Disney!

It worked well for our family. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and my son enjoyed the pool. Marisol was very helpful and responsive. The rate was reasonable given the amenities at the property and how thoughtfully equipped the condo was.

Amazing condo! It was the perfect place for my families quick trip to Disney. My kiddos loved all of the Disney touches. Chris was an amazing host and very responsive! I will definitely be booking with him again in the future!
