Orvieto : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We had a lovely stay in Spello with Argen. The facilities are top notch. They were charming, well equipped with thoughtful touches. It is very quiet and peaceful, but easily walkable to the city center. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, having a meal or enjoying the magnificent views. You are in a world all your own. By far, this is the best accommodations in my 3 months of travel. You have everything you need whether you plan to stay for a while or a weekend escape. They really go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, bright, in a convenient location. The air conditioners work great and the apartment has everything you need. A comfortable, practical, clean, decorated and good apartment.

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Roberto e Alice sono degli host splendidi, un benvenuto così capita davvero di rado. La casa è davvero grande, confortevole e con tutto quello che serve (anche di più!). La zona è perfetta, a due passi dal minimetro che porta in centro e della stazione dei treni. E poi, ciliegina sulla torta, a 117 passi (contati!) dalla casa c'è la trattoria Murales, dove si mangia DIVINAMENTE e si spende il giusto. Se venite a Perugia, QUESTO è l'alloggio da scegliere. Senza "se" e senza "ma"

Siamo state benissimo. L'appartamento era pulito e molto carino. La zona molto tranquilla. Vesna e stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Raccomando a tutti. Grazie!

La ubicació de la casa es absolutament fabulosa, al bell mig dels turons que envolten Todi, amb unes vistes esplèndides. L’apartament on ens vam allotjar és el núm 1, un dels 4 que l’anfitriona lloga dins de la seva propietat. L’espai interior està ben moblat i té tots els estris i comoditats necessàris per passar-hi dies. També té una terrassa privada encantadora per poder sopar a la fresca. Tot el conjunt de la casa està pensat per a la comoditat dels hostes, amb zona de barbacoa i chillout sota un porxo, un jardí molt ben cuidat, i una piscina ideal per banyar-s’hi després de voltar pels lloc d’interès propers un dia calorós d’estiu. Valoro molt especialment el projecte de paisatgisme que enllaça tots els espais exteriors de la casa amb l’entorn natural on està ubicada. La Christiane i la seva filla van ser molt afables i atentes. Hem passat molt bons dies i hi tornarem segur!

Appartamento molto carino, silenzioso, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. Sabrina è una host fantastica, disponibile e dà ottimi consigli sui ristoranti della zona e sulle attività. I dintorni di Umbertide sono perfetti per trekking ed escursioni in bici. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Elena per un weekend, ed è stato tutto impeccabile. Elena si è mostrata da subito estremamente disponibile, cordiale e gentile, fornendo inoltre indicazioni precisissime per raggiungere l’alloggio. La casa si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla e abbiamo avuto un’accoglienza fantastica. Tutto molto pulito, nuovo e con ogni tipo di comodità. Torneremo sicuramente!

Absolutely stunning views in the town and old world tuscan decor in the very private Villa. Amanda was an excellent communicator and helped with planning details about places to see as well as facilitating our very own private chef for pasta making/a dinner for our family of 5. The entire home was spotless and had every amenity you can think of. We even made cinnamon rolls for Christmas Eve in the incredible kitchen. Our stay in the Villa was the highlight of our family trip during Christmas! Thank you for your beautiful hospitality. 5 stars!!

L'alloggio ha ampiamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Un bellissimo casale colonico immerso nel verde, ma a due passi dalla città. Dotato di ogni servizio e host super gentile e disponibile insieme alla sua famiglia. Super consigliato.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni nella villetta di Fabio. Giardino splendido per nostra figlia di 2 anni e la nostra cagnolona, tutto recintato e sicuro. La casa è vicinissima a tante altre ville, ma non è assolutamente mancata la privacy. La ferrovia è di fronte, passano molti treni ma la villa gode di infissi spettacolari che attutiscono i forti rumori. A 5 minuti a piedi ci sono i servizi e il mare poco più distante, per raggiungere Santa Marinella e le spiagge occorre la macchina. La casa dentro è piccola ma c'è tutto quello di cui uno ha bisogno, ordinato e semplice. Fabio è stato un host disponibile e gentile in tutte le nostre richieste e necessità. Grazie mille speriamo di ritornare presto.

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Matteo! Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, er und Andrada haben sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Das Außengeländer ist größer als erwartet und hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht! Es ist einfach wunderschön und abgesehen von den Nachbarhunden, auch sehr ruhig. 😊 Die Lage ist toll, man gelangt einfach nach Rom (Zug/Auto), aber auch in der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir in einer Woche kaum fertig damit geworden sind. Die Natur ist traumhaft und Sutri ist jeden Besuch wert. In Sutri gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine tolle Pizzaria. Beide sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, von uns gibt es daher eine klare Empfehlung! Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch 😊

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

Leonardo è stato fin da subito molto disponibile e preciso nelle indicazioni. La casa è pulita, fornita di tutto il necessario e con un piacevole spazio esterno. Adatta per un weekend e comoda per visitare l’Umbria.

Ilva and her husband met me at the apartment. She gave excellent directions and was patient as I missed a connection in Florence so was two hours later than I thought. The location if perfect for getting all the places of interest in Orvieto. Her apartment is charming and really makes you feel you’re in Italy.

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

We were able to leave our luggage early with no difficulties. Very polite and helpful. Super clean.

We were right at home in this beautiful space. Cafe and breakfast on the balcony was a lovely way to start our day. I would enjoy returning during summer when more shops and restaurants are open.

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

Caterina was friendly and extremely flexible with the check-in. The flat is very central, easy to find and has got amazing views over Siena. The flat is as per the pictures: very fascinating and with an antique style. The terrace is a plus. The shower is not the most modern but was nevertheless comfortable. The WiFi signal is weak but there’s good data reception in every room in any case. I will definitely consider staying here again in future.

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da Alberto, che ci ha subito mostrato l'appartamento nonostante l'ora tarda, gentilissimo e disponibile per tutto, la location è davvero molto vicina al centro e comoda per visitare e godere di un ottimo panorama, l'unica pecca è chela pulizia non era il massimo, del resto ve lo super consiglio. Grazie Alberto!
