He is a great host always responded to every question I had. He was very patient with me and walking me through the steps i needed for my stay. The resort was lovely, great location, the room had everything we needed, very comfortable. It was a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Westgate Villas. Ryan was very responsive and quick with reply’s. If you have children I highly recommend staying here. The water park is absolutely phenomenal. Our 6 year old had the time of her life and was in the water park and pools from morning to closing. We had one glitch upon arrival the room they gave us turned out to be already occupied. But the bell staff quickly return to the check in desk and got another room for us. We didn’t have any maid service during our stay, I am not sure if that is something you need to request or if our room change never got passed along to the cleaners. But it didn’t bother us. We just called and requested more fresh towels, coffee so it wasn’t a big deal. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at this Airbnb for 3 days. It was a a little getaway for spring break. My family enjoyed their stay. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. My kids enjoyed the water park, the fitness center and miniature golfing. My husband enjoyed playing table tennis and relaxing by the pool. It was a great getaway. We cooked in the kitchen and that saved us some money. We didn’t want to eat out. Wish we could have stayed longer. This is my 2nd time back with Extra Holidays. My first trip was cancelled due to weather so we did not get to do much. This time around we were able to do more. I love it so much that I booked another trip in June. I recommend this place highly.

This place was amazing. It is a Timeshare complex that has so much to do. Our condo was in top shape and had a great central location. Everything was new or refurbished. We will be try to go here again.

Our stay at Westgate was wonderful.we had a good famliy vacation.so much to do at the premises. Ours was 2 bedeoom deluxe villa which was great! Very clean and spacious. We felt like home
