Ortaca : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

My extended family and I stayed for a week at this lovely vila and we greatly enjoyed our time. From the pool that was super clean and the joy of the children, to the outdoor fireplace that was perfect for a BBQ, all the way to the spacious interior and wonderful rooms. The location is super peaceful and relaxing, and with our cars it was a quick ride to Dalaman and Sarigerme to visit shops, restaurants, and beaches. Can also highly recommend a day trip to Akyaka (Azmak river is wonderful) or evening walks in Göcek's harbor. The communication with the host was super easy and always quick - thanks Sultan and Katie!

We really did have a lovely holiday. We have been to Dalyan for 20+ years, and this was the best location. Nazmi was on hand for a couple of queries, and they were sorted immediately. We would stay again, but would love to see a toaster in the kitchen as well as a couple of tea towels !! It was a perfect central location - 2 minutes to the square, yet so peaceful too! 3 supermarkets within minutes, dolmus stop and taxi boats to beach are 5 minutes away. Great for people who can't walk too far!! It's also all on one floor. The outside wooden furniture in the pictures is not there, but we didn't need it. All in all, it was a lovely time, and if we get the chance, we will go back. For people looking for the big holiday villas with each room ensuites and big rooms, then this will not be for you. But if you like the genuine Turkish hospitality of a clean and tidy villa with a private pool in the centre of town, then this is for you!

Bülent Bey'in ilgi ve alakası çok iyiydi, villanın konumu çok iyiydi. Temizlik'ten yana hiç bir sorunumuz yoktu. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

Göcek ayaklarınızın altında. Arkanızda koca dağlar önünüz Göcek ve deniz. Sakin bir konaklama ama aynı zamanda birçok merkeze yakın olmak isteyenler için birebir. Evin konumu kadar mimarisi çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. Sizin olması için imreneceğiniz bir konut. İlgisi ve iyi niyeti için teşekkür ediyorum. Umarım hep kendiniz gibi insanlar misafiriniz olur. Tekrar görüşmek için plan yapmaya başladım. En kısa zamanda görüşürüz. Not: Fiyat konusunda 4 yıldız vermemin sebebi burası ile alakalı değil genel olarak herşeyin çok yüksek fiyatlandırılmasıdır.

Çok güzel ve huzurlu bir ev. Ormanın karşısında sessiz sakin, bahçesi ve güzel çiçekleri, havuzu ve merkeze yakınlığı ile çok güzel bir tatil yapmamıza olanak sağladı. Saniye Hanım eve ulaşım ve giriş çıkış ile ilgili çok iyi bilgilendirdi. Evde herşey mevcuttu, hiç problem yaşamadık. Fotoğraflarda görülenlerin fazlası var eksiği yok. Saniye Hanım'a bize girişte ikram ettiği sepet için, çıkıştaki jesti için ve misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ederiz.

A lovely peaceful location set in an orchard. Only 1 Mile from Dalyan town centre. The pool is lovely, 3 Bathrooms is a bonus and comfortably sleeps 8. The local scenery and wildlife is lovely. Close to all the local activities but far enough away to enjoy a tranquil time with the family when you need it

Great location with stunning views of the river and rock tombs from the balcony and by the pool. Spacious villa, four bedrooms, great 1st floor living room and balcony. Not particularly new or luxurious, but nice, clean, well maintained. Air conditioning is good, WiFi works fine (not in basement). Pool is a bit small, but fine for cooling off. Location is great, plenty of good restaurants (Allegria was our fave) and a corner shop five minutes walk away. 10 minutes stroll to town centre and boats to the beach. We loved Dalyan. Not too built up, no big hotels, plenty of restaurants. River and views of the ancient tombs is unique and wonderful. The boat trip to the beach is cheap and easy (a cooperative runs shuttle boats, costs £4 return) takes about 40 minutes but is a nice trip. Beach is stunning.

