Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

Located in the heart of the Au Sable River's Holy Water section, we've gone to great lengths to hold true to the mid-century character of the cottage while making modern upgrades of all mechanicals and even a Wolf range. All of the rooms are spacious, allowing for plenty of room to gather or find a secluded spot to relax.

Cozy Cottage on Five Lakes. Close to the expressway , snowmobile trails and downtown Gaylord. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.

The Morel Cottage

** Bookings now available 6 months in advance ** Morel Cottage is a cozy 650sq ft, completely renovated, a-frame. It is perfect for singles, couples or a small group. The cottage features an open concept with a spiral staircase to the loft bedroom. There is a log queen bed upstairs and a roll away, queen, raised air mattress available for additional sleeping in the living space. Standard amenities are provided with full laundry on site.

If you are looking for a comfortable get away for the weekend, a week away from the office or a relaxing couples retreat, our “Cozy Cabin by the Lake” will be perfect for your time away. Our all wood chalet is set in a wooded drive by private Snyder Lake. You can bring your own canoe or kayak OR fish or swim from the small dock. If you like golf, the beautiful Garland resort is just 4 minutes up the road. There is not a boat launch.
