Bruno es muy amable y está atento a responder las dudas que surjan. El lugar es bastante cómodo y agradable. Cuenta con muchos utensilios para cocinar. La ubicación es buena para desplazarse a diferentes lugares pero en Auto. Nos quedamos con el deseo de nadar un poco, pero la Piscina no estaba disponible por la temporada de frío y lluvia.

Alloggio sopra alle aspettative molto bello e curato giardino privato ampie vetrate e soleggiato cucina ben attrezzata anche se non l’ho utilizzata oltre al giardino privato un altro giardino con olivi e due spazi per grigliate e in un altro spazio piscina condivisa con gli altri ospiti. Veramente molto soddisfatto lo raccomando. Grazie a Maurizio.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sowohl drinnen als auch am Pool. Es ist super gelegen zum Einkaufen, Brötchen holen und zum Wasser/Zentrum ist es auch nicht weit. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

If you want a get-away-from-everything holiday; this is your place! Andy and Sabine are excellent hosts, communicating very clearly in advance and during our stay, taking the time to go the extra mile and sort out issues quickly and in a friendly way. The piece de resistance of this property is the outdoor pool, which is simply magnificent. We also used the bread delivery service and this was also appreciated and made a good start to the mornings!

The home is wonderful. Stunning location with amazing views, perfect privacy, plenty of space. We felt like it was our home. Stefania was attentive and caring; the ideal host.

Ezio e Giulia sono persone super disponibili e gentilissime, la casa era stupenda e ordinata, ottima per chi vuole un weekend di meritato riposo.

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

Ho soggiornato da Federico insieme ad un altra coppia di amici ed i nostri bambini, abbiamo passato 2 notti compreso il capodanno ed è stato tutto perfetto. Ci ha accolto Federico in persona e ci ha illustrato e mostrato la casa e i suoi servizi. spazi molto grandi ed estremamente puliti dotati di ogni confort. La descrizione rispecchia tutto alla perfezione, non mancava nulla asciugamani, accappatoi e tutto il necessario per il bagno, in cucina invece oltre alla ricca colazione che ci ha fatto trovare sul tavolo (in frigo invece ci ha lasciato uno strudel di mele e degli yogurt) in più era dotata di tutto, forno lavastoviglie macchina del caffè forno micronde . la zona molto tranquilla con una vista lago spettacolare dal terrazzo. camere spaziose e il riscaldamento era perfetto tutto molto automatizzato. insomma super consigliato in tutto. qualsiasi cosa chiesta anche una piccola informazione è stata data in tempi brevissimi. ci ritornerei.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the silence and everyday sunsets above Lake Garda. The house and its sorroundings are exceptionally clean and well looked after. The appr. 20 min drive over narrow roads from Malcesine is worth it. Thank you Monica

Schöne authentische Hütte oberhalb eines Tals. Absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Waren zu zweit eine Woche im Oktober dort um wandern zu gehen. Gut um mal runterzukommen. Aufstehen, Kamin anmachen, Kaffee kochen und den Schafen beim grasen zuschauen. Absoluter Glücksgriff. Pierino, der Gastgeber ist wirklich ein klasse Kerl und sehr hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana ospitati da Verena. Il monolocale che abbiamo affittato aveva tutto l'indispensabile, era pulito e confortevole. La posizione dell'alloggio è ottima per visitare la valle, sia per chi vuole spostarsi in alta montagna per escursioni più impegnative sia per chi preferisce godersi la tranquillità del posto facendo magari qualche passeggiata tra i meleti che caratterizzano il paesaggio di Silandro. Verena è stata una host davvero ospitale e disponibile, consigliatissimo!

