Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. Thank you, Stephen, for your allowing us to stay at your house it was well worth the cost.

loved this place so much we added a night to our stay :) we absolutely love this area and have come up multiple times to visit – downtown Sanford is so much fun and there are so many beautiful nature spots to go for a walk. The house was so cozy and comfortable, and being able to lounge on the back, porch was incredible. The little “plant room” was my favorite❤️ we would absolutely love to come back!

My husband and I had a great time staying at Stephen’s place. He was so nice and considerate making sure we had everything we needed for our trip. His place is clean, cozy, and super cute! We arrived to a surprise Christmas tree and Christmas card, a nice touch for home away from home during the Holidays. The location is great with easy beach access, walkable restaurant locations, nearby grocery stores, and everyone we met was so nice. We will definitely check on the availability of this place again for our return trips to St. Augustine!

Beautifully setup place, had all the amenities one would need. Clear instructions and very reasonable requests for checkout/ cleaning. LarryKaren were proactive and checked in if we needed anything. They accommodated our request to readjust the dates as we had change of plans. The patio setup was amazing, unfortunately was too cold at the time for us. Hoping to stay here again on our next visit.

This place was perfect for what we needed! Very cozy inside and out. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking supplies as many Airbnbs have minimal pots, pans, etc. We loved getting to use the jacuzzi after the kids went to bed and got to watch the lunar eclipse from the hammock out back. The place had a couple beach towels and chairs which was great since two of us flew in. The location was private and quiet but not far from beaches and restaurants. We appreciated the laid back, quiet vibe of Palm Coast and this house was the perfect place to enjoy it! Also, the coffee shop around the corner is really good! We walked there every morning for coffee and breakfast.

This is our 2nd time staying at EJs- it’s so comfortable and it’s filled with amenities along with a great hot tub and a beautiful view! So much room in this house! It’s a favorite of ours and we will likely be back next year!

Very nice place, and just a short walk to both the beach and restaurants. My only complaint is that there’s no dishwasher, which isn’t a big deal for a short stay like ours but an issue for a longer one. I appreciated having a recycling bin, which you don’t always get in Florida.

We loved this Airbnb! The beds were very comfortable and cozy. There were fans next to the bed which was a nice touch. We loved the front and back porch areas! It was so nice to be able to lounge outside in the morning and evenings after the beach. Very close to grocery, restaurants and downtown! About 15 min drive to the St. Augustine Amphitheater.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was super clean and quite spacious. The location is perfect for walking to beach as well as local bars and places to eat. The beach theme of the home is so cute. We would love to come back again.

Everything about our stay was great! Victoria's commination was great! Very convenient location for the ocean, shopping, and restaurants. Check-in was easy and convenient, home was clean and had everything we needed

Rodrigo was very responsive. As quite a few of the other reviews state, a few updates would really enhance the place. It lacks curb appeal, but that didn’t have an impact on the stay! The location outweighs all of the small cosmetic issues. The lack of outlet covers is concerning as well as the lack of a smoke detector, however the location is unmatched for the price. It is a 2 minute walk to the small beach, a 10 minute or less drive to the drive on beach, a quick drive to some great restaurants! The locked room with a light on, also felt very weird… All and all, the location, the price and responsiveness were excellent! Pictures should be updated.

Amazing home and view. So close to springs and other fun Florida spots. Perfect home for a relaxing weekend get away if you live in Florida! We will definitely be back! Thanks Ashley for your hospitality and wonderful communication!!!

Lovely house and neighborhood. Great hostess. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lots to eat and do/see around. Highly recommend staying here!

This cottage was peaceful and quiet and fit our needs perfectly. For the age of the building it was remarkably clean and a warm & inviting place to stay. If you like a rural setting and especially if you're an old farm boy like me you will love this place. And if it's bright lights you're after with nice restaurants and swimming in the ocean, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach is only 20-minutes away. The host provided good communication and easy check-in & check-out process. Bottom line, we hope this cottage is available the next time we have business in the area.

We stayed there for a month. We had a great time there. It was very quiet and we loved the screened in porch and had a nice time relaxing.. My husband got to fish from the dock. Lauren was very helpful with a few details that we were not able to figure out, like the TV and finding a few things in the house. But she responded very quickly with any questions that I had.

The beach cottage was very nice and Natalie was a great host. Everything we needed was provided. Stayed three months and very satisfied with location and neighborhood. The weather did not cooperate but that cannot be helped . Would definitely stay there again if in the area. Thank you John and Natalie😎

The Mermaid House was fabulous, perfect for a long weekend stay on St Augustine Beach. Deb's place has everything you could possibly need from toasters to televisions, hell she even has tortoises roaming around the neighborhood. The upper sun deck w/ views of the ocean above the garage is a bonus. Deb's green thumb is on display in the backyard and her artistic side shines through her stained glass pieces that are hung throughout the house. Deb couldnt have been any nicer & very prompt with replying to messages &/or returning calls. Overall the place was great, and we would totally recommend booking it, we wish we could've stayed longer. WSP

What a great place to stay! Right across from a lake, beautiful views in the morning. We had motorcycles with us and having the car port was incredible. About 45 min ride to Daytona with lots of great little stops along the way! Having a washer and dryer there was so convenient!

Yupon Cottage was so perfect for us that we stayed a month! It’s in a safe, walkable, and quiet neighborhood. The hosts are super friendly and right next door if you need anything. We definitely hope to go back.

This was a beautiful stay! Living just a few hours south, we like to get away every few months with the dogs for a weekend and Andres place was PERFECT for that. The house was adorable and perfectly located to all the best restaurants & bars, and so walkable! We cooked at home most nights, and the kitchen was perfectly accommodating for us. You are so close to the beach you can practically hear the waves from the driveway 🙂 Would stay here again and again. Thank you for opening up your home to us!
