Local muito agradável. Bairro muito tranquilo, com trem passando na rua ao lado, e comércios próximos. Mannicci tem uma padaria ali perto (que é onde é feito o check in e check out) e fomos muito bem atendidos e tomamos ótimos cafés da manhã.

Wir waren zu neunt in Paolos Haus und hatten genügend Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt mit allem, was man braucht. Großer Vorteil für unsere große Gruppe war das Wohnzimmer mit drei Sofas und die drei Bäder mit Toiletten. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Paolo war sehr bemüht, hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar.

This amazing apartment in Rome was a fantastic base for our stay during the marathon. The location is incredibly convenient, with numerous restaurants nearby and many attractions within walking distance. It’s perfect for exploring the city on foot. The apartment itself is well-equipped for relaxation, featuring good heating that kept us comfortable during our downtime. We appreciated the cozy atmosphere after long days of sightseeing and running. While most aspects of our stay were excellent, we did find the bed to be very firm - worth noting. My friend stayed in the sofa bed and she said it was good! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this apartment to others visiting Rome, especially those participating in the marathon or looking for a centrally located, comfortable place to stay. Would stay again easily :)

Such a fantastic Airbnb for a weekend in Rome! We stayed for the marathon and were 10 min walk to the coliseum (start line). No complaints, great airbnb! Thank you

A very special home with beautiful historic antiques and a kind warm host. Our family of 4 with teens had plenty of space and absolutely loved the location. Everything is walkable 3-10 minutes to very good restaurants, 25 minute walk to the coliseum, and everything in between. Tons of beautiful museums and gardens nearby. The secret room is also an added bonus for kids. House was clean spotless and comfortable.
