This was our second stay in this building but the first time in Ryley’s unit. We enjoyed Ryley’s unit more than we did the last unit we stayed in. The wife and I came in for Bike week and the place was just a short drive to Main Street but far enough away for when we wanted to relax! We will look for this unit in the future!

First and foremost, the view of the ocean from the unit is absolutely gorgeous! Both the master bedroom and the living room have floor to ceiling windows with clear and close up views of the oceans. The unit itself is extremely cozy and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The building itself is a bit on the older side and there isn't much around the surrounding areas, but this didn't matter as there was a very nice heated pool and the beach was just on the other side of the pool with private access to the building. Robert was responsive and periodically checked in on us. All in all an amazing experience and would love to visit again!

We stayed a month and found the apt clean, well stocked and comfortable. Its a very light and bright place that we enjoyed watching the ocean from the balcony and cross the street to reach the beautiful beach. The building is well maintained, the pool was awesome, convenient parking with a place to park our Bicycles. a great place to stay. Thank you Tracy

We had a very nice stay, the coffee pot was missing and our host replaced it the very next day. they're responses we're very quick.. The best part is the balcony looking over the ocean. Definitely would be interested in renting again.

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

Would definitely book again! I love the location it’s on the main strip with the beach right behind it.

This was a great place to stay! Plenty of parking, on the ground floor, heated pool-a nice 85 degrees, was refreshing for the January visit. The view from the bedroom and living room is very nice with the ocean, sand and sunrise. Michael had some nice decorations, furnishings and provided some bottled water as well. I stayed with my dogs, and they seemed pretty comfortable with the space. The ground floor and yard space was nice for them too. We walked on the beach every morning and evening. We hope to stay again next year!

We had a great time staying here. The place was clean and just as advertised. The views are incredible and the location is great!

Mark was a wonderful, responsive host. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. There is also plenty of great beach equipment and toys. The condo complex also had a great variety of activities and the unit was conveniently located in close proximity to it ALL! We had a great time!

We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

We really enjoyed our month at the Oceanwalk Condo. The Complex was beautiful and very quiet. We got a lot of use out of the pool, hot tub and workout space. The condo itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our month-long stay. It was nice having the garage space for our vehicle and the people in the complex were very friendly. Jeff was very helpful with any questions we had and responsive to any texts that I sent him.

My wife and I come to Daytona every year from Wisconsin. We have stayed at many beach front condos in the area. This by far is the best one. The property was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing. Great sunrises every morning. It was everything the listing promised. Eric was a great host, he was friendly and communicated very well. We will definitely stay here every time we come down if possible. We would highly recommend this property.

My family & I couldn’t be happier with our experience here! We came to New Smyrna for a family wedding, and all 7 of us loved everything about this property. It was clean, convenient & comfortable and had every detail and amenity we could want including awesome instructions about everything from parking to using the TV and beyond. Our hosts were super friendly and responsive, and the area is great. If we ever come back to New Smyrna, there’s no other place we would rather stay - It was perfect!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Exactly like the pictures. Dede also was quick getting back to us and made the experience perfect! Beautiful room and resort.

We were in awe when we entered the home. It was bright, beautifully decorated, immaculate, spacious and cozy. I would certainly stay here many more times. ☺️

We enjoyed our stay at The Blue Heron!!! The house was immaculate and elegantly decorated. The space was perfect for 7 guests. Plenty of room to enjoy the home without tripping over one another. The well appointed and up-kept home made our vacation stay very enjoyable. From the smallest details to wonderful amenities we could not ask for a nicer place to stay! Hosts were very responsive and helpful without intruding on our privacy, recommending local restaurants and giving helpful advice about the area. Four of us came down for Daytona Bike Week and stayed in this beautiful home. Walked into a freshly cleaned and smelling just as good large living room. The kitchen and second living room is very spacious. Loved playing pool on the back screened in porch. The bedrooms are all a good size to each have a comfortable king bed in them. The garage easily fit 3 Harleys. The yard easily fit two trucks and two enclosed trailers. We had no complaints, the home was great and so were the hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

Mount Dora Dollhouse is a very special place. The house is not only beautifully decorated but cozy and comfortable. Everything is laid out and explained in detail like tv, fans, fireplace, etc. and fully stocked. The backyard is very large and fenced in for our fur baby. The house is located in a very cute neighborhood. You can enjoy a nice walk to town safely. Jasson was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Mount Dora!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

My father and I were in Florida for Daytona 500 and needed an affordable place to stay that was relatively close to Daytona. This home fit the bill. Clean, pristine, not cluttered, and was exactly as advertised. Excellent place!
