Very friendly staff, always helpful, location was great! Enjoyed our stay a lot

We only stayed for a night, but it was a really nice place so I could have stayed for longer. Convenient location, comfortable furniture, and spotless.

The place was great, good spot to start exploring Dumaguete! Lots of restaurants and a mall nearby, boulevard in tricycle distance, enjoyed the stay! The building was clean and well maintained, secure, awesome pool!

We had a good stay with Kaylene's place. Well equiped with what we need. Good location with restaurants nearby and easy access for transportation to roam around.

This was my second time staying here. Clean and matches the pictures and description. Will consider staying again next time I am in town.

Affordable and Convenient.

Very nice, the staff/caretakers/maids, whatever you call them were top notch. They were friendly, helpful and just pleasant to be around. There were a number of places to eat within a few moments walking, there were sari sari stores next door. There was a lot of traffic on the road until about 10 pm, very easy to catch tricycle to go down to Blvde. I don't know about all the time but the other guests at the facility were very pleasant while I was there.

I’d say it’s worth the stay if you’re able to. Only downside I would say is the wifi (I know they don’t have control over it) but over all really good experience no complaints. Easy to grab a cab and Landry service down stairs is perfect.

Dimple was very responsive and friendly all throughout our stay. The unit has a hair dryer, clothes iron and ironing board, lots of hangers, shower heater, and complete kitchen appliances. The bathroom was also stocked with extra tissue and toiletries. Wifi was good and the TV had Netflix, Youtube, etc. We just had a minor problem with 2 of the power sockets but Dimple promised to look into it and have it checked ASAP. Overall, we had a great 2-night stay in Dumaguete.

We stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect. Having access to the gym and pool was a plus. It’s not a huge place but was just perfect for what we needed. Would stay again.

The location of the unit itself is great as there are lots of restaurants/stalls, and even a mall near the area. We were also able to take a walk along the seawall/beachline (if that's your thing). Even if there are a lot of activities that can be done around, it still is quiet and peaceful inside the unit. They had complete amenities inside the unit, as listed. Marcus and Ems are very responsive to our queries and resquests. They gave clear instructions from the check-in up to the checkout process. Will definitely book again the next time I'll be in Dumaguete.

What a fantastic few days we got to spend in Valencia. Elah Mae was brilliant, made us feel right at home and the brewery next door serving fantastic Mexican food was an added bonus. Beautiful view on the lookout and couldn’t have asked for more!

Mike’s place is close to restaurants and easy to catch the trikes. I enjoyed my stay here and surely will be back. The condo has everything I needed. Mike is an awesome guy and always ready to help. He wants to interact and he is very friendly.

Fantastic. Every restaurant should have a person like Z running the show.

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

Had a good experience here with my friends. We were able to enjoy the amenities, like the kitchen, the grill, the swimming pool! The place is silent at night, so you can just fully relax and unwind. It also gets a bit cozy, so really perfect for those who love coffee (and they have an espresso machine). Adriaan, the host, is very very approachable, and communicates well with the guests. He is very understanding too, if you are looking for something specific, he will do his best to give it to you and make your stay even more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
