me encantó la privacidad del lugar la piscina solo para nosotros, el sonido de las aves por las mañanas y por la tarde las chicharras... el lugar es muy amplio también hay dos perros muy amigables y educados... es muy cerca de la ciudad pero rodeado de Naturaleza... todo muy bien solo algunas cosas por mejorar todos los platos tenían polvo y había una cucaracha en las cucharas, no hay recipientes plásticos para snacks o para niños, en la cobija y en el closet hacían heces de ratón, tampoco habían alfombras de baño,shampo,servilletas o toallas de cocina... la ducha del cuarto secundario no cierra del todo y pasa goteando todo el dia,solo es cuestión de mejorar en limpieza y utensilios de igual manera volvería porque es muy privado y cerca de la ciudad. la atención y respuesta de la anfitrión es muy rápida y muy amable

This place is a jewel in the middle of the rainforest and very close to the resort and then ocean. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Beautiful Home !!! Gated Community With Security On Site 24/7. You Can Walk To Anywhere In Jaco Within A Few Moments. I Will Not Stay Anywhere Else Except Here Once I Return.

Great little place in a very central location. Easily walkable to everything we did. OZ bar can be pretty loud at night, but we just wore AirPods and went to sleep. The place was clean and we enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon! Would recommend.

Absolutely loved the place. Beautiful home. Description was accurate. Keep in mind there is someone next to your space in the same building and you can hear them if they make noises (singing, whistling etc). This is in a small city so there are dogs that bark and can be heard in the house, sometimes during the night and early in the mornings. However, we loved the spot and would definitely come back if we are in the area. Great space for the 4 weeks we stayed there. A grocery store with essentials a short walk from the house. Aida’s sister Dinorah kept in touch and checked on us often. She does not speak English but with google translate l we were able to communicate clearly. Definitely recommend.

This place was more than we expected. Gabriel responds immediately and answers all your questions. The separate sleeping quarters with bathrooms are a great addition. Located about 1/2 mile from the beach and strip with shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere, but golf carts and scooter rentals nearby. The pool is all one level which allows you to utilize the entire pool rather than a deep end. We had seven adults and plenty of room. The villa near the pool can get warm. We turned the AC way down to keep it cool. Outdoor bar, sink, chairs, lounge chairs, large table and chairs, hammock and bathroom all provided along with towels. We will stay here again! Had a wonderful week in Jaco, felt safe letting the early 20s family members venture out together. Ubers available, markets and pharmacies closeby. Thanks for a great vacation!

Such a wonderful stay! The host was very nice and welcoming, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The highlight of the place is the incredible balcony—perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. The location is truly magical, surrounded by nature yet just a short distance from the center. A perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

I'm conflicted on writing this review because I want the house to be available next time I come back and anyone that stays here will definitely stay again! The location is at the south end of Jaco on the main road. We had a very short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants in the immediate area. Everything else was within a less than 5 minute drive. The house itself was perfect for our group of 5 guys and could have held even more. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of privacy but did not feel like we were too far from anywhere. The pool is a must and it was perfect for our stay. The air conditioning in each room worked great to keep us cool during the warmer days. The team was very responsive with any and all needs. We received recommendations for local places that we can say were great recommendations. I have no regrets staying at Fishbonz and would GLADLY book this stay over and over. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Der perfekte Ort, um bei einem Frühstück zu entspannen und den Vögeln zuzusehen. Der Sonnenuntergang war nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – einfach fantastisch! Our stay at Casa Tucana was amazing. The house is nestled between lush greenery, next to a farm and just a few minutes from the beach. Perfect for a quiet getaway. The house was equipped with everything and more, making us feel right at home. The pool was really pretty and just a great way to spend the day or for a dip after the beach. Definitely recommend it!

Gracias por la hospitalidad Francisco es un host excelente, cuando necesite alguna recomendación o solucionar algo siempre estuvo atento. La casa es como se muestra en las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía. A 15 minutos caminando por el condominio se encuentran varios restaurantes probamos: (el Novillo Alegre, Taj Mahal, Moose, La Focaccia) deliciosos todos, y en general la comida Costarricense (su sazón) es deliciosa. Hay un Fresh (mercado) en esta misma área de restaurantes en el primer piso, este es el súper más costoso hay otros como el Palí que no están tan cerca pero tienen precios más económicos. La piscina es preciosa y los espacios sociales están muy bien adecuados mantenidos. Deben avisar a Francisco que van a usar el servicio de Uber para que lo autorice con anticipación a la portería y así no tengan inconvenientes para el ingreso. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, es a 15 minutos del aeropuerto (muy conveniente por los trancones/tráfico congestionado

Christophers place was beautiful. It was steps away from a beautiful beach. The surroundings made you feel relaxed. We even saw a Toucan in one of the trees by the poolside. Christopher was nice enough to come find me since my GPS/internet didn't work and guided me to the house. I will definitely book again when I return to Costa Rica!

Perfectly situated for our needs, less than an hour away from the airport. Don Victor and Dona Maria who live on site downstairs were really helpful on arrival, they were on hand if we needed anything but at the same time hardly noticed they were there! We saw the parrots in the almond tree too, which was amazing!

Felt extremely safe. Quiet area but only minutes from the hustle and bustle… what an amazing space, better than pictures, no issues whatsoever. Will definitely be back.

The house is perfect for two in a gated community within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. The staff are helpful and kind. The house is small, and a great spot to come back to after enjoying all the activity of Jaco. My 75 year old (non-swimmer) mother enjoyed the backyard pool and we both appreciated access to the bikes and plethora of beach amenities. The property is still under construction, expect sounds of the city, but it also means we had full use of the property perks (pickleball court, community pool and party space) to ourselves. In addition, Liana was always responsive and helpful. Recommend!

Séjour exceptionnel à la Casa Cariad! Bien située à proximité de Parrita, accessible avec un 4x4. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Pacific central. Logement très propre, arrivée flexible avec la boite à clé et nous avons pu bien communiquer avec les hôtes, et leur amie présente à proximité du logement. Très beau logement, des oiseaux visibles depuis la terrasse, hamacs, climatisation. Tout était vraiment parfait. Nous recommandons à 100%!

El alojamiento es tal como se describe en el anuncio. Nosotros nos quedamos en la casa verde y entendemos que el lugar se convertirá en complejo, pero Hosam respetó nuestra reserva y pudimos disfrutar del lugar de manera privada. La casa es muy cómoda, con aire, ventilador y tv en todas las habitaciones. La cocina está bien equipada con microondas, licuadora, hornito eléctrico además de la cocina en si. La piscina es preciosa, súper bien cuidada con isla para niños pequeños, reposeras y sombrilla. El rancho tiene su parrilla con un equipo barcito de lado. Tiene un parqueo para 4 autos al frente. Debo destacar la atención de Hosam y, tuvimos la suerte de coincidir con Sonny quien nos brindó una excelente atención mejorando aún nuestra estadía. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos con Hosam

Our family really enjoyed our relaxing stay here. The views, the pool, and the patio were all perfect places to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well equipped. The 3 bedrooms all had their own nice en suite bathrooms which was great! I'd highly recommend this for a relaxing stay in an off the beaten path oceanfront spot! As other I read in other reviews, the beach did have lots of driftwood and some trash that had washed up. This didn't detract from our stay at all, but worth noting if that would bother you. Jorge was great with communication before and during our trip. The restaurant he recommended right outside the gated community was a great meal and the family running the restaurant were very welcoming and accommodating.
