This cottage met all expectations and is just what we've been looking for in this area. We will definitely stay here again each year on our way home from South Florida! Comfy beds, reading lights in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Great host! We love it!

This location is perfection! The communication was great and there is so much space (and extra blankets) which we loved as a family of 5! There was also a ton of little games and toys which was much appreciated and you can’t beat being right on the beach!

Luxurious house in the center of all the action! Group of 8 had so much fun on our New Smyrna Beach vacay thanks to this lovely home! Three teenagers stayed on the second floor and kept very different hours – we didn't hear them at all! We had three teenage girls in the guesthouse as well which I believe is rented separately, but worth it. No detail is spared & every accommodation is thought of, included and working. Loved the rooftop for both sunrises and sunsets – we didn't miss a single one! We can't wait to return.

Our recent stay at the Green Roof Beach House was an exceptional experience from start to finish and left us longing for more time in this beautiful home. This beach front property provided the perfect setting for our multi-generational family gathering. We were welcomed by a heartfelt handwritten note from our host, making us feel instantly at home. The elevator was a lovely touch for transporting luggage from the car to the living areas. The kitchen was well-stocked, allowing us to prepare and enjoy family dinners. We loved gathering around the dining table. Each bedroom was thoughtfully furnished and provided ample space and comfort for every family member. The attention to detail in the décor added to the overall ambiance of relaxation. The location allowed for easy access to local attractions, beaches, and dining options. Our only regret was that our stay was too short. We are already planning to return for another visit!

We went there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We had a great weekend at the beach. the place is huge, inside and outside. Had everything we needed for a beach getaway.

Tobin did a great job providing us with things to do in the area and places to go. I loved the privacy and the area that we stayed in. Unfortunately we weren’t able to go in the pool due to the weather but we spent most of our time on the back patio which was very nice and peaceful. We only had one major issue which was getting back in with the key lock but as soon as we called , someone was there to answer and help us get back in the house. It’s definitely a beautiful home inside and out. Definitely recommend as a nice vacation with your partner or friends.

My family and I spent a week at Renee and Aloe's wonderful beach house. We could not have asked for more welcoming and helpful hosts. The photos, description and amenities were as described. Everything was spotlessly clean. Just steps away from the beautiful beach and an easy drive into downtown St. Augustine, we really appreciated the house's history and homey feel. Be sure to walk down to the Kookaburra Beachside cafe for excellent morning coffee! Thank you so much, Renee and Aloe!

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

Had a blast, felt right at home and cozy. Great for families!

A very lovely home! We really enjoyed the porches and the outdoor grill. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the backyard and pool. We got to see the lunar eclipse from the upper porch! Kitchen is well equipped, including sharp knives which is a real plus for good cooks!

Jared’s place was warm and welcoming. Clean with all the extras of home. Comfy beds. Super cute front patio and entrance. The back patio and pool was a great way to spend mornings and evenings in conversation. And if your Bestie locks you out at 9pm Jared can get ya back in the house as he was quick to respond and work his magic. An absolute beautiful little place to stay off the beaten path in between the best of both worlds. Two blocks from the beach and less than a block from the river. Close enough to shopping, restaurants and cute little gift shops. Ponce de Leon Lighthouse & Museum is just a hop skip and a jump down the road if you want to add a little history to your trip. My birthday getaway was filled with great beach sunrises, river sunsets, and that moon on the water is a dreamy way to welcome the nights.

As advertised, the home was in very good condition. All instructions were clear for an easy check-in and checkout. Very well supplied kitchen and appliances were clean a looked like new. New gas grill worked perfectly. Lots of room outside to enjoy and very private. Golf cart was plus for transportation to the beach. Also, easy walking distance to Debra Jean’s Cafe was a nice surprise. Excellent food and coffee selections. Overall, an exceptional stay. Thank You.

Matt was a very communicative host. Gave clear instructions for the home. When we had a slight issue; he was quick with an immediate fix and offered to send out his handyman if not resolved. Overall great value and pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic weekend at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and just steps from the sand. The owner was incredibly responsive—we requested additional blankets, and they provided them right away. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

David was an awesome host. He was excellent at communication and my family and I had a fantastic time staying in Palm Coast while we checked out Colleges for our oldest daughter. We even had to extend our stay (unexpectedly) and he made the process easy peasy! We would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at Coquina Castle was wonderful! The ocean views were breathtaking! Sunrises were beautiful! Our host Erica was so gracious and accommodating. The home had everything we could possibly need with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed St Augustine, Palm Coast, fishing, spring training baseball and so many other things the area has to offer. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and we will stay here again when we are in the Palm Coast area. Thank you Erica! You’re a wonderful host!

The house is absolutely beautiful! Great location that is a short walk to the beach. The pool and yard are excellent and the kitchen is top notch! Beds and furniture are very comfortable. It is an easy drive to great shops and restaurants. Our hosts communicated exceptionally well, were very responsive and provided clear instructions before and during our stay. Their recommendations were spot on. LOVED this house and all the amenities. When we come back to the area, this house will be the first we look into!

Cecilia’s place is a beautiful home that answers every ask you could come up with both inside and out. From the garage to the third floor every amenity anyone could want is available and ready. The ocean views put you at the top of the Flagler beach ocean skyline and leave everyone staring as they pass by while you’re enjoying being at home on your private balcony.

Walking into the main living space was breathtaking. So many places to sit outside and enjoy the view. The outdoor shower was a bonus, especially for my toddler grandson who loved getting sandy. We made so many wonderful memories. Building sandcastles, smashing sandcastles; jumping waves, being knocked down by bigger ones; takeaway tacos, birthday cupcakes; sunrises on the stairs with a favorite aunt, cuddling a grandmother on the back porch for sunsets. Making memories with families who are too far away, we drove south halfway, they drove north halfway. The perfect spring break for my grandchildren - and their parents and grandparents. We loved the house. We had space for each family to enjoy and a good space to all come together. The beach was nice just few minutes drive could walk but had some small kids. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would rebook again. Janice Florida
