We stayed here for our honeymoon and WOW what an amazing place. The views from the cabin are insane, we were snowed in for a few days but the cabin was the perfect place for a few slow days! Ellen-Kristine and Bjørn we're really helpful and quick to respond when we had any questions. They even got a friendly neighbour to check we were ok when the unexpected snow arrived! For outdoor activities the location is perfect, Stranda itself is very quiet, it's a fairly long drive (40mins) for any nice restaurants, but that was fine with us!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ole’s place. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was very friendly and responded quickly, providing all the information we needed. The overall experience was smooth and pleasant. We truly recommend this place to others! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Merete and Jesper’s beautiful home. The house was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to unwind, and we felt at home right away. You can really tell how much thought and care has gone into making it such a special place. This stay was a real highlight of our trip—we’d love to come back. Kristina and Ola were so helpful from start to finish. The scenery is peaceful and serene. If you’re looking for time away from it all, this is the perfect place. Would definitely recommend!

Fint opphold i flott hytte. Tydelig rutiner for bruk og enkel kommunikasjon. Vi hadde ei veldig fin langhelg her med gode skimuligheter.

The place is nice to have relaxing time, everything you need is around, you can get it from downtown just few minutes of drive, there is halal restaurants

Helt nydelig hytte, svært godt utstyrt og i vakre, fredelige omgivelser. Kristina som vert var helt supert, med nyttige instruksjoner og svært enkel innsjekking. Hytta er oppvarmet til gjester kommer, noe som ble ekstra satt pris på 🫶🏼 10/10 opphold!

Keine Wörter können es beschreiben. Für die, die einfach Ruhe mögen ein perfektes Ort! Die Aussicht aus der Terrasse, die Geräusche, die Gegend… mit zwei Teenies und einem Hund 5 Tage zauberhaft verbracht. Der Gastgeber immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit- besser kann man sich nicht wünschen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had a very nice stay in Dalsfjord. Lovely weather for walking, fishing and enjoying the fjord from the bay. Good communication with Jørn and Anne:)

In één woord geweldig! Mooi uitzicht vanuit de hytte. Was iedere ochtend genieten met je kop koffie op het terras, vooral van de geitjes en de schapen die er rond liepen. Een echte aanrader.

Het uitzicht is indrukwekkend, prachtig! En huisje is praktisch en huiselijk. Kneuterig eigenlijk ook, wij houden er van. Goede communicatie met de verhuurders. We hebben een boot kunnen huren om heerlijk mee te varen op t fjord. Ook een leuk avontuur!

Ich habe es geliebt, in dieser so gemütlichen authentischen Hütte einfach zu sein. Die Seele kann hier baumeln & heilen. Der Ausblick auf die Fjorde aus dem Panorama Fenster ist unglaublich schön. Meine Wanderungen zu vielen wunderschönen Wasserfällen, gleich in der Nähe und der Anblick der umliegenden Fjorde, war für mich ein sehr intensives, kraftvolles Erlebnis. Dieser Ort hatte für mich etwas magisches, auch die wenigen Menschen die ich hier traf. Per Kato ist ein absolut sympathischer, hilfsbereiter & bodenständigen Mensch. Er holte mich auf Anfrage vom Schiff ab und verabschiedete mich persönlich. Ich durfte den Kamin anfeuern, das hat die Abende in der Hütte so herrlich "muckelig" gemacht. Die Anreise nach Trandal durch den Hjorundfjord ist an sich schon ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Du reist mit dem Schiff von Alesund an, und steigst aus in eine Anderswelt. Du brauchst hier kein Auto, das macht den Ursprung dieser Landschaft noch reizvoller. Danke, dass ich dort sein durfte !

Beautiful cabin for a break in time! Very calm and cozy and the view is absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our weekend there with my mum!

Fint sted! Jeg er en bevis at det er mulig å komme dit uten bil—jeg tok bussen til Haddal / Garneskrysset, så gikk derfra (fin tur opp veien til hytta).

Wirklich ein toller Ort, wir hatten eine gute Zeit und die Kommunikation war sehr nett und hilfreich. Nur zu empfehlen!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis van Geir en Tove. Een prachtig, knus huisje gelegen in een prachtig berggebied, met meerdere fjorden en de stad Ålesund binnen handbereik. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen nog enkele tips over hoe wij het beste de stad Geiranger konden bezoeken en een tocht door de fjord konden maken. Voor vragen over defecten en andere zaken is Geir zeer goed bereikbaar. Voor liefhebbers van wandelen: er zijn vele prachtige wandelingen in de omgeving te vinden. Ook zijn er meerdere supermarkten binnen 20 minuten rijden te vinden.

Si t'han semblat impressionants els paisatges de Noruega, aquesta cabanya és per tú. En un lloc espectacular i en contacte amb la natura. Malgrat les limitacions de ser una cabanya aïllada, sense aigua corrent ni electricitat (però si plaques solars) s'hi està comfortable i amb l'estufa de llenya s'hi està molt a gust. El Gunn va ser molt atent i el seu germà ens va ajudar i acompanyar fins la cabana. Recomanable 100% pels amants de la natura i la traquilitat.

Beautiful modern, yet cozy cabin with the most amazing view of the fjord! Peaceful location. Everything was great, comfortable bed and quality duvets, pillows, very well equipped kitchen, to mention a few things. Tormod is a really kind and responsive host. At times the fjord is so calm it’s like mirror. When I had a video call with my dad, he actually thought I’m showing him a picture and not the real view! Hope to stay here again!

The view is delightful. The place is cozy and inviting. The host is courteous and welcoming. The place is clean and well-maintained. The amenities are adequate. 👍👌

Vi hadde en super vinterferie på hytta , kommer gjerne tilbake! Fin beliggenhet nærme trekket og hytta er velutstyrt og stor. Perfekt utgangspunkt for noen fine avslappende dager!
