This was the most complete place in terms of utensils. If you want to cook yourself then you have enough kitchenware, at least much more than at other places I rented. Gels, soaps are not the cheapest. Enough of towels, kitchen towels and so on. It's normal size single bedroom flat. Good size. Silent location at night. On negative side, it's a bit far from the center. Port, so you either drive or walk to a good beach. Anyway, solid 4.9 stars.

Above and beyond expectations - greeted with a super clean apartment (snacks and water provided and every amenity necessary). Somehow looked better than in the photos. 10/10.

Hagop and Marina are just the sweetest, loveliest hosts. They were proactive and responsive, provided lots of great recommendations, and were kind enough to give us a ride to the airport upon departure. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped kitchen, plenty of supplies for a long stay, good wifi for remote work, and we were even provided a linen service during our 4 weeks stay. The location is great, it's about 3 blocks from the beach, there's plenty of good restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. There's several convenient markets nearby for daily needs. 10/10 I would stay here any time I am in Larnaca.

Zelo prijazen gostitelj, vedno na uslugo. Bivališče prijetno, kot v opisu. Lokacija dobra, peš je možno kamorkoli, tudi do javnega prevoza, ki ga je vredno izkoristiti. Pogoste veze in nizke cene voznih kart. Priporočam!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Larnaca and Themida’s beautiful apartment was central to our experience. It had all that we needed for our stay - and more! Her attention to detail in terms of instructions to get there, guides to places to visit and where to eat etc were so helpful. Took all the hard work out of planning. And the views from there were beautiful. Looking out over the wonderful blue sea with its magnificent rolling waves gave us memories we will treasure. Thank you Themida. Spacious and well-equipped apartment, comfy bed, easy and friendly communication, fast&reliable internet, supermarket and public transport nearby, beach in walking distance. The highway is very close, which is great for going around by car, but you do hear it, especially when on the balcony. Still, very decent value for money, can definitely recommend.

Georgia was so helpful and enthusiastic. never had any problems and the apartment is ideal for one or two people near to all the amenities, also great outdoor space, l have had an excellent stay, if ever I visit larnaca again I will return to this apartment 😀

The accommodation is in a great location, the huge terrace is a special charm of the apartment! :-) With an incredible view and very chill! Locally, it is close to everything, the beach is also a 2-minute walk away. It was especially comforting for me that I could quickly discuss everything with Gregorys. I can only recommend!! 🙂

An apartment is in the old building on the main street,. The apartment itself is big, clean and very comfortable. Each bedroom has an air conditioner and very comfy beds. It can be a bit noisy but closing windows, keeps the noise out. It is 10 minutes walk from the old city , 10 minutes from big supermarket and close to coffee shops and restaurants. It is possible to park in the backyard . The apartment is full of small things that usually amiss like , for example sewing kit. Andreas was really nice and welcoming - met us one n the middle of the night and let is stay till late on the evening.

Everything was super cool, nice location, nice balcony. Apartment was clean. The owners left us a bottle of wine, which was very nice:) recommend for sure!

Loved this apartment and perfect location for us. Owner gave great info and clear instructions. Flat was equipped with everything needed and slept so well in the comfortable beds. Having a sea view and balcony was an added bonus. I can't wait to come back again 😁

amazing host! very flexible, responsive and helpful. the jacuzzi took too long to warm up at night, we gave up after 3 hours. but other than that really good experience!

It's good value for money. The "luxury" part depends on what you expect from a place, it is indeed large and has a jacuzzi, but to us it didn't feel like a luxury flat - it needs some updates & renovations, as it shows it's age. Otherwise you're just like in a private villa, it occupies the entire upper floor. 3 mins from the sea by foot, not a very busy area and parking included. A bigger tv would be needed as couch is really far from it :) We recommend it nonetheless.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Vanko was an exceptional host - responsive, friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well designed and it was very central (very near the bus route!) but also quiet and private. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Апартаменты были очень комфортными, и есть всё необходимое для жизни. Так же приятным бонусом было джакузи и зона барбекю 👍. Рядом с апартаментами находится красивый длинный пляж. Нам очень понравилось и мы бы хотели сюда вернуться.

Жилье точно,как на фото. Отлично местоположение! Поддержка онлайн по любым вопросам - непрерывна. Владелец помогает по любому вопросу: заказ такси, рекомендации, список мероприятий в городе в числа проживания. Это было особенно важно, так как посетили Ларнака впервые. С удовольствием вернёмся.
