Amazing place! We even had a bear visitor, saw three deer on the side of the road coming back one night, and a baby alligator.

Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, and you can tell that Thomas puts so much care into ensuring guests have a perfect visit. One day here is never enough! From the stunning atmosphere to the impeccable hospitality, this place exceeded all expectations. The new movie theater and lighting added an extra touch of Luxury! I can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Thomas, for ALWAYS being such an amazing host!

What a great place. The cabin was secluded but still within 15 minutes of shops and restaurants. My kids loved the hottub and the outdoor games. The inside was cozy and clean and everythinv was well stocked. I would recommend and stay again!

This was our second stay at Maribel's place. We love it! The backyard is perfect for our dog. The space is cozy and well-equipped (we made all our meals). The neighborhood is quiet. It's close to a dog park and pickleball courts. Maribel is a great communicator--helpful, responsive, and kind. We love the place and will definitely come back.

The onsite manager, Catherine, was awesome! Cabin was super cute and very, very clean and cosy. Highly recommend!

I originally had a place booked for Bike Week in Flagler with an ocean view, but the host canceled me at the last minute due to a double booking. I found Lisa's place and booked it. This ended up being a hidden gem! Lisa's hospitality and recommendations for everything around her was great! I spent more time in this area than going to Bike Week! I will definitely will be staying here and enjoying Georgetown instead of the craziness of Daytona. Paradise near the lake!! Lisa's place was absolutely SPOTLESS! Everything that I needed plus more! Her garage carport kept my Harley dry from the rain and she even offered me to park my bike in the garage if needed. She goes the extra mile to make your vacation perfect. I will definitely be back and appreciate her recommendations, as she made my Bike Week Vacation better than I would have expected. Thanks Lisa!! I enjoyed staying here so very much!!!

The Redfish Cabin at Indian Mound Fish Camp was exactly what I needed for my nearly week long stay for fishing. Just far enough out of town to feel like I got away, yet close to shops, restaurants, and other conveniences. Kelly and her staff were super responsive, friendly, and helpful. The onsite bait shop, convenience shop, boat landing, and dock were much appreciated! I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! Very peaceful location with plenty to do if you love nature and the outdoors. The cabin is secluded but has modern amenities that made our stay easier. David was very helpful and provided cleaar instructions before our arrival. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Ocala National Forest!

Great location, cozy cabin and plenty of parking for our truck and bass boat trailer. We will rent again for our next bass fishing tournament out of Palatka.

Very quiet, quaint, and nice place to stay. 2 friends and I stayed here for a night after a wedding. Catherine was responsive and helpful. The cabin was spacious and homey. Definitely would stay here again! Our only issue was the water smelled like sewage, but I informed Catherine of the issue and she sent maintenance to investigate right away. Plenty of space and beds for many people. Great place to get away for a bit!

Cabin 52 is a peaceful retreat! Excellent Communications. Immaculate. Well stocked kitchen. The most comfortable beds! This location exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back.

Loves David and Liz's place. It was easy to access the kayak and paddleboards to enjoy right off our private dock. Appreciated the fishing poles that were left ready to go for us to use. The guesthouse had everything we needed, towels, plenty of blankets and a well stocked coffee and tea bar. Really enjoyed our time!

I cannot say enough great thinks about the River Nest Cabin. We went to Florida for Bike Week and loved the idea of staying outside of Daytona. The River Nest Cabin was the perfect location away from the hustle & bustle. The house was nice & clean, in a quiet neighborhood and very easy to find. The pictures represent the house well. The front porch and the kitchen/open living room was our favorite features of the house. Very comfortable for all 6 of us. It was also very nice parking under the covered carport every night. Lots of convenient parking available. We visited a couple local restaurants as recommended from the Rene and was very pleased. We had a couple very minor issues but they were quickly resolved by Rene. Communication with Rene was perfect, she was very quick to respond. Overall we were all very happy with our stay and hope to return next year.

My mom, sister and I had an idyllic stay at Tommy's cabin on the river adjacent to Blue Springs State Park. The location was private, on a beautiful wooded bank of the St Johns River with daily visits from the resident armadillo to make us smile as he foraged about in the brush. Lots of bird activity can be viewed here, from inside the screen porch, or anywhere in the open kitchen/living/dining area with the many windows facing the river. Thoughtful touches like a hammock to be placed between the two live oaks at the rivers edge, a canoe at the ready and the dock on the river for fishing or just gazing at the river's and listening to birdsong were appreciated by us. Indoors, we found everything we needed to cook our meals, served in the screen porch daily. My sister was charmed by the extensive and diverse record collection and turntable, and was our disc jockey for the trip spinning a wide variety of old favorites and classics. We would love to return to this special place!

Convenient, peaceful place to stay in Sanford. It’s just a short drive to the restaurants and shops downtown, the auto-train station, and the airport. We heard at least seven or eight different song birds singing while sitting on our unit’s porch. You can hear airplanes occasionally while outside too, but they were relatively infrequent and did not bother us to any great extent. This place is a great value as Kelvin continues to develop the property. He was a great host and made sure to point out particular things to keep in mind while staying in the cottage, like slight changes in the floor levels between rooms. Those are small, but important, pointers to ensure you enjoy your stay. We would stay here again when in Sanford.
