Lovely place and location. Very helpful instructions and very easy to find and get in. Well appointed place. We stayed in unit 2 - Couple of points to note, if you are a party of 4, 2 have to sleep on the sofa bed (as described, to be fair) which isn’t particularly comfortable (main bed beautiful). Also units 1 and 2 are interconnected with no noise barrier. There was another family in unit 1 when we stayed and it was very loud, you could hear everything from next door….tap running, toilet flushing etc All in all, lovely stay and would recommend.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The house is comfortable, well equipped and spotless. It had everything we needed, including good size mugs and a teapot! Marie and Ben gave clear and easy instructions on how to get into the house and further information was in the house , if you needed it. Marie was in touch to check we were ok during our stay, which was kind. The garden was a sun-trap, making a tranquil place to rest after exploring the area. It's a perfect location, quiet, easy parking, an attractive village (with walks from the front door) and a pub 2 minutes walk away. We could not think of anything we would add here - a perfect place to stay - we'll definitely back.

'Hobbit's' is a great hideaway for 2. Great location and the garden/porch will be fantastic in the summer when it's warm and the evening's long. Hosts were great, very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and has everything you need. Very cosy! There are 3 pubs within walking distance. We'd recommend the Bluebell for 'street' food and the Green Dragon for traditional pub fare. Both were friendly with good service and excellent food. Stamford is a short drive and is a beautiful and lively town and Burghley is also a great place to visit. If planning to come to this area again, we would definitely stay here!

A great stay in Adam’s gorgeous house. Kitchen was really well equipped, beds comfy and great shower. The village is really pretty and Stamford only a short drive away. Would definitely recommend; we were 4 friends but would be great for a couple of families too.

I visited the area to attend a friends funeral and the cottage was a perfect place to reflect. Everything was spotless and decor was to a high standard. The view over the river was beautiful and we saw quite a few canal boats going past as well as a family of geese. It had the most perfect garden with a view to enjoy a morning cup of coffee with and was just a 15 minute walk away from March town centre. The walk into town was absolutely lovely with our dog. Our dog especially loved it with the lovely enclosed, spacious garden. I would definitely recommend this property and am thinking of returning in the near future. Thank you to our host who was very responsive and friendly over messages.

The accommodation was perfectly placed to explore Buckden on foot. The owners were really approachable and friendly and had lots of recommendations of great restaurants and things to do nearby. The accommodation was exactly as described. Plenty of room for two people. We both slept really well and awoke to beautiful birdsong in the morning. Very peaceful. Thanks so much. Liz and Jim

We had a lovely stay at the farmhouse and cottage as a treat for my Mum's 70th. The bedrooms were spacious, all en-suite and plenty of room in the lounge and dining room for 10 of us

Our first experience using Air BnB and Topiary Barn did not disappoint!! It was everything and more that we needed for our stay. The private garden area was a bonus and perfect for our morning coffee. We are already planning to stay again!
