A well kept and clean home to stay in. Perfect for our needs for 1 night in Bowmanville. Three bathrooms on the bedroom level which was great for everyone staying.

Perfect place to bring the family (with small kids) while our home was not accessible. Open concept, roomy, bright, quiet and private location, good space for the kids to play and do activities. Close to Heber Downs conservation area and Country Lane park.

I had a great stay, beautiful area for a walk. Easy drive to bowmanville / newcastle depending on your activities. Host was very responsive, often responding within minutes.

Stayed here for a short trip and had a great experience. The place was clean, quiet, and just like the listing. We had some parking issues because of the rain, but Soheila was really kind and let us park in her driveway, which made things way easier. The neighborhood felt safe, and everything we needed was just a few minutes away by car. What stood out most was how responsive Soheila was, she replied to every message quickly, even late at night. We checked in pretty late, and she stayed up to make sure we were all set. Really appreciated that level of care. Would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

Nice little apartment had all necessities . I had a very comfortable stay . No oven and laundry only on Saturday and Sunday could be challenging for short term stays . Thanks guys

I absolutely loved Vilija’s space, it was even better than the pictures, it didn’t even feel like a basement apartment because it was so spacious. Good place for our quick girls weekend. Having the Fairview mall within walking distance was very handy.

The communication between Paolo & Krista was outstanding and allowed me smooth access into the condo. As I arrived, Paolo met me outside the condo then guided me to my underground parking spot. Once parked he provided both the house keys and parking garage fob. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly responded to and greatly appreciated. The stay was absolutely perfect. I felt at home which enabled me to quickly settle into the AirBnB. My favourite part of the experience was watching the birds fly on and off the balcony as I relaxed on the couch, lending to a serene experience.

We had a great stay at Thomas' place. He met us at check in, showed us the building, parking and any details we needed to know. He was very responsive, provided early check in, and coordinated parking spots for both our vehicles. The place was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

It was my second time here, liked to soo much I decided to come back again in my return to the GTA. What else can I say, great host with great understanding and tries his best to cater to your needs.
