Ormont-Dessous : locations de vacances dans des chalets

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chalet Cosmos from March 1st to March 8th, 2025. Our group of five adults and three children (ages 2.5, 13, and 14) felt completely at home. The chalet is just as beautiful as in the photos—spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The stunning view of Mont Blanc from the window made every morning special, especially while enjoying a warm cup of tea or coffee. The house is very warm and cozy, with comfortable rooms for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen had more than enough glasses, plates, and utensils, making meal preparation effortless. We also really appreciated the selection of board games, which provided great entertainment after a long day on the slopes. The location is perfect for exploring the four ski resorts in the Chamonix area, and we were able to visit them all. The chalet was an ideal base for our adventures.

Dans un magnifique chalet authentique, avec un petit ruisseau, la forêt à 10 m, face aux montagnes, en famille... que demander de plus? c'est une séance d'hypnose tous les jours, qui vous rends paisible comme la nature. Merci à vous et votre épouse, pour votre accueil si chaleureux et votre écoute. Nous avons apprécié la sérénité , le calme et la vue de Chandolin. Chalet conforme à la description. Très agréable. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller randonner et faire les courses: parfait pour nous.

Le chalet est parfaitement situé (proche du centre et du train pour les pistes de ski) et très spacieux. Le petit local au sous-sol pour les skis et les chaussures est vraiment pratique. Les chambres à coucher sont agréables et bien décorées. La literie est confortable. La pièce à vivre est spacieuse et cosy. La vue sur les montagnes est à couper le souffle. Le bain nordique et le sauna sont un vrai plus. Le seul bémol est la cuisine. Elle est petite et pourrait rafraîchie.

Prachtig verblijf, super mooie inrichting en alles erg schoon. Olivier is ook erg vriendelijk! Zou iedereen het kunnen aanraden!

Nous étions en groupe de 8 personnes pour un week-end entre amis, Catherine a été très aimable et toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins. Nous a facilité l'arrivée au chalet avant l'heure pour y déposer nos affaires. Très sympa de sa part. Sans aucun doute qu'on y retournera un jour. Tout est la proximité, très bien placé. Top! Great chalet for a large family in a super location if you like to ski in Argentiere. The chalet had all amenities as described and was clean and cosy. The sauna outside was a massive plus. The only small drawback was the kitchen is somewhat dated.

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans ce logement ! L’endroit est propre, confortable et exactement comme décrit. L’hôte était très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est parfait, avec tout à proximité. Je recommande vivement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

We had a wonderful stay at Warrens. He greeted us with a selection of local meats, cheeses and wines. He was so very responsive and flexible with check in and check out. The place is perfect for some time a way with a group of friends- couldn’t recommend highly enough

We had a fantastic stay here for three nights. Plenty of space for two families of four. Rhian was very responsive and helpful and the fire was already lit for us when we first arrived after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked with pantry essentials and utensils and the drying room was very useful. The shuttle bus runs from just around the corner and takes 5 mins to get to the centre of Morzine. We would definitely stay here again

Jon’s place was beautiful — great views and all of us were very comfortable. The sweet town of Argentière was very walkable, which was super nice as well. I believe it may actually be a ski in/ski out if there was more snow snow once you get to the trails, but we found ourselves walking about 20 minutes to the closest lift. We didn’t get the catered package, which is what they prefer and encourage. We did have a bespoke meal from one of their chefs which was absolutely delicious and would recommend. I loved waking up with I our amazing view of Grand Montet and felt like the chalet was a very special find. Many thanks Jon and team!

Excellent séjour. Le chalet était magnifique avec une vue incroyable. La cuisine est sympa et très pratique . Le salon et séjour très agréable et spacieux. Les chambres sont confortables mais un peu limite côté superficie. Le jacuzzi était parfait avec une excellente vue .

Me and a group of my friends had a great stay in Chalet Castorette. The location was well connected to the city center. The skiing in Chamonix was incredible. The Airbnb looked as beautiful as on the pictures during our stay.

Superbe emplacement. Tout était comme les photos, même mieux en vrai. Très réceptif pour toute demande. On était comme à la maison.

Séjour très agréable pour les adultes et encore plus, pour les enfants. L’espace autour du chalet est exceptionnel : calme ( au bout d’une impasse) , sécurisé, vert. Les enfants ont découvert plein de jeux ( trampoline, voitures à pédales par exemple) auxquels ils ne s’attendaient pas et en ont largement profité. Les meubles de jardin ont été spécialement apprécié par les adultes pour prendre l’apéro.

I have always wanted to stay in a chalet in the mountains and that’s exactly what I got. The views from the balcony were incredible and we were there for my brothers wedding which was in the hotel at the bottom of the hill. The walk up to the chalet is quite steep and I had a one year old with me. It would be more ideal to stay there in the summer with a young child due to the weather and the condition of the walk e.g. snow and ice but this didn’t stop us! We used a child carrier and then I opted to stay in the hotel with my mum for the last two nights so we didn’t have to carry my baby up. However, this is not a negative for my review. We still walked up the hill in snow with my baby and he loved it! The rest of my family stayed at the chalet and had a great time! It was always warm with under floor heating in the bedrooms downstairs. I would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful holiday and also has great bus links for skiing!

Très bon séjour dans un petit mazot savoyard, environnement très paisible et très beau avec une vue magnifique, de belles promenades à proximité. Tout le nécessaire pour 2 personnes, avec petit balcon et table dans le jardin. Nous recommandons !

The place once you live there, you will definitely enjoy all the details of the chalet; will feel blessed, joyful and at peace. The view was a dream view while the room offer even a greater view once you wake up. The kitchen and toilettes were fully equipped with all your needs.

Charmante Unterkunft an toller Lage. Alles Nötige vorhanden. Ideal zum entspannen und ausschalten. Die Region bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, Aktivitäten, Spazieren und Essen. Angenehmer Camping mit freundlichen Bewohnenden und hilfsbereitem Personal. Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern ideal! Auch die Nähe zum See haben wir in vollen Zügen genossen. Franziska war jederzeit erreichbar und unterstützend in allen Belangen. Top! Es war toll, vielen Dank.