Siamo stati ospiti allo chalet di Adamo solo per qualche giorno ma è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. La casa è ben tenuta sia all'interno che all'esterno, con tutti i comfort e ben attrezzata. Anche Fara, la nostra bimba pelosa, si è subito ambientata ed ha apprezzato soprattutto l'area esterna che circonda tutta la casa. Marco è stato sempre disponibile e ci ha fornito anche valide indicazioni riguardo i vari percorsi da fare in zona. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di fare la conoscenza di Adamo che ha gradito le nostre insalate. Ci ritorneremo volentieri

רוג'רו מארח מכל הלב, התקשורת עם האורחים היא בעדיפות עליונה אצלו, הוא עוזר ומסייע בכל דבר והרגשנו כאורחים מאוד רצויים כאשר רוג'רו פינק אותנו בכל טוב. הוא מתגורר בסמוך וזמין תמיד. הבית מאוד מרווח עם נוף יפה ומצויד לארוחות משפחתיות, היה לנו נוח מאוד לחגוג שם את חג הפסח! טייקה הכלבה הידידותית הוסיפה לאווירה הטובה! הרגשנו שהשהייה בנכס של רוג'רו היתה חוויה מיוחדת מאוד עבורנו כמשפחה!

Innanzi tutto devo dire che qualità prezzo è onestissimo. Bella casa separata dalle altre per una maggiore tranquillità, pulizia e ordine,l'unica pecca per mio conto è la presenza dell'allevamento di alcuni asini che ogni tanto si facevano sentire anche durantelanotte, ma a parte questo il posto è decisamente tranquillo, pulito, confortevole e gode di una bella vista, sopratutto 5 stelle alla gentilezza e preparazione dei padroni di casa.

Wir hatten ein paar tolle und erholsame Tage bei Claudia und Christoph. Das Haus ist, wie auf den Bilder zu sehen, in einem super Zustand, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten und die Aussicht auf den See einfach wunderschön und ideal zum entspannen und erholen. Die Kommunikation mit den beiden war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir bekamen noch den ein oder anderen Tipp bzgl. Restaurant und Aktivitäten. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns, dass ihr euer Haus mit uns geteilt habt. Alles Liebe für euch! Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage bei Anna, trotz dass das Wetter eher wechselhaft war. Das Haus ist eine Perle und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch sofort wieder dort buchen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Tipps, die Anna uns gab, lohnen sich wirklich. Wichtig ist zu wissen, die Unterkunft kann nur zu Fuß erreicht werden, da sie sich im historischen Viertel von Riva befindet. Der Stellplatz für das Auto ist kostenlos, sicher und groß genug und befindet sich zwei Straßenecken weiter, ca. 250m vom Haus entfernt. Im Haus ist es sehr geräumig, gemütlich und modern. Der Austritt zum Essbereich im Freien ist ebenerdig. Es gibt oben und unten eine Dusche sowie eine Toilette. Oben befinden sich außerdem zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem kleineren und einem größeren Doppelbett. Unten steht auf einer kleinen Empore noch ein Doppelbett zur Verfügung. Uns hat das alles sehr gefallen und ich kann nur sagen, vielen Dank, dass wir so ein schönes Haus nutzen durften.

Rundum super! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Wohnung. Abseits vom Touritrubel gelegen, mit Blick auf die Berge und einigen Wandermöglichlriten.

Traditionell eingerichtet, geräumig und schöner Garten. Manko man hört jeden Schritt von oben wenn man das untere Schlafzimmer belebt, aber aufjedenfall nicht dramatisch. Das Haus befindet sich leicht abgelegen und ist ein Besuch wert für Leute mit Hund! Sehr hundefreundlich gelegen, eignet sich auch perfekt für Grillabende! Außerhalb der Saison sollte man mit längerer Fahrzeit zu einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit rechnen. Gerne wieder!

Che dire.. tutto magnifico! Silvia davvero gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e per fornire informazioni sul luogo, la casa è super attrezzata con una pulizia impeccabile ed un giardino enorme per noi ed i nostri animali, i quali sono stati accettati ben volentieri! E poi…il momento di relax nella vasca riscaldata con vista sui monti innevati…un sogno! Grazie ancora, speriamo di tornare presto 😍
