Amazing host! We stayed for 11 weeks with our large dog while our house was being renovated. Place was immaculately maintained and matched the description perfectly. There was a private backyard that our dog could use. The hosts were extremely quick and responsive to inquiries. It was quiet and super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

We booked Kathi's place for a volleyball tournament at Durham College/TUO and it was PERFECT. About 1.5km from the gym, lots of everything we needed close by. The house was immaculate. It is very new and everything worked perfectly. The small appliances present were exactly what we needed. The space was well laid out so couples could socialize or have their own space. The number of bathrooms was a massive bonus. Zero issues ever as each couple basically had their own. Kathi's communication is the Platinium Standard for AirBnB. She literally had answers to us within 10 minutes every time, which wasn't often but it was a major help to know she was right there. I would highly recommend her place if you are in the Durham area. It is large, clean, well fitted/laid out, and fresh. She has also priced it fairly and I think in the area she is excellent value for what you receive.

This is our second stay at Sandra’s and we had a wonderful time! She is a very responsive and easy going host, and was very helpful throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful and perfect for large families with pets!

We stayed with our pet and absolutely loved everything about the place! The bedding was so comfortable that we slept like a baby. WiFi was super fast so working from home was a breeze. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you require for a long stay. We enjoyed preparing our meals. Big smart TV with Netflix already setup! Lastly, Soulmaz herself is a wonderful and very accommodating host, going above and beyond to ensure we had a delightful experience. Her thoughtful communication, willingness to assist with any queries, and personal touches make the stay even more memorable. You will experience the essence of "home sweet home" staying here!

My son and I came to Canada for an end of the summer vacation. Sherry's home was perfect for what we needed. We spent most days driving around the Toronto area. At then end of the day it was nice to escape the busyness of Toronto and return to Sherry's place. There are several good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers in the area. The home was basic, very clean and just what we needed for our vacation.

While journeying from the UK to Port Perry, we were fortunate to stay at the Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a week in September. Situated next to a riding school, the tranquil area was perfect for relaxation. Horses grazed in the paddock beside the house – their beauty admired from a distance as per the rule 'do not touch the horses'. The house's position was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, including Port Perry, with easy access to nearby highways for visits to Oshawa, Toronto, and even Niagara Falls. The spacious house had numerous amenities, such as a basement games room and a ground floor club area with a bar. A conservatory connected to a deck and hot tub. Anthony's great communication and assistance made our stay stress-free after a long journey. I highly recommend Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a comfortable stay in Port Perry.

This house was beautiful! Comfortable and relaxing the master shower was to die for! On top of that jasmine and Keith really was proactive and attentive to us and whatever we needed they were able to supply us with and was really kind sweet and amazing couple to work with over all! Definitely will book here again

Preston was a great host. The property is beautiful with a great view in the backyard. A very clean property as well. Preston was very accommodating, and very responsive. Definitely will book again.

The place was as listed and as the photos show. The home was equipped with everything in the kitchen, including some complimentary snacks which were nice after a long drive. The home was clean with a few minor details that were overlooked, ie. windows that hadn't been cleaned on the inside, and a strong odour of cologne from a previous guest on the couch pillows. The bathroom and bedsheets, shower and kitchen were all very clean. Towels were higher quality which made it comfortable and the beds and pillows were all very comfortable allowing us to all have a great sleep. Even bathroom tooth bursh and razors individually packaged were provided, which is a nice thing to have since we needed to use them as well! The shower was warm and soaps provided. We didn't get to use the pool as it wasn't open yet.The host was very communicative and accommodating when we expressed we wanted to have a BBQ the following day. He arrived early with the BBQ and tools the next morning.

Absolutely amazing place and the host thought of everything from the travellers handbook about the property and restaurant close by to leaving the guest snacks and drinks in the fridge. The place is very much like the picture and I am definitely going to book again sometime soon so I can enjoy the property this coming summer. I highly recommend.

We stayed for 6 nights and this house is an excellent place to stay. It was clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was large and all the appliances worked very well. The pantry was stocked as well which I did not expect. The house was clean. The master bedroom had ample space and the bathroom was spa-like. I loved the heated floors. The televisions and wifi worked well. Extra linens were in the closets if needed. Rooz was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions. The neighbourhood is quiet and the location made it easy to get to the 401 and the Don Valley Parkway.

I had a fantastic stay at this safari-themed basement! The space was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The host provided clear and detailed instructions, making check-in a breeze. Whenever I had a question, they responded quickly and were incredibly helpful. It was a perfect getaway, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay. Would definitely book again.

Я проживала в доме 3 недели вместе с младенцем. Christine самый добрый и гостеприимный хозяин из всех - для малыша была подготовлена ванночка, а на день рождения - прекрасные подарки. Дом находится в уединенном месте - обязательно нужна машина. Вокруг поля и чистейший воздух. В доме было все, что нужно для длительного комфортного пребывания, от зубной пасты до средства для мытья полов. Я чувствовала себя как дома. мебель подобрана специально для этого дома: нет никаких старых вещей или полотенец. Особенно важно - это отдельный гостевой дом, а не подвал, как большинство сдаваемого жилья за эту цену. Когда я буду в Торонто еще раз, я непременно буду оставаться только тут.

Sonia is the vest host Ive ever had. she went above and beyond. She helped me in a time and plave where I needed it the most. She is a wondeful host and is a very giving person. Please stay and support her listing. The area is beautiful I loved the hiking trails. The access to TTC was good. I hope more enjoy what this place offers. perfect for both long or short stays. We loved our stay! Extremely dog friendly, great yard, and lots of local shops & restaurants. Beautiful area and great neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. Windows in apartment are huge and great for watching sunrise/sunset. Wonderful time!

This was a good spot for a group of us to stay while in town for a tournament. Good location, very clean, new build and well decorated, and good communication.

We spent a wonderful weekend in Daniella's place! It's a perfect house for the family like mine which has young kid and pet. They prepared a lot of stuff for baby including bath basin and diaper changing desk. Their kitchen has everything, different pots, dishes, cups, tools...and we made a good dinner just like when we are at home! The location is good too, 5 mins walking distance to the plaza and incredibly nice and quiet community! We will definitely come back next time!
