Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento la notte di Capodanno, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo amato la compagnia dei cagnolini e del gattino della struttura, affettuosissimi. Roberta è stata una host davvero gentile e disponibile. In particolare, è stata molto gentile nel riprogrammare un incontro nei giorni successivi, in quanto una volta terminato il soggiorno, mi sono resa conto che avevo lasciato un oggetto nell'appartamento. Lei lo ha recuperato e me lo ha riportato, grazie davvero.

We loved our stay - we were lucky with the weather, which made it perfect, especially with the pool & barbeque, even the dishwasher being out of action didn't spoil it (couldn't have fitted the giant crockery & pots in anyway!) - a few pointers! The directions/address on the Air BnB website got us completely lost - we found out way thanks to the host sending us a map link. Theres a lack of instructions and information at the property - answers to queries via whats-app were quick & helpful, but some sort of information book and guide to what is in the town would have been greatly appreciated! The town is easily walkable and very quirky , but don't try to drive around in it! Our host was very helpful & quick to respond via the internet & our cleaner Mrs. Lina was great- tracking us down in the town when we arrived and leading us back to the villa! So overall, thanks for a great family holiday in a lovely location - we would 100% recommend

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders die Dachterrasse verdient 10 von 10 Punkten. Man schaut auf das Meer und die Berge und kann die Ruhe genießen. Insgesamt entspricht das Haus und das Grundstück genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut, sie war immer erreichbar, so dass wir ein paar kleinere Dinge, die nicht ganz rund liefen, schnell klären konnten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

This house is fantastic, the views are absolutely spectacular! The photos don’t do it justice. A very relaxing place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer. A car is a must to reach the house, you wouldn’t want to walk up the hills with luggage. Pasquale was always responsive and made for a great host. We will definitely return if we’re in the area

Siamo stati benissimo in questa villa e ci torneremo sicuramente. Lo spazio esterno è grandissimo e dispone di tutti i comfort. La piscina è ad uso privato, per noi cosa essenziale. La casa è grande ma resta comunque per 4 persone. Se si hanno figli direi massimo 6 persone, perché in mansarda un adulto non ce lo metterei. L host è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno

Un soggiorno indimenticabile! L’host è stato incredibilmente accogliente e disponibile, rendendo ogni momento piacevole. La casa è spaziosa, con un affascinante arredamento vintage che ti trasporta in un’altra epoca, perfettamente conservato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Il giardino è ampio e ben tenuto, un vero angolo di paradiso dove rilassarsi e godere della tranquillità. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza autentica e unica!

Gennaro’s house is beautiful and has lots of beautiful quality furniture. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. The electric went off one afternoon and Gennaro replied to my messages immediately. It was fixed within 5-10 minutes! Perfect house and host!

This is a must place to stay in San Giovani Rotondo. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return soon.

Bruno è una persona gentile e disponibile, l'appartamento è accogliente e ben tenuto e pulito, posizione praticamente in centro

il posto è proprio come speravo, tranquillo e in mezzo ad olivi secolari ,ed in una posizione strategica dove si possono raggiungere facilmente diverse spiagge bellissime. Inoltre Antonio è una persona molto disponibile e simpatica.

Where do we start… Potito and his wife Sara were lovely hosts (more like super hosts!!!). They greeted us in person and took us to his winery where we had the opportunity to try some of his wine (highly recommend his white), and then showed us the museum of Ascoli. Potito even made reservations for my husband and I at La Mediavalys which had breathtaking views from the top of the mountain, and an enjoyable atmosphere! We had just spent a few days in Rome, so being able to unwind in their lovely villa in the countryside of Ascoli was perfect—the terrace view was just like the photos, and did not disappoint! On one of the mornings, our car had a flight tire and Potito came and helped us. He took us to a local auto shop and stayed with us the whole time until it was changed. “Grazie mille, Potito e Sara!!”

Francesco is a great owner, the place was beautiful and the neighbors and people the area were extremely nice.

The apartment was very comfortable with a 1950’s chic vibe. Dated but cool. Castelluccio Valmaggiore is far off the beaten path, even for rural Puglia. The townspeople were very friendly even though few spoke much English. The apartment was only a few steps from the Municipal offices where we met the mayor and his staff who helped us research my grandmother’s history. Lovely people and place.

Appartamento come da foto, pulitissimo, fornito di tutto il necessario; è stato come sentirsi a casa. Patrizia è stata un host impeccabile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo molto voletieri!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Valeria war wunderschön! Wir hatten eine späte Anreise und trotzdem lief die Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos. Genauso für unsere Rückreise. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich auch proaktiv bei uns gemeldet und nach unser Wohlbefinden gefragt. Die Wohnung war super, sogar größer als erwartet und es war alles vorhanden von Shampoo bis Waschmaschine, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Super sauber, super zentral, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Grazie Valeria e famiglia! Ci vediamo alla prossima :-)

Appartamento molto bello, dal vivo anche più che nelle foto secondo me. Nessun aspetto negativo da segnalare. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Se ci capita di ripassare a Troia ci torneremo!

Traditionelles, geräumiges Haus. Komfortabel und überall solide Mückennetze. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz auf dem Gründstück aber --sehr enge-- Zufahrt. Achtung: Google Maps führt einen in die irre. Bis in die Ortsmitte fahren und dann hügelaufwärts abbiegen in die Zufahrtstraße.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Appartamento finemente arredato fin nei minimi particolari, pulizia impeccabile, avevamo tre bambini piccolissimi che hanno gattonato per tutto il tempo e il pavimento era pulitissimo. Cucina ben attrezzata, la signora Maria Antonietta gentilissima, ci ha fatto usare la lavatrice per emergenza. Consigliatissimo per posizione, comodità e pulizia.

We had a wonderful time staying at Patrizia and Giuseppe‘s home. The home was located within the historic center. Just steps from the San Giovanni Church. The home was very clean and organized. The host was very responsive and took time to explain different amenities within the home We had a very good experience and would recommend this home to others who wish to visit this beautiful historic and spiritual area.

Vincenzo and Maria are very warm people, and it was a delight to meet them. Their place is very cozy and Zungoli is a dreamy little village. Book this place right away if it is available.

Estive com minha esposa por duas noites nesse lindo lugar que é Cairano. Fomos muito bem recebidos e ficamos num dos melhores espaços que já alugamos para viagem. Uma vista paradisíaca e propícia para momentos de privacidade. Giovanna é ótima anfitriã e dá ótima dicas. Ainda tem "mimos" para os hóspedes e um belo café da manhã. com certeza, vamos retornar

Beautiful and clean apartment. The location is a peaceful one which allowed us for rest at night. Marzia made sure we were comfortable and answer all of my questions. We arrived with our rental car in the afternoon, and parked our car at the local public parking spaces each day without any problem. Our stay was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, including breakfast, which was provided at the local cafe - located very close to the apartment-. A plus to this apartment is that we had a washer available, and all we needed to use it was provided. Lastly, this location made it easy for us to visit the surrounding towns. Thank you so much Marzia, we appreciate your kind response before and during our stay!

Conforme à l'annonce. Parking proche de l'appartement. Hôte et conciergerie très réactifs et de bons conseil. Il n'y a aucun problème, que des solutions. La terrasse est une pièce de vie. Dans la vieille ville, donc pas mal de restaurants et bars. Séjour conforme à nos attentes, sauf le passage de la dépression Boris ! Mais là, le propriétaire n'a rien pu faire pour nous 🙂
