This is a lovely and comfortable house. The host is extremely generous. We very much enjoyed are stay and are trying to return as soon as possible.

Clean space lots of amenities and owner is proactive and friendly. Overall had a great stay and would book again!

my family and i would like to thank Anthony and Ava for a wonderful stay in their lovely home. our toddler had so much fun and enjoyed the foosball table. we were very comfortable and felt right at home. highly recommend and we hope to rebook in the future.

Great location for exploring Grass Valley, easy walking distance to restaurants, theaters, and downtown. Very nice inside remodel, great place to relax and enjoy friends.

Kara was very helpful and attentive even when she was at work! She got back to me! Lol she also had her other tenant that lived in the guest house in the back on cal for anything I may have needed. The house was homey and me and my kids felt very safe and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and it was in a familiar area so I knew my way around. I'd definitely stay there again! It was my first stay at an Airbnb so I didn't know I had to request threw the app for late check out (totally my bad lol) so I was rushing out of there bc I knew another family had early check in Andi was unable to fully clean the place back up and I deeply apologize for that I hope it wasnt to much of a hassle And I hope to get the chance to make it up to you and redeem myself in the future!!! Great little place to call home away from home!

This was a great place to stay. Karl was very proactive in communicating with us prior to our stay and checked in with us over the course of our stay to ensure everything was ok. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped which allowed us to cook a dinner for family we were visiting. Would stay again.

The home is close to all of Chico’s fun downtown and restaurants and such. Easy check in and out. Very helpful and communicative host! The house could do with some homey elements added for comfort, but as a stopping point at night it fits the bill.

We chose Milo's place mainly for its convenient location, as my son was having oral surgery at a dentist's office just half a mile away. However, the home exceeded our expectations! It was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Milo and Shannon added thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine and snacks, which made our stay even more welcoming. Our first night happened to be Super Bowl Sunday, and we had trouble getting the game on the TV. I reached out for help, and Shannon responded right away, ensuring we didn’t miss a moment of the game. Their attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend Milo’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-hosted home!

Elizabeth’s house was great! Easy to walk to Chico State and places to eat. She was kind when messaging me also. I appreciated all the communication. We would definitely stay again!

Samantha’s airbnb was great. Loved the house and the antiques were a plus. Enjoyed the historic book collection and the leather chairs to sit in the family room. Watching Netflix on the TV was easy and watching local news on WiFi TV was easy as well. I will come back many times as my daughter will start Cal State Chico in August 2025.

Amazing Stay! Exactly as Described!” We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The property is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The huge backyard was a fantastic space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, and the pool was a bonus. It’s perfect for families or anyone who enjoys a little extra room to unwind. The host was truly excellent—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The swimming pool is the best pool I’ve ever used. It is always so warm and relaxing. The grounds are extremely private and beautiful with so much incredible sights and sounds of nature. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly due to unforeseen circumstances and Leah’s communication was extremely proactive and quick. We truly enjoyed her place and can’t wait to return.

The house was as advertised and a great stay. The host provided very clear driving directions, which were helpful. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after a day of playing in the snow. Overall, a good experience

Our group had a wonderful stay at Lindsey’s home—she was super responsive but the house was also clean, well stocked, well taken care of so we didn’t need to reach out for anything during our stay. The sauna, hot tub and cold pool were amazing. Plenty of space, two options for dining areas—the weather was perfect and we dined outside a few times. The sound of the creek running through was also so peaceful. You could hear birds chirping in the mornings too! A beautiful escape from the city.

This listing was so convenient as we could walk to Bidwell and drive anywhere we wanted to go within 10 minutes. The hosts were helpful and responsive.

In most things, getting the details right, is difficult. Sarah knocked it out of the park. This place is so thoughtfully put together. From the well appointed kitchen, to the great bedding, and the clear instructions, this place was so welcoming and comfortable. The location is very private and peaceful. We enjoyed using this place as a base to do daily excursions to some great snowy places for snowshoeing. We said, multiple times this weekend to each other, “I love this place and we should come back here soon!”.

The house was wonderful! It was so close to my daughters that I could walk. And just close enough to downtown that you’re ready for near the action without being right in it. Stephanie was absolutely a great communicator. We found an issue right at the end and I was super nervous about it but Stephanie put my mind right at ease and was very compassionate. It was perfect!

My family and I had the intention of using this house for our day trip to the snow. However, the home and the property were so nice, we decided to just stay in and enjoy the amenities. All the guest absolutely loved the space and can’t wait to come back again in the future. The hosts are super nice and communicative. The space felt so peaceful, clean, and luxurious. My all time favorite home I’ve stayed in on this app. Thank you for being such great hosts.

Sam’s place was super convenient and close to the activities I needed to go to. He was quick in response and helpful whenever I had questions. All was accurately described and at a price that worked for me.

I usually stay at Marriott Courtyard. Jenny's place is more comfortable and of good value.

If you like peaceful and nature vibes this is the place perfect for you ! This place is hella nice and mary is nice ! And the best fishing spot i caught like 6 largemouth bass . Definitely gonna come back to this place ..

Beautiful cottage! I messaged Andrea before booking the cottage due to our unique situation. We travel full time in our fifth wheel and we are currently staying in Oregon. We wanted to visit family in the Chico area for Christmas but didn’t want to bring our home with us due to unpredictable weather this time of year. So the unique part is we have two small elderly dogs and our girl Fiona, who happens to be a pig. I explained our situation to Andrea and without hesitation she pre-approved the request for our stay. Andrea’s cottage is just as it is described and pictured on the site. She also has a beautiful farmhouse available on the property for stays. No one was there at the time so we had the whole property to ourselves. It was quiet and serene, yet not far from stores and restaurants. Thank you Andrea for accommodating us and for your prompt responses to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it 100% to anyone.
