My family and I recently stayed a Laurie's place in Chico for a week. We loved the pool! We walked daily in Lower Bidwell Park which is located just 3 blocks from the house. The house was spacious for our group of 8. We did have an issue with the washing machine, but Laurie was very responsive and worked hard to rectify the situation. The house could use a few cosmetic updates, such as plumbing fixtures, but compared to other similar size houses in the area, this house was in better shape than most and the price was reasonable.

We had a wonderful stay at Adrienne's place! It was incredibly peaceful and refreshing and the kids loved the game room! It was great having the hot tub to relax in the evening. The kitchen and grill were also convenient. We would definitely love to stay again!

This was our second stay at Michael’s picturesque loft. Everything was perfect and there wasn’t one thing that could have been added to make our stay better. Michael’s property is a little piece of paradise on a stately avenue in the grand part of Yuba City. We stayed with our dog this time and we enjoyed walking under the trees to the nearby park. Michael is warm and welcoming, his loft is supremely comfortable and peaceful, and we felt right at home. The views from the upstairs are soothing to city eyes as well! We look forward to returning when we are back in town.

I felt like God himself directed my husband and I to Andrea & Richard's airbnb. They were so accommodating, helpful and kind. There unit is a blessing to all who visits as you will find your peace, we are sure to return in our near future ✨️

We were visiting Paradise for the night to spend time with friends + family. Enjoyed our stay at Deitrich’s place. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We loved Shawn's place. She greeted us when we pulled up, helped us get inside and said she was available anytime to help, if we needed it. The space has two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchenette and living room. An added bonus was a great pool table and several board games. Overall, we felt very welcome and had a great stay. I highly recommend!

We loved our stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting family in Orland. The house is beautiful and clean. We definitely will be back.

Kelli's home looked adorable in the photos, and it was even better in person. The extra touches, like the welcome basket and plentiful coffee pod supply, were truly appreciated. We had a fun dinner at the nearby Farmers Brewery restaurant, and stopped by the Meriam Park farmer's market on Sunday for some insanely delish baked goods and fresh flowers. A fun weekend all around, great place to stay away from the noise of downtown, but still within a 10 minute drive to campus to see our daughter. Overall a wonderful stay in a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood.

The home was clean and comfortable. It was as described. I was able to work from there and also enjoyed spending time with my family. We had plenty of space for my grandchildren to spend the night with us. It was a very convenient location. Jatin was very communicative.

My husband and I moved from the area recently. We needed a comfortable place to stay while we visited at Christmas and hosted our kids on Christmas morning. It’s a beautiful home with everything we needed. It truly looks like the photos. No deception or trickery with photos vs real life. We only used the master bed and it was very comfortable. Loved the master shower too! The kitchen was well stocked with the most used spices and pretty much anything you would need to cook. We only heard the train one night while we were sleeping out of the three nights of our stay. Not sure if they don’t run every night or we just didn’t wake up when they went by. Wasn’t a big deal to us. The only negative was the flooring transition going into the kitchen. We tripped on it a number of times even though I kept trying to remind myself of it. Something for others to consider but it wouldn’t keep us from staying again. Christina was an awesome host!Very responsive and accommodating.

This was the perfect place for a group. We celebrated Christmas in the 4 bed 2 bath country home. We loved the fire pit and natural surroundings. Everything was spotless and high quality. Huge laundry room and most of the rooms are large. Oscar’s hospitality was excellent and we couldn’t be happier. A good value if you want to get away in the Northern California countryside.

Katie's place was perfect for our stay. The home was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor space was an added bonus. Katie was responsive and friendly in all of our correspondence. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