Our stay at Pomegranate Garden Villas was very enjoyable. The property consists of three houses with a large garden surrounded by pomegranate trees. We stayed there for 4 days as a group of 12 adults, and we found everything we needed at hand. The ambiance was super relaxing, and our rooms were very comfortable. Beddings, bath towels, beach towels, board games, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and everything else you might need during your stay were all provided generously. However, I believe there's a serious mosquito problem. This issue may not be specific to the property, I guess it's a common problem for the whole Dalyan area. Yet, maybe Helena can take some precautions about it because we each had 20-30 mosquito bites, and one of our friends had to take allergy medication due to a mosquito allergy. There are 2 beautiful pools in the garden, but again, there were a lot of mosquitoes and insects in the pool. We still enjoyed the pools a lot though.

Aras bey ve Valentina hanım gerçekten çok ilgililerdi, her türlü aramaya ve soruya anında cevap alabildik. Valentina hanim gercekten hos sohbet ve cok guler yuzlu bi insan. Ev fotograftakilerden çok daha güzeldi. Gerçekten sakin, sessiz ve doğal ortamda bir tatil hayal ediyorsanız tam aradığınız yer burası!! Ev oldukca temizdi, biz eve girmeden oncede guzel bir sekilde ilaclanmisti ama yinede ister istemez ev doğal ortamda oldugu icin evin icinde ve disinda bazi arkadaslarla karsilastik. Bazen köyün suları kesiliyordu ama Valentina hanım depodaki suyu hemen açtı ve hiç mağdur olmadık. Evin manzarasi muthisti ama Dalyana yakladik 25, Dalamana 35 dk. Yol oldukca virajli ve dag yolu oldugu icin zorluydu. Komsumuz Şengül hanıma da çok teşekkür ederiz, çok tatlı ve sevecen insanlardı. Onlardan tamamen dogal, kendilerinin urettikleri yag, bal, zeytinyagı ve zeytin alabilirsiniz. Biz bu fırsatı kaçırmadık :) Ve valentina hanımın bize hediye olarak verdigi zeytinyagi icin tesekkur ederiz :))

Booked this place as a last minute break. Great location only 25 mins from the airport and 12 minutes walk to the town centre. A decent Hammam on your doorstep with a mini market less than 5 mins away. All bedrooms have ensuite and are tastefully decorated. Kitchen well equipped with all you will need for a stay here. Lounge TV area spacious and good selection of channels on the TV. Wi-Fi delivered internet access with no issues.Air-con was very efficient. Lots of garden space to enjoy with a mature garden. The pool was clean with tidy surrounds. The pool also cleaned on a daily basis. Would not rule out going back here again.

Ömer was a great host. He immediately responded to any question or request we had. He was very easy to communicate and he was very accessible. My sister in law mentioned that she told Ömer she wished there was a swing to lounge by the pool and he immediately came back with a hammock. My nieces enjoyed that hammock quite a lot. The house was perfect for our family and perfectly situated. It was walking distance from the river where you can see the Kaunos rock tombs. The house has wonderful Mountain Views on both sides. Mountains in the area are really breathtaking. You can see that view as you lounge in the pool or your pool bed. Very relaxing. The house had everything we could need. One of the bedrooms is in the entry level which worked out great for my dad who cannot walk up the steps with ease. This bedroom had two single beds. The bedrooms were spacious and linens were clean and fresh. The built in barbecue on the terrace was a life saver. We were able to grill lotsa delicious fish without feeling like we are doing a lot of work. The terrace has a canopy that can be extended towards the pool. This canopy came in be handy when we wanted to block the sun. There is AC units in every room and this was very important because we were able to keep the temperature of our rooms the way we wanted. The house is attached to a another one of Ömer’s. There is a very nice privacy fence with bushes in between and we barely saw the people staying next door. Ömer kept the pool area and gardens spotless. The pool was very clean and the garden is very well taken care of. Beautiful jasmines, roses and hibiscus makes a great backdrop for pictures and fills the air with flower scents. There are orange and lemon trees in the garden which are equally beautiful. The shops were very close by. The restaurants, butcher, fish market, and super market were all within 2-5 minutes drive or 10-15 minute walk away. Ömer was very knowledgeable about the area being a local of Dalyan. He had great tips on where to go, what to do. We had an amazing 3 weeks at Dalyan. I recommend talking to Ömer before you book any boat rides in Dalyan. We were very happy with two private boat tours we took with Dilaver, who was recommended by Ömer.
