Claudia and Fabio were amazing hosts. The week before our stay they were in constant contact helping arrange transportation from the airport to the flat. On the way from the airport to the flat Fabio gave us a ride and a little tour. The flat was well maintained and had everything we needed. It was close to Vatican City and walkable to everything we needed. If we get to Rome again we will definitely stay here. Cannot recommend them enough. Also we’re very responsive to questions and proactive with messages. Plus they gave us a gift basket and a gift for our five year olds birthday. They go above and beyond! Simply amazing!

Paolo really went above and beyond, taking the time after we had arrived to tell us about some of the lesser known local sites to visit and providing recommendations for restaurants and cafes to visit as well as directions of how to get there from the apartment. He also shared two interactive maps he had created which highlighted tourist spots and dining places we could visit during our stay. He was really helpful in giving us clear, easy to follow directions to the metro and was happy to answer any questions we had. The apartment was lovely - very clean, was exactly as described and it comfortably housed five adults for our three night stay. The apartment was only a short walk from the Colosseum and had a supermarket practically right next door to the building which was super handy. We had a really great time and I would 100% recommend Paolo and his apartment to anyone visiting Rome - you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent location just outside the city centre and a perfect environment for relaxing after a day of walking. Highly recommend

We would 100% stay with Luca again. Unfortunately, the plumbing in this apartment was malfunctioning. Luca contacted us beforehand to let us know and set us up in an equally comfortable room in the same building for two of our three scheduled nights! The issue was not fixed during our stay, but Luca refunded us in full and helped us find another place in the same neighborhood for our last night in Rome. While I’m sad we didn’t get to enjoy the view this room offered, we still had a comfortable stay and appreciated Luca’s apologetic nature and respectful accommodations! You won’t regret working with him or staying in this amazing neighborhood!

The perfect flat location in prime central Rome. The apartment is up steps to an interior courtyard and terrace. It is quiet although in a busy zone. The interior, furnishings and kitchen were all good. Heating kept the flat warm in a cold snap. The setting is extraordinary because you are on a famous upmarket shopping street just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. It's a friendly, safe and well-policed location with easy transport links. Recommended!

If you're looking for great location to visit Rome - this is IT! its a great place to walk around, minutes from many things. lot's of shops and restaurants. while the apartment is on a quiet street with a nice little supermarket and restaurant below it. It's a real apartment - with two good size bedrooms and two bathrooms! and living room and kitchen. Maurizio was very friendly and responsive. I had a great time there. My only comment is that the place could use some fresh paint and maybe a refreshing design to really be a phenomenal Airbnb. Overall its recommended. Enjoy

very nice stay, roomy apartment with enough beds and baths for our group. Well appointed kitchen. We had a small issue with WiFi but the host took steps immediately to resolve and they did a great job. Location is walkable to a nice area and to the metro , very useful for getting around Rom easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Claudia’s unit was very centrally located and everything was within walking distance. The metro and train station were very easy to get to which made seeing all the local attractions very pleasurable. Claudia was very responsive to my questions and extremely proactive in making sure our check-in was without issue. We arrived early and Claudia was kind enough to let us check in since the unit had already been cleaned. The unit is well stocked with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome!

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Very lively neighborhood at night without being noisy in the apartment itself since the apt is down a smaller side road. 15 mins to Vatican and 20 mins to Forum. Clean space with room to spread out.

If you're thinking about booking this place, just do, it absolutely gorgeous. Stayed in three different Airbnb's for my trip in Italy and this was the best. Hosts were amazing and responsive. Very very kind. Beautiful views and squeaky clean. Will be rebooking when I make it back to Rome thank you.!!!

What a wonderful location and lovely apartment! And the steps that lead up from Via dei Coronari to the front door were so beautiful, that every time we arrived or left, there were people posing for photos on the steps. The apartment had everything we needed. The location was so perfect that except for transit with luggage to/from Termini, went everywhere comfortably on foot (The Vatican, Coliseum, Piazza del Popolo, Borghese Gardens, The Forum... shopping... dining...). There are so many wonderful restaurants within an easy walk, we could have stayed there another month and never repeated.

Our family had a fantastic 4 days exploring Rome! Francesca made us feel right at home and provided excellent restaurant recommendations, including an amazing rooftop bar for sunset. Proximity to Vatican City helped make the most of our time. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were large (especially for Rome) and well appointed. We did not use the kitchen, but it seemed to have all you need to make your meals at home. Good access to transportation too. A lovely short stay in the eternal city. Thank you Francesca!

Maria was great with communication from booking to staying there. The place is around a 8-10 minute walk to the Olimpico Stadium if you're planning to stay for a Roma game. Great Italian pizza place just around the corner. Place was conveniently places in the building with private parking immediately outside.

We had the best time at Paola's, the best airbnb we've ever stayed in! the apartment was so comfortable and everything we needed for our stay in Rome, even down to drinks and snacks and toiletries. Paola had the best local advice and helped make the stay amazing. The apartment is in the San Lorenzo district which has great restaurants at a good price. The best gelati in Rome is less than 5 mins walk away! We could walk to all the tourist spots but it was close to the Termini station if metro etc is needed. Would highly recommend staying here and when we come back to Rome we won't stay anywhere else!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Ladispoli! The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk to Scorpion Beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was clean, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host, Toni, was responsive and professional throughout. You can tell they care about the guest experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the beach with all the comforts of home!

Simply lovely! The location is perfect: close to everything with easy access to buses and away from most tourists. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, stylish, and has everything you need plus more. The jacuzzi tub is a lifesaver after all the exploring. We were so thankful for this place and highly recommend it!

The apartment was beautiful and in a very good location. It was convenient to everything. The host was very responsive. We had several flight delays and arrived 10 hours after expected. The driver was a bit confused but Daniel met us within 2 minutes at the door to take us in and get us settled. Wonderful after such a long travel day.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect. The Airbnb is right in the heart of Rome, with everything I needed within a 30-minute walk. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Really enjoyed the Jacuzzi. It was such a relaxing way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. I also felt very safe in the area, which made the stay even more enjoyable. There’s a market right next door, which was super handy for grabbing snacks and souvenirs. The hosts Federica and Eliza were fantastic. Very responsive, attentive, and clear with all instructions, which made check-in and the overall experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place and will absolutely stay here again when I return to Rome!

The house flat is very well appointed and has a lovely outdoor space (tables, couch, tv). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is a very modern space, and well decorated. However, there are small signs older infrastructure (there was a mildew smell in the primary bathroom that carried through the room). This might be common in the center of Rome and the older plumbing. The appointments made by the owner made this space perfect for what we needed.
